Claims (10)
- Schneidevorrichtung für Beutel (B), in denen Behälter (A) für pharmazeutische Zwecke untergebracht sind, umfassend mindestens einen Klemmmechanismus (2) zum Zusammenklemmen eines Abschnitts (C) des genannten Beutels (B) und mindestens ein Schneidelement (2a), wobei der Klemmmechanismus (2) dazu konfiguriert ist, Abschnitte gegenüberliegender Folien (E, F) des genannten Beutels (B), die beabstandet zu einer Endlasche (D) des Beutels angeordnet sind, miteinander zu verklemmen, wobei das mindestens eine Schneidelement (2a) dazu konfiguriert ist, die gegenüber den genannten Abschnitten der gegenüberliegenden Folien (E, F) des Beutels (B), die durch den Klemmmechanismus (2) miteinander verklemmt sind, hervorstehende Endlasche (D) abzutrennen und zu entfernen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung ferner Greifelemente (14) umfasst, die mindestens eine Klemmbacke (15) aufweisen, um die Endlasche (D) des Beutels (B) zu greifen, wobei der genannte Beutel (B) an der mindestens einen Klemmbacke (15) des Greifelements (14) aufgehängt ist.
- Schneideeinheit nach Anspruch 1, in der Greiforgane einem Transportsystem zugeordnet sind.
- Schneideeinheit nach Anspruch 2, in der das Transportsystem umfasst:einen proximalen Abschnitt angeordnet in einem ersten Bereich, undeinen distalen Abschnitt angeordnet in einem zweiten Bereich,in dem der erste Bereich eine höhere Kontaminationsklasse und einen höheren Umgebungsdruck gegenüber dem zweiten Bereich aufweist.
- Schneideeinheit nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, in der das Transportsystem ringförmig geschlossen und durch eine automatische Antriebseinheit angetrieben ist, die einem Steuer- und Regelprozessor untergeordnet ist.
- Schneideeinheit nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, in der das Schneideorgan zwischen den Greiforganen und dem Klemmmechanismus angeordnet ist, wenn der Endlasche von den gegenüberliegenden Folienabschnitten, die durch den Klemmmechanismus zusammengeklemmt sind, getrennt ist.
- Schneidevorrichtung für Beutel (B), in denen Behälter (A) für pharmazeutische Zwecke untergebracht sind, umfassend mindestens einen Klemmmechanismus (2) zum Zusammenklemmen eines Abschnitts (C) des genannten Beutels (B) und mindestens ein Schneidelement (2a), wobei der Klemmmechanismus (2) dazu konfiguriert ist, Abschnitte gegenüberliegender Folien (E, F) des genannten Beutels (B), die beabstandet zu einer Endlasche (D) des Beutels angeordnet sind, miteinander zu verklemmen, wobei das mindestens eine Schneidelement (2a) dazu konfiguriert ist, die gegenüber den genannten Abschnitten der gegenüberliegenden Folien (E, F) des Beutels (B), die durch den Klemmmechanismus (2) miteinander verklemmt sind, hervorstehende Endlasche (D) abzutrennen und zu entfernen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Klemmmechanismus (2) mit einem beweglichen Endabschnitt (3) eines Manipulators (4) verbunden ist, wobei der Manipulator (4) zwischen mindestens zwei Endpositionen verstellbar ist, einer ersten Position, in der der Beutel (B) von einer Transporteinrichtung (5) aufgenommen wird, um die gegenüberliegenden Folien (E, F) mittels des Klemmmechanismus (2) zu verklemmen, und einer zweiten Position, in der der Beutel (B) in die Nähe einer Öffnung (6) gebracht wird, die in einer Trennwand (7) vorgesehen ist, welche einen ersten Bereich (9) von einem Raum (8) trennt, wobei der Raum (8) eine höhere Kontaminationsklasse und einen höheren Umgebungsdruck als der erste Bereich (9) aufweist.
- Schneideeinheit nach Anspruch 6, wobei der Manipulator (4) ein anthropomorpher Roboter ist.
- Schnittgruppe nach Anspruch 1, wobei in der genannten ersten Zone (9) mindestens ein Auslass für einen Gasstrom angeordnet ist, der den proximalen Abschnitt (10) der Fördereinrichtung (5), den entlang des proximalen Abschnitts (10) transportierten Beutel (B) und den in der ersten Zone (9) angeordneten Manipulator (4) betrifft.
- Schneideeinheit nach Anspruch 8, wobei der Gasstrom laminare Strömung ist.
- Verfahren zum Schneiden von Beuteln (B), in denen Behälter (A) für pharmazeutische Zwecke untergebracht sind, umfassend die Schritte:- anordnen eines Abschnitts (C) des Beutels (B), der von einem Endlaschen (D) beabstandet ist, in Ausrichtung an einem Klemmmechanismus (2);- zusammenklemmen von gegenüberliegenden Folien (E, F) des Beutels (B) mit dem Klemmmechanismus (2);- schneiden und Trennen des Endlaschens (D) mittels eines Schneideorgans (2a) gegenüber den gegenüberliegenden Folienstücken (E, F) des Beutels (B), die durch den Klemmmechanismus (2) gegenseitig zusammengeklemmt sind,wobei das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass es den weiteren Schritt umfasst:- ausrichten des durch den Klemmmechanismus (2) zusammengeklemmt gehaltenen Abschnitts des Beutels (B) an einer nachfolgenden Arbeitsstation,wobei das Zusammenklemmen des Beutels (B) mit dem Klemmmechanismus (2) die gegenüberliegenden Folien (E, F) zusammenhält, sodass die Behälter (A) im Inneren des Beutels (B) auch nach dem Schneiden isoliert von der Umgebung bleiben.
