Description

The invention relates to a housing construction for attachment to a car body of a rail vehicle with a first housing module for receiving rail vehicle equipment and a second housing module adjacent to the first housing module for receiving rail vehicle equipment.

Such housing constructions for attachment to a car body of a rail vehicle are known from the prior art.

So reveals the DE 10 2014 113 829 A1 a modular system for attaching an underfloor module (underfloor component) to different car bodies of rail vehicles. The at least one underfloor component comprises a container for receiving and fastening rail vehicle equipment (rail vehicle component) in the container. First fastening elements enable the underfloor component to be fastened to a first car body and second fastening elements enable the underfloor component to be fastened to a second car body, which is different from the first car body. The fastening elements are designed for load-bearing fastening of the underfloor component to the respective car body. In addition, the first and second fastening elements each have the same interface for fastening the respective fastening element to the container of the underfloor component. The first fastening elements also each have a first interface for fastening the first fastening element to the first car body and the second fastening elements each have a second interface for fastening the second fastening element to the second car body. The modular system is designed in such a way that the container of the underfloor component without further Adaptation and can be attached to the different car bodies by selecting the respective fastening elements.

From the EP 1 340 662 A1 a housing construction in the form of an underbody assembly for a rail vehicle is also known. The underbody assembly includes a structural member extending longitudinally between the longitudinal sides of the railroad car, this structural member including a pair of longitudinally extending support members which are transversely spaced from one another. The sub-floor assembly forms a component niche between the longitudinally extending support elements. The component niche is able to accommodate an underfloor component, the structural part being designed to partially hold the underfloor component. In this way, several underbody modules can be attached to the car body.

The particular in the prior art of DE 10 2014 113 829 A1 The modular construction described has the advantage that a flexible adaptation of the housing construction with regard to the number of modules and the connection of the modules to different car bodies can be achieved.

Housing modules provided in this way are essentially independent units. However, it may be necessary or necessary to provide a substantially continuous housing, that is to say to avoid free spaces between the modules. This can be desirable, for example, to prevent foreign bodies or dirt from entering the free spaces or to shield equipment components that extend over several modules. Such a recording room is off, for example WO 2012/116971 A1 known.

For this it would be conceivable to provide additional floor panels. However, this means that components that may have to be adapted have to be used and the assembly effort increases. In addition, this results in additional weight.

It would also be conceivable to dispense with the modular design and instead use correspondingly large housings. However, this goes hand in hand with a waiver of the advantages of the modular design.

Alternatively, it is conceivable to provide an additional structure (secondary structure) into which the individual modules are inserted. However, this also means additional assembly work, additional weight and additional costs. Another disadvantage here is that in order to ensure that individual components can still be exchanged, a gap of at least 100 mm in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle (x-direction) and an additional installation space in the height (z-direction) of at least 50 mm is required between individual modules become. This thus reduces the space that is available to accommodate rail vehicle equipment. This also brings about a force coupling between the individual modules. However, this is not desirable because it makes it more difficult to calculate and dimension individual modules independently of the neighboring modules. Finally, a stiff secondary structure compared to individual modules has adverse effects on the load distribution resulting for the car body of the rail vehicle.

A complete assembly of individual modules is not possible due to the relative movement of individual modules with respect to one another while the rail vehicle is in motion.

Against this background, the object of the invention is to provide a generic housing construction, with at least some of the disadvantages of the prior art being avoided or reduced, that is to say in particular to provide a housing construction which has a modular design while at the same time being more consistent Enclosure allows, with preferably a good load distribution, easy interchangeability, low weight and low cost can be achieved.

According to a first teaching of the invention, the object is achieved in that the first housing module and the second housing module are arranged at a distance from one another with a gap, with at least one section along the gap for at least partially sealing the gap between the first housing module and the second housing module running sealing profile is provided, which is designed such that the sealing profile allows a relative movement of the first housing module and the second housing module, wherein the at least one sealing profile comprises a bent sheet metal for at least partially covering the gap, the sheet metal of the sealing profile bent in cross section is that an expansion and / or compression of the sealing profile is made possible across the gap.

It has been shown that the modular design for the housing modules for accommodating rail equipment can be retained, but at the same time a substantially continuous housing can be provided if the housing modules are arranged with a gap and a sealing profile running at least in sections along the gap is provided. In this way, in particular, no secondary structure is necessary, so that, in particular, a low installation effort, a low weight and low costs are achieved, with a comparatively large amount of space also being available for accommodating rail vehicle equipment.

A continuous enclosure is understood to mean, in particular, an enclosure that is essentially complete apart from intended openings (for example drainage openings and / or pressure equalization openings).

