Claims (10)
- Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) comprenant :un boîtier de connecteur (10) en une matière isolante coulée dans laquelle sont complètement enveloppées une unité de bobines (20), stationnaire ainsi qu'une unité de capteur (30), ayant respectivement des branchements (24, 25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33) qui sont reliés électriquement par des lignes électriques (41-46) à des broches de contact (61-66) dépassant du boîtier de connecteur (10), ainsi qu'une unité d'actionnement (80) munie d'au moins un induit mobile axialement (91, 92) qui se déplace axialement lorsque l'unité de bobines (20) est alimentée,les branchements (24, 25, 26, 27, 31, 32, 33) et les lignes électriques (41-46) de l'unité de bobines (20) et l'unité de capteur (30) avec les broches de contact (61-66) sont complètement noyés dans la matière coulée du boîtier de connecteur (10).
- Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon la revendication 1,
selon lequel
les lignes électriques (44, 45, 46) entre l'unité de bobines (20) et les broches de contact (64, 65, 66) et/ou les lignes électriques (41, 42, 43) entre l'unité de capteur (30) et les broches de contact (61, 62, 63) sont réalisées sous la forme de grilles métalliques estampées et logées déformées dans le boîtier de connecteur (10). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
selon lequel
chaque fois trois lignes électriques (44, 45, 46) sont prévues entre l'unité de bobines (20) et les broches de contact (64, 65, 66) ainsi que trois lignes (41, 42, 43) entre l'unité de capteur (30) et les broches de contact (61, 62, 63). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
selon lequel
l'unité de bobines (20) comporte au moins un support de bobine (28) sur lequel est enroulée une bobine (21, 22) ainsi qu'une collerette supérieure (28a) et une collerette inférieure (28b) qui ont des hauteurs axiales différentes, et dans la collerette la plus large (28a ou 28b), on a logé au moins deux broches de contact comme branchements (24, 25, 26, 27) qui sont reliées électriquement aux extrémités du fil (21a, 21b) de la bobine (21). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon la revendication 4,
selon lequel
les broches de contact sont soudées aux extrémités (21a, 21b) d'un fil de bobine. - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
selon lequel
l'induit (91, 92) de l'unité d'actionnement (80) est réalisé sous la forme d'une broche d'induit et arrive en position centrale dans la bobine (21) de l'unité de bobines (20) lorsque le boîtier de connecteur (10) est placé sur l'unité d'actionnement (80). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
selon lequel
l'unité d'actionnement (80) comporte des coques en forme de segments de cercle ou une taule conductrice (84) qui pénètrent au moins partiellement dans la cavité (18) du boîtier de connecteur (10), entourant l'unité de bobines (20). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
selon lequel
le boîtier de connecteur (10) comporte une pièce de fond (11) en forme de plaque dans laquelle sont injectées des douilles (13). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
selon lequel
le boîtier de connecteur (10) est fermé par un couvercle (15). - Dispositif électromagnétique de réglage notamment pour le réglage d'un arbre à cames (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
selon lequel
l'unité de bobines (20) comporte au moins un corps de bobine (28) avec des collerettes de support de bobine (28a, 28b) munie des lèvres d'étanchéité (28c, 28d) périphériques, ces lèvres d'étanchéité (28c, 28d) étant logées dans la matière coulée du boîtier de connecteur (10).
