Definitions

  • the invention relates to an espagnolette lock, in particular for a two-leaf door with a bolt of a bolt device which can be moved out of a lock case and with a control element which is movably arranged in the bolt and which projects above the bolt in a basic position and is pressed back into the bolt in a release position, with one of the control element drivable trigger for actuating the locking device, with a projection of the locking device movable between a blocking position and a release position, the projection being moved out of the blocking position in the release position of the trigger and the back movement of the lock into the lock case being released.
  • Such an espagnolette lock is, for example, from the DE 2013 000 920 U1 known.
  • the espagnolette lock enables unlocking by depressing the control element.
  • Such unlocking is provided in so-called panic locks or locks in escape doors, for example to unlock a wing by actuating it from another wing.
  • the trigger is arranged on a sliding block.
  • the sliding block is guided in a groove of the control element.
  • the groove is inclined to the directions of movement of the sliding block and the control element.
  • the sliding block is guided transversely to the direction of movement of the bolt when that Control element is pressed into the bolt parallel to the direction of movement of the bolt.
  • espagnolette locks are often used in so-called escape doors or panic locks if the locking device is to be actuated by a component opposite the lock case.
  • This opposite component can be a second wing, for example a so-called passive wing.
  • the invention is based on the problem of further developing an espagnolette lock of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that the structural outlay is kept as low as possible and that it can be assembled as simply as possible.
  • the trigger is made in one piece with the control element and is biased by a spring element into one of the positions and that the bolt, the spring element and the control element are designed as a preassembled assembly.
  • the one-piece design of the control element with the trigger simplifies the construction effort.
  • the use of the pre-assembled assembly simplifies the assembly of the entire espagnolette lock.
  • the function of the pre-assembled module can also be checked separately, so that in the event of a fault, the dismantling of the entire espagnolette lock is avoided.
  • Another advantage of this design is that the position of the control element is reliably achieved by the spring element. Since in two-leaf doors there are often strong tolerances in the rebate air between the leaves, the reliable reaching of the respective position of the control element leads to particularly reliable operation of the espagnolette lock.
  • the locking device is reliably held in the blocking position when the control element is biased with the trigger in the direction of the release position and when the holding force of the locking device is greater than the spring force of the spring element.
  • the locking device is reliably moved into the release position when the control element is depressed.
  • the outlay for producing the preassembled structural unit can be kept particularly low if, in the release position, the spring element or the control element is held by a pin pressed into the bolt.
  • the invention further contributes to further reducing the structural complexity of the preassembled module if a section of the control element in the release position projects beyond the outer contour of the bolt and if the trigger is arranged on the section projecting beyond the outer contour. Coupling the movement of the trigger with the locking device is particularly simple because the portion of the trigger projecting beyond the outer contour is freely accessible from outside the preassembled module.
  • the number of components of the espagnolette lock can be according to another advantageous development of the Keep the invention particularly low if the latch has a shoulder, if the projection engages behind the shoulder in the blocking position, and if the trigger is designed in the release position to move the projection out of the movement range of the shoulder.
  • the trigger has a control ramp for direct actuation of the projection.
  • This design causes the projection to slide along the control ramp when the control element is depressed and is thus moved out of the blocking position.
  • the espagnolette lock can be used in escape doors or as a panic lock if the lock case with the bolt is arranged in a first leaf and an actuating device which can be actuated by a handle is arranged opposite the bolt in a second leaf.
  • handles are usually used in the width of the two leaves.
  • the lock case with the bolt is usually used in a so-called most-used active leaf.
  • the handle of the active leaf can therefore be connected directly to the locking device.
  • the handle of the passive leaf actuates the control element, which in turn is coupled to the locking device via the trigger.
  • the locking device arranged on one wing can thus be controlled from the other wing.
  • Figure 1 shows a two-leaf door with a frame 1 and with a first leaf 2 and with a second leaf 3.
  • the leaf 2, 3 can be locked in the frame 1 via a schematically illustrated connecting rod lock 4.
  • the espagnolette lock 4 has a lock case 5 arranged in the first wing 2 and a handle 6 also arranged in the first wing 2.