It has been shown in particular that, for example, in contrast to a secondary structure, a force coupling between the neighboring housing modules can be largely avoided by means of a sealing profile despite a mechanical connection of the sealing profile to the adjacent housing modules, i.e. the housing modules are essentially force decoupled. This leads in particular to an advantageous load distribution for the car body of the rail vehicle.

The second housing module is adjacent to the first housing module, in particular viewed in the longitudinal direction (x direction) of the car body.

It is possible that further housing modules, in particular arranged in the longitudinal direction, are provided, for example a third housing module adjacent to the second housing module, a fourth housing module adjacent to the third housing module, etc. Between all the respective adjacent housing modules or a part of them, for example, a sealing profile can then be used (or more) be provided. The housing modules are in particular independent modules and can be combined in a modular design. The housing modules are preferably connected to the car body via a support structure.

It is possible that only one sealing profile is provided between two adjacent housing modules. Likewise and preferably, however, several (preferably two or more) sealing profiles are provided between two adjacent housing modules.

Rail vehicle equipment can in particular comprise one or more of the following components: an energy supply component, a drive component, a braking device component, an auxiliary component and / or a line component. The components mentioned above are, for example, transformers, high-voltage boxes, circuit breakers, fuses, electrical distributors, drive converters, braking resistors, distribution boxes, batteries, water tanks, power cables, signal cables and / or pipes.

The housing structure can for example be a roof structure with roof modules. According to a preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, however, the housing construction is an underfloor construction and the housing modules are underfloor modules. In the area of underfloor construction in particular, one is essentially Continuous housing is often desirable, for example to provide adequate protection, for example against flying gravel.

The sealing profile consists essentially of metal and is made of sheet metal.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, at least one sealing profile provides a seal in the bottom area, side area and / or in the edge area of the respective housing modules. At least one sealing profile is preferably provided for the floor area. A separate sealing profile is preferably provided at least for the side area, which can in particular be designed differently from the sealing profile for the bottom area. A separate sealing profile can also be provided for the edge area, which, for example, can also be designed differently from the sealing profile for the bottom area (for example like the sealing profile for the side area). In this way, the local requirements of the housing construction can be taken into account. These statements apply in particular to an underground construction. In the case of a roof construction, the sealing profile would, for example, allow sealing in the roof area of the housing module instead of a seal in the floor area.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, the gap runs essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the car body. Correspondingly, the sealing profile runs essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction of the car body, that is to say essentially in the transverse direction (y-direction) and / or in the vertical direction (z-direction). It has been shown that a sealing profile enables, in particular, the sealing of gaps running transversely to the longitudinal direction without the housing modules being exposed to too high an undesired force coupling.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, the gap has, at least in sections, a width of 10 to 30 mm, preferably 12 to 24 mm, more preferably 15 to 25 mm. By using a sealing profile, a significantly smaller spacing between the modules can be achieved than would be possible, for example, when using a secondary structure to enable interchangeability.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, the first housing module and / or the second housing module each comprise at least one container for holding rail vehicle equipment, at least one fastening element for fastening the container of the respective housing module to the car body and / or at least one apron element. The same can apply to other intended housing modules.

A container is understood to mean, in particular, an essentially rectangular container. In the case of an underfloor construction, neighboring containers with the sealing profile can thus form an essentially continuous housing. The bottom of a container preferably forms the outer wall of the housing directly. A secondary structure and additional cover sheets are not necessary.

A fastening element can in particular be provided in the form of a bracket. The fastening element can have a connection area for the container and a connection area for the car body. The fastening element can also be connected indirectly to the car body, for example via a support structure. For example, four fastening elements are provided per housing module.

An apron element is in particular a side cover element, for example a roof apron or a floor apron. The apron element can in particular be designed as a side flap. For example, a swivel joint is provided so that the side flap can be folded.

The container, the fastening element and / or the apron element are made of sheet metal, for example. For example, the container, the fastening element and / or the skirt element have a sheet thickness of 2 to 10 mm, preferably 3 to 8 mm. For example, the container, the fastening element and / or the skirt element are made of metal.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, at least one sealing profile is directly connected to the first and the second housing module. The sealing profile is preferably detachably connected to the respective housing modules, for example in a form-fitting and / or force-fitting manner, for example by means of screws or a clamping mechanism. For example, at least one sealing profile is directly connected to adjacent containers (in particular container floors) of the housing modules. For example, at least one sealing profile is directly connected to adjacent fastening elements of the housing modules. For example, a sealing profile has elongated holes in order to enable tolerance compensation when connecting with bolts or screws.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, the gap between the first housing module and the second housing module is formed by a gap between adjacent containers and / or adjacent fastening elements of the adjacent housing modules. In particular, no additional components or structures are provided between the housing modules. Rather, the housing modules with the containers and / or the fastening elements are arranged directly adjacent.

