Definitions
- the present invention relates to a fastening device for arrangement in an interior ceiling area of a carriage body of a carriage of a rail vehicle, and to a rail vehicle having at least one such fastening device.
- a container consists of a number of U-shaped frames as well as side and end walls.
- the indoor ceiling container is attached to two C-rails running lengthwise in the roof area. At the top, ie towards the roof of the car body, the container is open or closed off by a cable duct or sheet metal cladding.
- the container On the other hand, at the bottom, ie towards the passenger area, the container is closed off by a maintenance hatch, while on the side it borders parallel air-conditioning ducts.
- containers in the roof area are used to accommodate electrical and electronic devices that are used to control and monitor components of the rail vehicle or to implement functions that serve the comfort of passengers or the transmission of information to them.
- mechanical and pneumatic devices can also be arranged in this area of the rail vehicle in the same way.
- German patent application DE102009059091A1 is also an arrangement for attachment to a Body ceiling of a rail vehicle, the arrangement comprising a supporting structure which is part of the body ceiling or attached to the body ceiling, and from which a ceiling panel is suspended.
- the object of the invention is to make the arrangement and attachment of devices in the roof area of the interior of a rail vehicle more flexible and cheaper than the above use of interior ceiling containers.
- a fastening device for arrangement in an interior ceiling area of a carriage body of a carriage of a rail vehicle has at least one fastening module, which is formed by two parallel and oppositely arranged fastening profiles of a respective length and with a plurality of interfaces.
- the fastening profiles define a space for an arrangement of devices, which are used in particular to control and monitor components of the rail vehicle, with the fastening profiles on a side facing the space each having a plurality of interfaces running parallel in the longitudinal direction of the fastening module for a locally flexible fastening of Brackets, partitions and/or cross-connectors over at least the length of the fastening module, and wherein the brackets are used for fastening the devices, the partitions for fire protection or electromagnetic shielding, and the cross-connectors for a mechanical connection of the two fastening profiles.
- the fastening device according to the invention turns away from the use of separate device carriers or closed devices first described in the introduction Indoor ceiling containers, which cause comparatively high costs both in the production and in the installation in the rail vehicle.
- these equipment carriers which are arranged independently of the air conditioning ducts also running in the roof area and are attached to the roof of the car body like these
- the invention provides for one or more attachment profiles whose interfaces serve to attach equipment and possibly other devices. This advantageously reduces the number of mechanical parts required for the installation of devices in the roof area of a car body, while at the same time a high degree of flexibility is achieved.
- retrofitting and conversion of devices which is necessary due to the comparatively long service life of rail vehicles of up to 30 years, for example, is advantageously simplified by this flexibility.
- the holders serve to fasten electrical, electronic, mechanical and/or pneumatic devices.
- At least one of the plurality of interfaces of the at least one fastening profile serves to fasten the fastening profile itself in the interior ceiling area of the car body.
- At least one of the interfaces is used for fastening at least one element of an interior ceiling lining of the car and/or for fastening at least one functional element.
- a functional element can in particular be an air conditioning duct, a support rod, a partition, an inner door and/or a display device.
- the at least one fastening profile realizes at least parts of a functional element, the functional element for example an air conditioning duct for supplying the interior of the car with cold and/or warm air.
- the functional element for example an air conditioning duct for supplying the interior of the car with cold and/or warm air.
- cold air flowing through the air-conditioning duct can advantageously contribute to the cooling of devices. Since devices are arranged in a roof area that is very limited in terms of space, where temperatures can potentially rise, this enables efficient cooling of electrical and electronic components.
- the at least one fastening profile is produced by means of the extrusion process.
- This production method advantageously enables the interfaces to be designed in a simple manner and tailored to the respective use.
- the at least one fastening profile is arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carriage of the rail vehicle in the interior ceiling area.
- the fastening profile preferably extends over a substantial part of the length of the inner ceiling area of the car body of a car. This advantageously allows a flexible and locally variable arrangement of devices and other devices, for example, over almost the entire length of the inner ceiling area. In this way, for example, the positions of handrails, partition walls and intermediate doors can be changed, which is particularly advantageous when the passenger area is redesigned during the comparatively long service life of a rail vehicle.
- this length can be realized by partial lengths of several fastening profiles that are joined together or border one another.
- two fastening profiles arranged parallel to one another form a fastening module.
