Claims (8)

  1. Nadelmaschine zur mechanischen Verfestigung eines Faservlieses, umfassend:
    ein Gehäuse (16),
    Mittel (1, 2, 4, 6), um das Faservlies (3) durchlaufen zu lassen,
    ein bewegliches System, umfassend einen Träger (9) für ein Nadelbrett (7) und zumindest eine Stange (11), die so montiert ist, daß sie in einer Richtung (12) quer zum Vlies (3) in zumindest einem Schiebelager (13, 14) schiebbar ist,
    für jede Stange (11) eine Pleuelstange (19) mit einem ersten Ende (21), das an eine Antriebskurbel (22) angelenkt ist, und einem zweiten Ende, das mit der Stange (11) über ein Gelenk (18) verbunden ist, um eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung zum Träger (9) zu übertragen,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (13, 14) um die Achse (12) der Stange (11) herum relativ zum Gehäuse (16) winklig einstellbar ist.
  2. Nadelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einstellmittel (41, 46, 47) Mittel zur Einstellung in Winkelschritten sind.
  3. Nadelmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das einstellbare Lager (13, 14) durch eine Reihe von Befestigungsmitteln (47), die winklig regelmäßig um die Achse (12) der Stange (11) herum verteilt sind, am Gehäuse (16) befestigt ist, wobei die Einstellung durchgeführt wird durch Demontage der Befestigungsmittel (47) und deren Wiederpositionierung nach einer Drehung des Lagers (13, 14) gemäß einem Winkel entsprechend einer ganzen Zahl von Malen des aufeinanderfolgenden Winkelschrittes der Befestigungsmittel (47) um die Achse (12).
  4. Nadelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel (48, 49, 51) zur Markierung der Winkelposition des Lagers (13, 14) in bezug auf das Gehäuse (16).
  5. Nadelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (11) durch zwei axial beabstandete Schiebelager (13, 14) geführt wird, die für die Drehung um die Achse (12) der Stange (11) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
  6. Nadelmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stange (11) eine erste Region (28) von relativ großem äußerem Durchmesser aufweist, die durch ein erstes (13) der Schiebelager gleitet, das an der Seite der Kurbel (22) angeordnet ist und einen entsprechenden, relativ großen Durchmesser hat, wobei die Stange (11) in einer zweiten Region (32) einen kleineren Durchmesser hat, welche Region (32) in dem anderen Lager (14) gleitet, das einen entsprechenden kleineren Durchmesser hat und an der Seite des Trägers (9) des Nadelbretts angeordnet ist.
  7. Nadelmaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lager durch eine gemeinsame rohrförmige Montagevorrichtung (41) getragen werden.
  8. Nadelmaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rohrförmige Montagevorrichtung (41) für jedes Lager einen Ring (17) trägt.