In the housing construction according to the invention, at least one sealing profile is designed in such a way that the sealing profile allows a relative movement of the first housing module and the second housing module.

It has been shown that a sealing profile can be provided in such a way that a relative movement that typically occurs while the rail vehicle is traveling can be permitted despite the sealing profile. This can be achieved, for example, by the geometry and / or the material of the sealing profile. In this respect, it is understood that the sealing profile allows a relative movement of the first housing module and the second housing module, in particular that a relative movement of the housing modules remains possible with forces typically occurring when the rail vehicle is in motion. In particular, a relative movement in the longitudinal direction (x-direction) and / or in the vertical direction (z-direction) is made possible. A relative movement in the transverse direction (y-direction) is usually not necessary. In spite of the mechanical connection of the first and the second housing module with a sealing profile, a force coupling is still largely avoided or a force decoupling is achieved as far as possible.

According to the housing construction according to the invention, at least one sealing profile comprises a bent sheet metal for covering the gap at least in sections.

For example, the sealing profile consists of the, in particular, bent sheet metal, so that a particularly robust and compact sealing profile can be provided. This is particularly advantageous in the floor area. However, it is also conceivable that at least one sealing profile comprises further parts in addition to the particularly curved sheet metal. Due to its geometry, the sheet metal of the sealing profile can also particularly advantageously provide intended openings which, for example, serve for drainage or pressure equalization can. For example, the bent sheet metal has a groove-shaped or bell-shaped bend running along the sealing profile when viewed in cross section. For example, the sheet metal has an inwardly protruding bend.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, at least one sealing profile comprises at least one connecting element for connecting the sheet metal of the sealing profile to a housing module. The sealing profile preferably comprises two connecting elements for connecting the sheet metal of the sealing profile to the adjacent housing modules, in particular the adjacent fastening elements. In this case, the sealing profile is therefore in particular designed in at least two, preferably three parts. The individual parts can be non-positively, positively and / or cohesively connected to one another. For example, the connecting elements are glued to the sheet metal. Such a configuration of the sealing profile is particularly advantageous in the side and / or edge area, since in this way a particularly flexible and compact design of the sealing profile can be provided.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, at least one connecting element for connecting the sheet metal to the housing module is also designed for sealing with an apron element of the housing module. This applies in particular to a sealing profile arranged in the side edge area. This additional function can further simplify the construction of the housing module.

According to the invention, the sheet metal of the sealing profile, viewed in cross section, is bent in such a way that the sealing profile can be stretched and / or compressed across the gap. This is understood in particular to mean that an extension and / or compression typically occurs during the Driving the rail vehicle occurring forces is made possible. In this case, in particular, stretching and / or compression in the longitudinal direction (x direction) is made possible.

According to a further preferred embodiment of the housing construction according to the invention, a first sealing profile running along the gap, particularly in the bottom area, and a second sealing profile running along the gap, particularly in the side area, are provided. Optionally, a third sealing profile running along the gap, in particular in the edge area, can also be provided. In this way, a seal adapted to the local requirements can be provided by the respective sealing profiles. Preferably, two adjoining sealing profiles are designed and arranged in such a way that they overlap in a transition area (for example the first and the second sealing profile or the first and the third sealing profile).

According to a second teaching of the invention, the object mentioned at the beginning is also achieved by a rail vehicle with a car body and with a housing construction according to the invention for attachment to the car body. A rail vehicle can be, for example, a motorized rail vehicle (e.g. locomotives, multiple units, multiple units, rail tractors, railway service vehicles such as rail construction vehicles, tower cars, road-rail vehicles, rail cleaning vehicles, rail cars) or a non-motorized rail vehicle (e.g. wagons). Several coupled rail vehicles can be provided as a train set.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of an exemplary embodiment of a housing construction 1 with a first housing module 100 and a second housing module 200 in a partially transparent perspective view. The housing construction 1 is designed as an underfloor construction and the housing modules 100, 200 are underfloor modules. The underfloor structure 1 is designed for attachment to a car body of a rail vehicle (not shown). The underfloor modules 100, 200 are for receiving rail vehicle equipment (not shown), such as Energy supply components, drive components, braking device components, auxiliary components and / or line components set up. For this purpose, the underfloor modules 100, 200 each have an essentially rectangular container 101, 201 of sheet metal construction.

To fasten the containers 101, 102 of the underfloor modules 100, 200 to a car body, the underfloor modules 100, 200 also each have four fastening elements connected to the respective container 101, 102 in the form of brackets 102, 203, 104, 105 and 202 , 203, 204, 205.

