Description
The invention relates to an electrical interface in a track-bound vehicle, wherein the vehicle has both a car body and a head module. The invention also relates to a method for establishing an electrical connection between a car body and a head module of a track-bound vehicle and a track-bound vehicle.
End cars of short-distance and long-distance trains have to meet specific requirements for the safety of car bodies in the event of collision accidents for several years. These requirements are defined, for example, in the standard DIN EN 15227 "Requirements for Collision Safety of Rail Vehicle Boxes" from the year 2008 and in the UIC Code 651 "Design of the driver's cabs of locomotives, railcars, railcars and control cars" of the International Union of Railways. In order to meet them, the car body of the end car of a train is usually carried out in two parts, the actual car body structure is performed separately from the cab. The driver's cab, also called head module, has in this case controlled deformation deformation zones for absorbing impact energy as well as a safety cage, which creates a survival space for the driver. The actual car body is also designed such that it can absorb impact energy transmitted by the head module. In the manufacture of the end car of a trainset, the car body and the head module are usually mounted separately from each other and then joined together.
The laying and connection of electrical cables or cables in the head module after joining the two parts of the endcar means disadvantageously a relatively high cost, especially due to the existing in the cab tight space.
The object of the invention is to provide a device which allows a simpler connection of electrical components in the head module and car body of a car of a track-bound vehicle. This object is achieved by the electrical interface, the method and the track-bound vehicle according to the independent patent claims. Embodiments of the electrical interface are specified in the dependent claims.
A first aspect of the invention comprises an electrical interface in a track-bound vehicle, in which guided in a car body of the vehicle electrical Lines are terminated at least a first part of an electrical connector, wherein the at least a first part of the electrical connector in the region of a mechanical interface between the car body and a head module of the vehicle is arranged, and wherein the at least a first part of the electrical connector with at least a second part of the electrical connector is connectable, at which guided in the head module electrical lines are terminated.
Advantageously, by the respective termination of the electrical lines in the head module and the car body, these two parts are mechanically joined together in a relatively late phase of the production of the vehicle. The electrical devices described in the head module and car body are already largely preassembled and wired, so that after mechanical assembly of the head module and the car body, the respective parts of the electrical connectors are assembled to make electrical connections between the lines in the head module and those in the car body.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the at least one first part of the electrical plug-in connection is arranged in the region of a cross-member arranged in the transverse direction of the vehicle.
According to a development of this embodiment, the at least one first part of the electrical plug connection is arranged in at least one opening in a wall of the traverse adjacent to the mechanical interface.
According to a further development, the traverse is arranged in the region of a car body cover and / or in the region of a car body bottom of the car body.
In this case, the traverse according to another embodiment of the invention, a mechanical assembly of head module and carbody serve. For example, the Traverse openings or holes have, are guided by the threaded screws. Also, the holes themselves may have a respective thread into which threaded screws are turned.
In particular, according to a further development, the traverse can be designed as an extruded profile as part of the body structure. In particular, in a production of the car body made of extruded profiles, the traverse can be designed as an integral part of the car body structure or the Wagenkastenrohbaus.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the at least one first part of the electrical plug connection is designed as a respective socket having a plurality of contact openings and the at least one second part of the electrical plug connection as a respective plug with a plurality of contact pins corresponding to the plurality of contact openings. The number of electrical connections and the number of pins or openings provided therein is selected, for example, depending on the number of electrical devices to be connected as well as their respective electrical connection required number of lines. Also, first and second part of an electrical plug connection can each have both contact pins and contact openings.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the car body and the head module are parts of a end car of a trainset. As described in the introduction, head modules are used in particular for meeting safety requirements in collision accidents of rail vehicles.
A second aspect of the invention includes a method for establishing an electrical connection between a body and a head module of a track-bound Vehicle in which in a first step in the car body guided electrical lines on at least a first part of an electrical connector and in the head module outgoing electrical lines are terminated on at least a second part of the electrical connector, wherein the first and the second part of the respective electrical Plug connection are each arranged in the region of a mechanical interface between the car body and the head module. In a second step, the car body and the head module are mechanically joined, and in a third step, the first and the second part of the respective connector for joining the guided in the car body and the head module electrical lines are assembled.
Finally, a third aspect of the invention relates to a track-bound vehicle which has a car body and at least one head module connected to the car body at a mechanical interface, electrical leads guided in the car body terminating at at least a first part of an electrical plug connection arranged in the region of the mechanical interface are and terminated in the head module electrical lines are terminated on at least a second part of the electrical connector, and wherein the parts of the respective connector in the region of the mechanical interface are connectable.
