Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock with a latch bolt, with a nut, with a receptacle for a lock cylinder and with a slide, wherein the latch bolt can be moved between a retracted unlocking position, a middle partially protruding latch position and a fully protruding bolt position, and the latch bolt can be moved from the Latch position can be pushed back into the unlocked position against a spring force and is supported against being pushed back in the locking position.
  • From the DE 20 2005 007 312 U1 is a lock with a main latch that can be moved from a release to a closed position and vice versa, with a second latch being controlled indirectly by the main latch and thereby the latches can be moved together into a release or a closed position.
  • At least one latch can be locked in the closed position via a push rod, the push rod having a control cam and the latch having a control pin that interacts with the control cam.
  • a second lock in the closed position is not provided.
  • the EP 2 787 152 A2 discloses a safety device for a lap latch in the locking position, in which the safety is carried out by at least one ball which is guided in opposing grooves of an inner and an outer sleeve and thereby holds the latch in the locking position.
  • the at least one ball is the only safeguard against pushing back the latch bolt.
  • a lock arrangement is known in which a pivotable hook bolt blocks the latch bolt in the pivoted locking position and releases it again when pivoted into the unlocking position. This enables additional locking via the latch bolt.
  • the connection is preferably produced in a form-fitting manner, by means of a toothing.
  • the EP 0 954 667 discloses a lock in which the slide can be driven by the nut. In the locking position, the slide faces a projection of the latch bolt and prevents it from being pushed back. In the latch position, the slide is outside the range of motion of the projection of the latch bolt, so that this is like a Trap can be pushed back into a lock case.
  • the latchbolt thus has a double function of latch and bolt. The support of the latch bolt by the slide in the locking position ensures that the slide must first be driven in order to move the latch bolt back into the latch position.
  • the invention is based on the problem of developing a lock of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that it offers a particularly high level of protection against unauthorized unlocking.
  • latch bolt is supported in the bolt position by two spatially separated support points.
  • the two spatially separated support points are preferably arranged on different sides of the slide.
  • one of the support points can be arranged on an edge of the slide facing the latch bolt and the second support point on a side surface of the slide.
  • the lock therefore has a particularly high level of security against unauthorized unlocking.
  • a simple blocking of the movement of the completely protruding latch bolt can easily be achieved according to an advantageous development of the invention if the slide in the latch position of the latch bolt faces a projection of the latch bolt with a recess and if the slide in the latch position of the latch bolt has a corresponding position with a support point protrudes into the range of motion of the projection of the latch bolt.
  • a displacement of the slide when the latch bolt is in the unlocked position can be reliably prevented according to another advantageous development of the invention if the recess laterally engages around the projection so that the slide is supported in its directions of movement by the projection.
  • Reliable support of the slide in the unlocked position of the latch bolt is particularly simple according to another advantageous development of the invention if the projection of the latch bolt and the recess of the slide are at least partially designed in a V-shaped or U-shaped manner.
  • a second blocking which is independent of the first blocking is particularly simple if a link guide for driving the latch bolt has a section with a support point pointing transversely to the direction of movement of the latch bolt.
  • This design leads, in particular in connection with the recess of the slide opposite the projection, to a particularly high level of security against manipulation of the lock, because the latch bolt is thereby supported twice in the completely protruding position.
  • a pin of the latch bolt penetrates the link guide.
  • the lock has a particularly high level of security against unauthorized unlocking if the slide can be driven by a lock cylinder located in the receptacle.
  • the lock is structurally particularly simple if the receptacle for the lock cylinder is connected to the slide via a drive mechanism and an end position of the slide is the latch position and the unlocking position of the latch bolt and the second end position correspond to the bolt position of the latch bolt.
  • the gear mechanism can also be designed to drive a change lever in order to move the latch bolt from the latch position into the unlocked position.
  • a drive for the slide is particularly simple in construction if the slide is coupled to a nut arm connected to the nut in at least one direction of movement.
  • the lock can be operated particularly comfortably starting from the latch position of the latch bolt when the nut arm is moved in one direction of rotation of the nut to drive the slider into the end position corresponding to the bolt position of the latch bolt and in the other direction of rotation to retract the latch bolt can be driven into the unlocked position.
  • the slide In the latch position of the lock, the slide is in one end position in which the latch bolt can be pushed back into the unlocked position against the spring force. This indicates a normal unlocked position of the lock. If the follower is operated in one direction of rotation, the slide is driven and the latch bolt is moved into the locking position. The lock then remains in this position and can be unlocked again using the lock cylinder. However, the latch bolt can be retracted in the opposite direction when the nut is driven.
  • the slide has a further link guide for a further bolt.
