Definitions

  • the invention relates to a lock with a locking device having a bolt for optionally driving the lock into a locking position or unlocking position, with a receptacle for a lock cylinder, with a movably guided segment which protrudes into the movement range of a driver of a lock cylinder arranged in the receptacle, wherein the segment is designed to control the locking device, wherein the locking device has a locking device and the locking device is blocked in the locking position by the locking device and wherein, for unlocking in chronological order, first the locking device into a position releasing the locking device and then the locking device into the unlocking position
  • the drive of the lock cylinder can be controlled and a second segment protrudes into the range of motion of the driver of the lock cylinder mounted in the receptacle, and the second segment Segment is coupled to the locking device for blocking or releasing the locking device and one of the segments is designed to drive the bolt and the other of the segments is designed to drive a slide.
  • the DE 20 2013 000 921 U1 discloses a key or handle actuated panic lock in which an advanced bolt is secured against displacement.
  • a locking device has a spring-loaded locking pawl in its locking position. The pawl can be pushed back by means of a lever that can be operated by a nut arm or a cylinder.
  • a lock for example, is from the EP 2 674 555 A2 known.
  • a pre-closing bow piece and a back-closing bow piece are arranged in the receptacle for the lock cylinder.
  • the curved pieces drive a slide for locking the lock in one direction or the other.
  • Shoulders of the curved pieces opposite the driver are dimensioned in such a way that the slide can be displaced between its blocking position and its release position without rotating the curved pieces.
  • the disadvantage of this lock is that it can be manipulated very easily by driving the slide.
  • a locking system in which a lock nut acts on a central bolt via a lock chain.
  • a bolt lock is with the lock cylinder connected.
  • the bolt lock can be moved from a position releasing the lock chain into a position blocking the lock chain. This means that the control of the locking system via the lock follower and the lock cylinder is very complex.
  • a lock for example, is from the DE 10 2006 059 568 B4 known with a main lock and several secondary locks.
  • a C-shaped component encloses the receptacle for the lock cylinder.
  • the C-shaped component is rotated when the lock cylinder arranged in the receptacle is driven.
  • On the outside of the C-shaped component there is a toothing which drives the locking device.
  • the bolt device then drives the bolt and a slide for driving the secondary locks.
  • the invention is based on the problem of developing a lock of the type mentioned at the beginning in such a way that it offers the highest possible protection against unauthorized unlocking.
  • the lock has a locking device with which the bolt device can be blocked. It is therefore first necessary to control the locking device in order to drive the locking device. Unlocking only takes place by actuating the lock cylinder and the associated control of the locking device. This means that the locking device cannot be controlled manually without actuating the lock cylinder.
  • the lock offers a high level of protection against unauthorized unlocking. The time sequence of the activation of the locking device and the locking device can be generated by a backlash in the drive of the locking device.
  • the control of the locking device is particularly simple because a second segment protrudes into the range of movement of the driver of the lock cylinder mounted in the receptacle and because the second segment is coupled to the locking device for blocking or releasing the locking device.
  • the lock enables the control of a large number of different components because one of the segments is designed to drive the bolt and the other of the segments is designed to drive a slide.
  • the bolt can thus be driven into the locking position independently of the slide, for example.
  • Such a slide can also be used to drive a follower to pull back a latch.
  • the slide can, for example, be a drive rod for controlling secondary locks and thus one Control another locking device.
  • the slide can also control a locking device to block the bolt.
  • the bolt can be driven from one segment into the locking position and from the other segment into the unlocking position because the slide for driving faces an unlocking element and because the unlocking element is designed to drive the bolt into the unlocking position.
  • This design gives the lock a high level of protection against unauthorized unlocking.
  • the unlocking element can have a pin penetrating into a link guide of the bolt.
  • the structural complexity of the locking device can be kept particularly low if the locking device has a locking element and if the locking element is deflected by a force into a position that blocks the locking device and can be moved into the release position when driven by the second segment .
  • the locking element can be deflected by gravity or by the force of a spring element.
  • the locking device is structurally particularly simple if the locking device has an unlocking element opposite the locking element and if, when the unlocking element is driven, the locking element can be driven into the position releasing the locking device against the deflecting force.
  • the transmission can have a cam, for example, which deflects the unlocking element when the second segment moves.
  • the coupling of the locking element with the movement of the unlocking element is particularly simple when the locking element has a control pin protruding into the range of motion of the unlocking element.
  • the locking device is particularly simple in construction when the locking element engages behind a rear edge of the bolt with a locking edge in the position blocking the locking device.
  • the support edge and a mounting of the locking element are preferably arranged parallel to the direction of movement of the bolt.
  • the activation of the unlocking element is particularly simple in terms of construction if the second segment is designed to drive a cam that deflects the unlocking element.
  • the lock is particularly simple in construction when at least one of the segments is connected to a lever arm.
  • the structural effort for driving the bolt into the locking position can be kept particularly low if the lever arm has a pin penetrating into a link guide for controlling the bolt.
  • An activation of a device by means of several revolutions of the lock cylinder can be achieved according to another advantageous development of the invention if at least one of the segments is connected to a toothing and if the toothing is part of a gear.
  • the bolt can be moved into the unlocked position via the gearbox and, for example, a drive rod can also be driven to control secondary locks.
  • a temporally separate control of the components of the locking device can be easily generated if the segments have different dimensions in their sections protruding into the movement area of the driver of the lock cylinder.
