Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Wiederverwertung von Fasern in einer Karde, die zumindest eine Kardierwalze (2; 5) und am Umfang der Kardierwalze angebrachte Kardierglieder (3) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Karde eine Abdeckhaube (13) aufweist, welche die Kardierglieder (3) der Karde abdeckt, und dass ein Wederverwertungs-Luftstrom (F) erzeugt wird, der unter dieser Abdeckhaube (13), über den Kardiergliedern (3) und nahe bei diesen so zirkuliert, dass die nicht verarbeiteten Fasern stromaufwärts der Kardierwalze zurückgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Wiederverwertungs-Luftstrom (F) durch Ansaugen erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels des Wiederverwertungs-Luftstroms (F) die nicht verarbeiteten Fasern zum Einlass (E) der Karde zurückgeführt werden und diese Fasern am Umfang einer Kardierwalze (2) der Karde wiedereingebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Kardierglieder eine Rollenkardiergruppe (3) ist.
- Karde mit zumindest einer Kardierwalze und am Umfang der Kardierwalze angebrachten Kardiergliedern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Mittel (10, 11, 12, 13) zur Wiederverwertung der nicht verarbeiteten Fasern enthält, die eine Abdeckhaube (13) aufweisen, welche die Kardierglieder (3) der Karde abdeckt, und die so ausgelegt sind, dass sie einen Luftstrom (F) erzeugen, der unter dieser Abdeckhaube (13) über den Kardiergliedern (3) nahe bei diesen in Richtung stromaufwärts der Kardierwalze zirkuliert.
- Karde nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eines der Kardierglieder eine Rollenkardiergruppe (3) ist.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mittel zur Wiederverwertung der nicht verarbeiteten Fasern Ansaugmittel (11) aufweisen.
- Karde nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ansaugmittel am Einlass (E) der Karde angeordnet sind.
- Karde nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mit den Mitteln zur Wiederverwertung der nicht verarbeiteten Fasern ein Wiederverwertungs-Luftstrom (F) erzeugbar ist, der unter der Abdeckhaube (13) von stromabwärts der letzten Kardierwalze (5) zum Einlass (E) der Karde zirkuliert.