  • the slide can be designed as a connecting rod connecting slide and serve to control secondary locks if the slide has form-locking elements for connection to a driving rod.
  • Figure 1 shows a lock with a lock case 1, with a nut 2 and with a receptacle 3 for a lock cylinder, not shown.
  • the lock has a latch bolt 4 and a driven bolt 5.
  • the lock is in a bolt position in which the latch bolt 4 and the bolt 5 are completely moved out of the lock case 1.
  • the latch bolt 4 differs from the bolt 5 in that at the free end it has a latch section 6 with a run-up bevel like an ordinary latch and a central latch section 7 is shaped like an ordinary latch.
  • the latch section 6 can be mounted in two rotary positions on the bolt section 7 in order to convert the lock for left-hand or right-hand hinges.
  • the receptacle 3 for the lock cylinder has a rotatably mounted driver element 9 coupled to a gear 8.
  • the gear 8 drives a slide 10 which is coupled to the latch bolt 4 and the bolt 5 via two link guides 11, 12.
  • the link guide 11 for the latch bolt 4 has a groove 14 arranged in a latch tail 13 and a sliding block 15 arranged on the slide 10 and penetrating into the groove 14 for connecting the lock to a motor drive.
  • the socket 2 is connected to a socket arm 17, the free end of which rests on a driver 18 of the latch tail 13.
  • a latch spring 19 is arranged in the lock case 1 behind the driver 18 of the latch tail 13.
  • the slide 10 is in an end position in which a support point 20 is arranged behind a projection 21 of the latch bolt 4 and prevents the latch bolt 4 from being pushed back. Furthermore, the link guide 11 for driving the latch bolt 4 has a transverse to the direction of movement of the latch bolt 4 arranged straight section 22 with a further support point 23 for the sliding block 15. This also prevents the slide guide 11 from pushing the latch bolt 4 back into the lock case 1.
  • the latch bolt 4 is thus of two spatially separated support points 20, 23 in the bolt position supported. These support points 20, 23 prevent the latch bolt 4 from being pulled back into the lock case 1 by pressure on its free end or by pivoting the nut 2 clockwise, starting from the bolt position shown.
  • the slide 10 can be moved out of the end position and the support points 20, 23 can thus be moved out of the range of movement of the latch bolt 4.
  • Figure 2 shows the lock Figure 1 in a trap position in which the latch bolt 4 is in a central, partially protruding position.
  • the latch bolt 4 thus protrudes from the lock case 1 exclusively with its latch section 6 and has the function of a latch.
  • the sliding block 15 of the sliding block guide 11 for the latch bolt 4 is located outside an inclined section 24 and thus outside the groove 14.
  • the slide 10 is moved into the other end position, so that the projection 21 of the latch bolt 4 is in a recess 25 Slider 10 faces.
  • the support points 20, 23 shown are arranged outside the range of motion of the latch bolt 4.
  • the bolt 5 is in a retracted position.
  • the latch tail 13 is supported on the latch spring 19.
  • the latch bolt 4 can be retracted into the lock case 1 against the force of the latch spring 19. If the gear 8 is driven further via the lock cylinder located in the receptacle 3, the latch bolt 4 can be pulled back into the lock case 1 by means of a change lever 26.
  • the change lever 26 interacts with a further driver 27 on the latch tail 13. This indicates an unlocked position of the lock.
  • the lock thus has two options for moving the latch bolt 4 into the unlocking position retracted into the lock case 1.
  • the latch bolt 4 can be based on the in Figure 2 Push back the position shown in the lock case 1 when the door is closed in an assembled state of the lock.
  • the unlocking position of the lock generated by the drive of the change lever 26 is shown in FIG Figure 3 shown.
  • the projection 21 of the latch bolt 4 is located in the recess 25 of the slide 10. The slide 10 can therefore only be moved out of this position again when the latch bolt 4 is in the position shown in FIG Figure 2 position shown is moved.
  • Figure 4 shows a partial area of a further embodiment of the lock in a bolt position.
  • This embodiment differs from that of Figure 1 only in that a slide 110 has a driver 128 penetrating into the range of motion of a nut arm 117.
  • a nut 102 can be pivoted counterclockwise and thus the nut arm 117 can be moved against the driver 128 in order to drive the slide 110 into the locking position shown.
  • follower 102 and follower arm 117 are in the position that drives slide 110 Figure 4 shown in dash-dotted lines. In this way, starting from the latch position, the slide 110 can be driven and the lock can be moved into the bolt position shown.
  • the driver 128 is arranged in a bridge 129 fastened on the slide 110.
  • a latch bolt 104 of this embodiment of the lock is like to Figure 1 described blocked.