  • the second wing 3 also has a handle 7 and an actuating device 8 which can be controlled by the handle 7.
  • the actuating device 8 is pending the lock case 5 protruding bolt 9 opposite.
  • a latch 10 protrudes from the lock case 5.
  • FIG 2 shows the lock case 5 of the drive rod lock 4 arranged in the first wing 2 with a locking device 20 and with an adjacent area of the actuating device 8 arranged in the second wing 3 Figure 1 .
  • a connecting rod connecting slide 11 is slidably guided.
  • the bolt 9 and the latch 10 have been moved out of the lock case 5 and the connecting rod connecting slide 11 is in a lower position.
  • the espagnolette connecting slide 11 can be moved upwards by means of a locking cylinder, of which only one driver 12 is shown for simplicity, and by turning a nut 13 clockwise.
  • the bolt 9 is also withdrawn into the lock case 5.
  • the latch 10 When driving the connecting rod connecting slide 11 via the driver 12 of the locking cylinder, the latch 10 is also retracted into the lock case 5 via a change lever (not shown). Likewise, the latch 10 is retracted into the lock case 5 via a latch retraction lever 14 when the nut 13 is rotated clockwise. The nut 13 is coupled to the handle 6 of the first wing 2, so that it is turned clockwise when the handle 6 is pressed down or pressed against the wing 2.
  • the connecting rod connecting slide 11 engages in the in Figure 2 shown position with a projection 15 a shoulder 16 of the bolt 9. This indicates a blocking position in which the bolt 9 is supported by the connecting rod connecting slide 11 and cannot be pushed back from this position.
  • a control element 17 protruding from the bolt 9 faces the actuating device 8 which can be driven by the handle 7 of the second wing 3.
  • the bolt 9 and the connecting rod connecting slide 11 are coupled to one another via a control cam 18.
  • the connecting rod connecting slide 11 When the connecting rod connecting slide 11 is moved into an upper position, the bolt 9 is withdrawn via the control cam 18 into the lock case 5.
  • a control ramp 19 is arranged behind the shoulder 16.
  • the projection 15 is in the Figure 3 shown position in a release position in which the movement of the bolt 9 is released into the lock case 5.
  • the components arranged in the lock case 5 are shown from one side, the intended inside of a room.
  • such espagnolette locks 4 for escape doors or for panic doors have two nut halves lying one above the other in a sandwich-like manner.
  • the nut half to be arranged on the intended inside of a room has the same function as the nut 13 described above.
  • the nut half to be arranged on the opposite side, the intended outside of the room, can be coupled in.
  • FIG 4 shows a sectional view of the bolt 9 with the control element 17 Figure 2 and adjacent areas of the locking device 20.
  • the control element 17 is made in one piece with the control ramp 19 and is biased with the control ramp 19 against the projection 15 of the locking device 20.
  • the projection 15 is designed as a bolt pressed into the connecting rod connecting slide 11.
  • a spring element 21 for prestressing the control element 17 is also arranged in the bolt 9. The holding force of the locking device 20 in the position shown is greater than the biasing force of the spring element 21. If the control element is pressed 17 into the bolt 9 via the actuating device 8 which can be actuated by the handle 7 of the second wing 3, the projection 15 is displaced from the range of movement of the shoulder 16 of the bolt 9. The latch 9 can then be pressed further into the lock case 5 by the actuating device 8. The connecting rod slide 11 is moved upwards and the connecting rod lock 4 is unlocked.
  • the control ramp 19 thus forms a trigger 22 for actuating the locking device 20.
  • Figure 5 shows a preassembled assembly 23 of bolt 9, spring element 21, control element 17 and trigger 22.
  • the control element 17 is biased by the spring element 21 against a pin 24 pressed into the bolt 9. In this position, the pre-assembled module 23 can be inserted into the lock case 5.
  • the position of the control element 17 and the trigger 22 shown corresponds to that of Figure 3 .
  • the trigger 22 is in a trigger position in which the projection 15 is pressed out of the range of movement of the shoulder 16.