- Such modules can, for example, have different lengths and can be arranged in the inner ceiling area of the car body according to the available length.
- a module can extend over an entire available length, but alternatively several modules of a specific length can be lined up in a row to form a desired length or a length available in the inner ceiling area of the car body.
- the modules are used, for example, to arrange and fasten devices in the space defined by the fastening profiles arranged in parallel, but they can also cover a partial length of the inner ceiling area in which no devices are arranged.
- cross-connectors can be arranged. These are used, for example, for a mechanical connection of the two fastening profiles arranged opposite one another and in particular for setting a required specific distance between the fastening profiles. In modules in which devices are arranged, the required specific distance can be ensured, for example, by the attached devices, so that no additional cross-connectors may have to be arranged in them.
- cross-connectors can also be used in such modules, for example to ensure a specific distance between the fastening profiles for easy installation of devices.
- a rail vehicle according to the invention has at least one carriage, in the carriage body of which at least one fastening device described above is arranged in the area of the inner ceiling.
- the fastening device according to the invention can correspond to that in the earlier German patent application DE 10 2009 031 599 A1 described device carrier or Device containers are used, and realized in the same way therein described advantages compared to a list of special cabinets or containers for devices in the interior of a car body of a rail vehicle.
- the rail vehicle can be a rail vehicle of any type, in particular in the form of a local or long-distance train or a tram for passenger transport.
- the rail vehicle can consist of one or more carriages coupled to one another, each with a carriage body.
- FIG 1 shows two schematic views of an exemplary rail vehicle 1 to show a possible arrangement of the fastening device according to the invention.
- the upper image shows a sectional view of a rail vehicle in a side view, while the lower image shows a sectional view below the car roof of the rail vehicle in a plan view.
- the rail vehicle 1 shown as an example is designed as a multiple unit for passenger transport with a plurality of cars, only a first car in the form of an end car 2 and a second car coupled to the first car in the form of a middle car 3 being shown.
- the two cars each have a car body 4, which is supported on bogies 5 in the form of motor or trailer bogies on rails, not shown.
- the car body 4 of the illustrated end car 2 is divided into several spatial areas, for example.
- the middle car 3 coupled to the end car 2, on the other hand, has exclusively a passenger compartment 7.
- the respective passenger compartment 7 of the two carriages 2, 3 can be entered and exited by the passengers via doors (not shown) arranged in the side walls of the respective carriage body 4. Furthermore, passengers can reach the respective adjacent car 2, 3 via a car crossing 8.
- Such car transitions 8 are usually protected from environmental influences by corrugated or bellows.
- the inner ceiling area 9 is limited in length by the front and rear walls of the car body 4, but can also be limited by walls arranged in the car body, such as a partition wall between the driver's cab 6 and the passenger compartment 7 in the end car 2.
- walls arranged in the car body such as a partition wall between the driver's cab 6 and the passenger compartment 7 in the end car 2.
- arranged air conditioning ducts for the supply of the passenger compartment with cold and hot air which in the FIG 1 however, are not shown separately.
- fastening profiles 11, hereinafter referred to as multifunctional profiles are provided in the interior ceiling area 9.
- multifunctional profiles 11 are provided which are spaced apart from one another and run parallel to the longitudinal axis L of the rail vehicle 1, which preferably extend over the entire or almost the entire length of the passenger compartment 7 of the respective car 2, 3 or over the length available in the roof area above the passenger compartment 7 .
- this comparatively large length can contribute to an advantageous increase in the rigidity of the car body shell.
- This weakening of the rigidity can be at least partially compensated for by the additional stiffening of the roof by means of the multifunctional profiles firmly connected to the roof.
- the multifunction profiles 11 do not have to be designed in one piece in length, but can be composed of several partial lengths of the multifunction profile, which can also have different lengths.
- FIG 1 are provided in the two carriages 2, 3 three partial lengths 11a, 11b, 11c. These partial lengths preferably join together without an interruption or almost without an interruption in order to achieve the greatest possible flexibility.
- the use of partial lengths also makes it advantageous to pre-assemble modules consisting of multifunctional profiles, supports and devices outside of the car body and then to fasten the completely pre-assembled modules in the interior ceiling area.
- the multifunction profiles can be interrupted in a partial area of the length of the interior ceiling area in which components of the air conditioning system are arranged.
- FIG 2 shows a perspective view of a partial length of an exemplary multifunction profile 11.
