Definitions

  • the invention relates to a wet cleaning device, in particular a wet wiper, with a rotatably mounted around a roll axis cleaning roller and a cleaning roller in the circumferential direction at least partially surrounding roller cover, which has at least one displaceable cover element for Wähl wise closing and / or releasing an opening portion of the roller cover ,
  • the invention relates to a method for operating a wet cleaning device, wherein a rotatable cleaning roller for a regeneration operation of the cleaning roller is displaced away from a surface to be cleaned and is at least partially surrounded by a roller cover.
  • a wet cleaning device with a rotating about a rotation axis driven wiping body in which a cleaning liquid is removed from a storage tank and sprayed by means arranged in the direction of the axis of rotation of the wiper body spray nozzles on the surface of the wiper body.
  • the wiper body moistened in this way is guided over a surface to be cleaned during a wiping operation, the wiper body receiving dirt from the surface to be cleaned.
  • the wiping operation of the wiper body is increasingly covered with dirt, so that regeneration is required.
  • the wiper body is lifted from the surface to be cleaned, surrounded by a housing and sprayed with fresh cleaning liquid.
  • the wiper body rotates, so that cleaning fluid and dirt are expelled from the wiper body, hit the inside of the housing and transferred to a receiving tank.
  • the lifting of the wiper body of the surface to be cleaned is carried out manually by a user of the wet cleaning device.
  • the housing is manually guided around the wiper body. This is uncomfortable, since the user of the wet cleaning device must perform at least two handles manually. It may happen that the user forgets to surround the wiping body with the housing, so that during a regeneration operation of the wiping body cleaning liquid can splash into the surroundings.
  • the displaceable cover element of the roller cover is coupled via a gear, in particular a gear transmission, so with the cleaning roller, that the cleaning roller is displaced by a displacement of the cover member or the cover member by displacing the cleaning roller is relocatable.
  • the displacement of the cover element and the displacement of the cleaning roller are now coupled in such a way that a displacement of the cover element simultaneously effects a displacement of the cleaning roller and that a displacement of the cleaning roller simultaneously results in a displacement of the cover element.
  • the cover member abuts the displacement during the displacement against the cleaning roller and / or forgotten to lift the cleaning roller from the surface. According to the invention, therefore, upon displacement of the cleaning roller, there is automatically a displacement of the cover element, and vice versa. Thus, the user must either relocate only the cover element or only the cleaning roller, whereby then automatically a displacement of the cleaning roller or the cover element is made.
  • the displacement of the cover element or the cleaning roller is preferably triggered by the operation of a corresponding switch to the wet cleaning device.
  • a manual displacement of the cover element or the cleaning roller is alternatively also possible.
  • a transmission is arranged in mechanical operative connection between the cover element and the cleaning roller, which transmits a displacement movement of the cover element or the cleaning roller to the cleaning roller or the cover element.
  • the transmission can be particularly advantageously a toothed transmission with a plurality of toothed transmission elements, such as, for example, toothed wheels and / or toothed racks.
  • the transmission can be designed in one or more stages. In particular, in the energy transfer from the cover element to the cleaning roller or vice versa, a translation is conceivable which reduces the force to be applied for the displacement.