  • This design makes it possible to control the locking device for the bolt with one segment and the bolt itself with the other segment. This allows the locking device to be released first and then the bolt to be moved.
  • Figure 1 shows a lock with a lock case 1, with a bolt 2 and a latch 3.
  • the latch 3 is biased by a spring element 4 into the protruding position shown and can be moved into a retracted position by a follower 5 or by a bolt device 6.
  • the locking device 6 is designed in two parts and consists of a lower and an upper part, which are connected to one another by a guide having a clearance. Both parts of the locking device 6 can thus be moved independently of one another within defined limits.
  • the lock is equipped with a drive rod 7, which has a form-fitting connection with the lower part of the locking device 6.
  • the drive rod 7 is used, for example, to drive secondary locking elements, not shown, and is held in the unlocked position by a button 50 until this is actuated when the door leaf is closed, whereby the drive rod 7 is released and together with the lower part of the locking device 6 by gravity in the locking position can drop without moving the upper part of the locking device 6 and a gear 22 connected to it.
  • the bolt 2 and the drive rod 7 can be driven by the bolt device 6 by means of a lock cylinder inserted in a receptacle 8 of the lock.
  • a lock cylinder inserted in a receptacle 8 of the lock.
  • the segments 10, 11 protruding into its range of motion.
  • the segments 10, 11 are arcuate and extend over circular arcs of different sizes.
  • the segments 10 have guide pins 12 and guide grooves 13, 14 with which they are guided on one another and opposite side walls 15 of the lock case 1. To simplify the drawing, only the side wall 15 arranged behind the segments 10, 11 is shown.
  • One of the segments 10 has a lever arm 16 with a pin 17 hidden here.
  • the pin 17 penetrates into a link guide 18 of a bolt tail 19 of the bolt 2.
  • the second segment 11 has an in Figure 8 toothing 20 shown, with which there is an in Figure 2 illustrated pinion 21 of a transmission 22 drives.
  • the toothing 20 is designed as a partial ring gear.
  • the pinion 21 of the gear 22 drives a small-diameter gear 24 and a rack 25 on a slide 26 via a large-diameter gear 23.
  • the slide 26 faces a control pin 28 of a pivotable unlocking element 29 with a shoulder 27.
  • the unlocking element 29 has a second pin 30, arranged in a concealed manner here, which penetrates into a further link guide 31 of the locking tail 19. By driving the unlocking element 29 via the gear 22 and the slide 26, the bolt 2 can be withdrawn into the unlocking position shown in the lock case 1.
  • the slide 26 is also coupled to the drive rod 7.
  • the lock has a locking device 32 for blocking the locking device 6.
  • the locking device 32 has a pivotably mounted locking element 33, which faces a likewise pivotably mounted unlocking element 34.
  • the unlocking element 34 faces a cam 35 driven by the transmission 22.
  • the locking element 33 has a control pin 36 which protrudes into the plane of the unlocking element 34. In the position shown, the locking element 33 rests with a support edge 37 on a side edge 38 of the locking tail 19.
  • the force for bearing the locking element 33 on the side edge 38 can be generated by gravity or a spring element (not shown).
  • Figure 1 shows the lock in an unlocked position in which the latch 3 can be withdrawn into the lock case 1 by actuating the handle follower 5. If you drive the lock from the in Figure 1 counterclockwise via the driver 9, one arrives at the in Figure 2 locking position shown. During the drive, the segment 10 having the lever arm 16 is pivoted along the guide grooves 14 and the one pin 17 in the link guide 18 is displaced in the locking tail 19. The bolt 2 is extended out of the lock case 1. The locking element 33 slides on the side edge 38 of the
  • Bar tail 19 along and falls by gravity or a spring force, not shown, with a support edge 39 behind a rear edge 40 of the bar tail. This means that the bolt 2 can no longer be pressed into the lock case 1 by hand. Compared to the position in Figure 1 the second segment 11 connected to the transmission 22 is not moved.
  • an actuating element 41 connected to the drive rod 7 has a latch retraction pin 42 which pivots a latch retraction lever 43 and thus pulls the latch 3 back. This position is in Figure 5 shown.
  • Figure 6 shows the segments 10, 11 and the driver 9 of the lock enlarged.
  • the driver 9 is part of a lock cylinder, not shown, inserted in the receptacle 8 of the lock.
  • the segments 10, 11 each have stop shoulders 44-47 with which they protrude into the range of motion of the driver 9.
  • Figure 7 shows the segments 10, 11 in a side view and Figure 8 in a view from below.
  • Figure 7 shows that one of the segments 10 has a guide pin 48 which is in the already in the Figures 1 and 6th
  • the illustrated guide groove 14 of the other segment 11 penetrates.
  • the toothing 20 arranged on the second segment 11 for driving the transmission 22 can be seen.
  • the segments 10, 11 each have guide pins 12, 49 pointing away from one another, with which they penetrate into the guide grooves 13 of the side walls 15 of the lock case 1.
  • Figure 9 shows the locking device 32 of the lock with the locking element 33 and the unlocking element 34 and the unlocking element 29. Furthermore, the cam 35 that can be driven by the gear 22 for deflecting the unlocking element 34 is shown.
  • the Figures 10 and 11 show the locking device 32 in different perspective views. It can be seen here that the locking element 33, the unlocking element 34 and the unlocking element 29 are arranged in different planes.
  • the unlocking element 34 is arranged in the plane of the cam 35.
  • the control pin 36 of the locking element 33 protrudes into the plane of the unlocking element 34.