Furthermore, the underfloor modules 100, 200 each have a floor skirt 106, 206 in the form of a side flap. The side flaps 106, 206 can be folded down by means of swivel joints 107, 207, so that access to the interior of the containers 101, 201 and the rail vehicle equipment accommodated therein is made possible.

The first underfloor module 100 and the second underfloor module 200 are arranged at a gap 2 from one another. The gap 2 runs essentially transversely to the longitudinal direction 4 of the car body. The gap 2 has an essentially constant width between 15 and 25 mm. The gap 2 between the first and second underfloor modules 100, 200 is formed by a gap between the neighboring containers 101, 201 and the neighboring fastening elements 104, 204 and 105, 205 of the neighboring underfloor modules 100, 200.

In order to seal the gap 2 between the first housing module and the second housing module at least in sections, two sealing profiles 300, 400 running in sections along the gap 2 are provided. The first sealing profile 300 provides a seal in the floor area and the second sealing profile 400 provides a seal in the side area of the respective underfloor modules 100, 200. The sealing profiles are related to Figures 3 and 4 described in more detail.

Fig. 2 now shows a schematic representation of the exemplary embodiment from FIG Fig. 1 in a side view. The container 101, the side flap 106 and the holder 102 of the underfloor module 100 can be seen.

In Fig. 3 FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view along the section III-III and in FIG Fig. 4 is shown a cross-sectional view along the section IV-IV.

In Fig. 3 the sealing profile 300 can be seen in cross section. The sealing profile 300 is connected directly to the containers 101, 201 of the first and second underfloor modules 101, 102 with screws. The sealing profile 300 is designed such that it allows a relative movement in the longitudinal direction 4 (x direction) and in the vertical direction (z direction) of the first underfloor module 100 and the second underfloor module 200.

For this purpose, the sealing profile 300 for covering the gap 2 is designed as a bent sheet metal 301. The bent sheet metal 301 has a bend 302 which runs along the sealing profile 300 and is bell-shaped when viewed in cross section and protruding inwards. The bends provided on the side of the bell-shaped bend and reaching below the floor level can provide openings in the end area of the sealing profile and thus serve for drainage or pressure equalization.

The sheet metal 301 of the sealing profile 300, viewed in cross section, is bent in such a way that the sealing profile 300 can be stretched and / or compressed transversely to the gap 2, that is to say in particular in the longitudinal direction 4. As a result, not only a relative movement but also tolerance compensation for different gap dimensions can take place. Optionally, tolerance compensation can also be achieved by means of elongated holes when connecting the sheet metal 301 to the containers 101, 201.

In Fig. 4 the sealing profile 400 can be seen in cross section. The sealing profile 400 also has a bent sheet metal 401 with an inwardly protruding bend 402, the bend being groove-shaped when viewed in cross section. In addition, the sealing profile 400 has connecting elements 403, 404. With the connection elements 403, 404, the sealing profile 400 is directly connected to the adjacent brackets 105, 205 of the first and second underfloor modules 101, 102. The connecting elements are also made of sheet metal. In this case, the connecting elements are slipped over sheet metal ends of the mountings 105, 205 and connected to them in a non-positive and positive manner. The bent sheet metal 401 is preferably glued to the connecting elements 403, 404.

In this case, too, the sealing profile 400 is designed in such a way that it in any case allows a relative movement in the longitudinal direction 4 (x-direction) of the first underfloor module 100 and the second underfloor module 200.

As already explained in relation to the sealing profile 300, the sheet metal 401 of the sealing profile 400 is bent, viewed in cross section, in such a way that the sealing profile 400 can be stretched and / or compressed transversely to the gap 2, i.e. in particular in the longitudinal direction 4. As a result, not only a relative movement but also tolerance compensation for different gap dimensions can take place.

At the same time, the connecting elements 403, 404 for connecting the sheet metal 401 to the brackets 105, 205 of the first and second underfloor modules 101, 201 are also designed for sealing with the side flaps 106, 206 of the underfloor modules 101, 201. For this purpose, the connecting elements 403, 404 each have a hollow profile-like section which can lie against the surface of the respective side flap 106, 206.

The sealing profiles described in this exemplary embodiment can also be used individually or in any combination with one another.

Depending on the design of the housing module, further sealing profiles (for example a third sealing profile) can also be provided. This can be useful, for example, if the underfloor modules 100, 200 have a longitudinal profile in the lower edge area between the side flap 106, 206 and the corresponding container 101, 201, which can serve for the articulated connection of the side flap 106, 206 to the container 101, 201. In that case, the gap 2 between the first underfloor module 100 and the second underfloor module 200 is also formed by a gap between such adjacent longitudinal profiles in the edge area. The gap between such profiles in the edge area can then be sealed by a third sealing profile, it being possible, for example, to use a sealing profile which is designed according to the sealing profile 400.
