Claims (11)
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) mit einer Haupttrommel (2) und einem Abnehmer (3), dessen Achse parallel zu derjenigen der Haupttrommel (2) verläuft und der gegen die Haupttrommel (2) und stromabwärts der Haupttrommel (2) in Richtung des Faserflusses angeordnet ist, wobei die Drehrichtung des Abnehmers (3) derjenigen der Haupttrommel (2) entgegengesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kardiervorrichtung (1) außerdem eine Abnehmerreinigungsvorrichtung (4) umfasst, die einen Staubsammelzylinder (5) mit einer Achse parallel zu derjenigen der Haupttrommel (2), der gegen den Abnehmer (3) positioniert ist, und einen Reinigungszylinder (6) mit einer Achse parallel zu derjenigen der Haupttrommel (2), der sowohl gegen den Staubsammelzylinder (5) als auch gegen die Haupttrommel (2) positioniert ist, umfasst, wobei die Drehrichtung des Staubsammelzylinders (5) mit der des Abnehmers (3) identisch ist und die Drehrichtung des Reinigungszylinders (6) mit der des Staubsammelzylinders (5) identisch ist, wobei der Staubsammelzylinder so konfiguriert ist, dass er den am Boden der Auskleidung des Abnehmers vorhandenen Staub auffängt, und der Reinigungszylinder so konfiguriert ist, dass er den Staub automatisch und fortschreitend auf dem Staubsammelzylinder auffängt, um ihn dann zur Haupttrommel zurückzuführen.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staubsammelzylinder (5) und der Reinigungszylinder (6) oberhalb des Abnehmers (3) angeordnet sind.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Staubsammelzylinder (5) eine flexible oder starre Auskleidung aufweist.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haupttrommel (2), der Abnehmer (3) und der Reinigungszylinder (6) jeweils eine starre Auskleidung aufweisen.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auskleidung der Haupttrommel (2) in Drehrichtung der Haupttrommel (2) geneigte Zähne (2b) aufweist, die Auskleidung des Reinigungszylinders (6) in Drehrichtung des Reinigungszylinders (6) geneigte Zähne (6b) aufweist, die Auskleidung des Staubsammelzylinders (5) Zähne (5b) aufweist, die in der Richtung entgegen der Drehrichtung des Staubsammelzylinders (5) geneigt sind, und die Auskleidung des Abnehmers (3) Zähne (3b) aufweist, die in der Richtung entgegen der Drehrichtung des Abnehmers (3) geneigt sind.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kardiervorrichtung (1) ferner einen Abziehzylinder (7) umfasst, die gegen den Abnehmer (3) und stromabwärts des Abnehmers (3) in Richtung des Faserflusses angeordnet ist.
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Abnehmers (3) kleiner ist als der der Haupttrommel (2).
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Staubsammelzylinders (5) kleiner ist als der des Abnehmers (3) .
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Durchmesser des Reinigungszylinders (6) kleiner ist als der des Staubsammelzylinders (5).
- - Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Drehzahl des Reinigungszylinders (6) höher ist als die des Staubsammelzylinders (5) und niedriger als die der Haupttrommel (2).
- - Kardiermaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Kardiervorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 umfasst, deren Haupttrommel von einem Speisezylinder gespeist wird.