- This exemplary profile has a variety of characteristics and interfaces for different functions, the following in particular to the 4 and 5 be explained in more detail.
- Such profiles can be produced in a known manner as so-called extruded profiles, for example from aluminum or aluminum alloys. This type of production advantageously enables the various forms and interfaces described above to be designed individually and adapted to the respective requirements.
- the use of extruded profiles made of an aluminum material is advantageous if the car body shell is also made of the same material, particularly in the roof area. Due to the same coefficient of thermal expansion of the material, undesired stresses between the components connected to one another can advantageously be avoided in this case.
- the roof of the car body is made from extruded profiles, to design the multifunctional profiles as parts of the roof profile.
- no separate fastening of the multifunction profiles on the roof of the car body is advantageously required, but this reduces the flexibility of the structure, since the profiles for the roof of the car body usually extend over the entire length of the car body.
- there would be a pre-assembly of modules outside of the car body as described below is not possible.
- the exemplary multifunction profile 11 shown has three profiles 12 running in the longitudinal direction in the form of known C-shaped rails, which are pronounced on the side facing a parallel multifunction profile 11 .
- These C-rails preferably extend over the entire length of the multifunction profile 11 and thus advantageously enable devices and other objects to be attached flexibly and in almost any location, as will be explained below 3 is described in more detail.
- FIG 3 shows a perspective top view of an exemplary module 13 with devices 14 mounted between two mutually parallel multifunction profiles 11 of a respective partial length.
- a module 13 can, as above FIG 1 mentioned, pre-assembled outside of the car body and finally fixed and connected in the interior ceiling area of the car body.
- the devices 14 shown by way of example can, as described in the introduction, be electrical and electronic devices that serve to control and monitor components of the rail vehicle or implement functions that serve the comfort of the passengers or the transmission of information to them.
- Such devices 14 are accommodated, for example, in known 19-inch slide-in housings or mounted on support plates, which are attached to the C-rails 12 of the multifunction profiles 11 directly or via brackets.
- the devices 14 can also be installed at a specific angle to the horizontal or vertical, provided that the available installation height in the interior ceiling area of the car body allows this.
- Such, to the horizontal or vertical inclined installation allows, for example, easier access to the Devices or their electrical and electronic components by maintenance personnel, which after the installation of the module in the inner ceiling area of the car body is usually only possible from the underside.
- a partition wall 15 is also attached to the C-rails 12 of the multifunction profiles 11 in the perspectively front area of the module 13.
- Such a partition wall 15 can be arranged flexibly in terms of location in the same way as the devices 14 described and is used to delimit certain areas or rooms in the interior ceiling area, for example for reasons of fire protection or electromagnetic shielding.
- a respective partition wall 15 is arranged at both ends of a unit consisting of several modules joined together, for example in the area of the two end walls of a car body.
- the partition wall 15 shown has an indentation in the upper region, which terminates, for example, with a cable duct routed above the space for the devices.
- Such a cable duct can, for example, correspond to that in the earlier German patent application DE102009031599A1 disclosed cable duct designed to route cables and lines for devices or other functions and also be arranged in the interior ceiling area.
- a more detailed representation of the partition wall 15 and its attachment to multifunctional profiles 11 are also shown in 13 specified.
- cross-connectors 16 are arranged between the multifunction profiles 11 and attached to their C-rails 12.
- Such cross-connectors 16 are used, for example, to set a desired or required distance between the two multifunctional profiles 11 along the length of module 13.
- a cross-connector 16 can be designed, for example, as a tube with an internal thread, in which the desired length is set using hexagon nuts.
- a more detailed depiction of between two Multifunction profiles 11 arranged cross-connectors 16 can also 12 be removed.
- the stability of the module 13 can also be increased by means of the transverse connectors 16 in order to reduce possible torsion of the module 13, particularly in the event that only a few devices 14 are mounted on a partial length of the multifunction profiles 11.
- the devices 14 fastened to the multifunction profiles 11 or their housing also contribute to increasing the stability of a module 13 .
- the profiles shown can be produced by means of the above-mentioned extrusion process.
- the multifunction profiles 11 of 4 and 5 have a different number of already described C-rails 12 for the assembly of devices 14, partitions 15 and cross-connectors 16, wherein the multi-function profile 11 of FIG 4 for example, three and the multifunction profile 11 of 5 example two of these C-rails 12 has.
- the multifunctional profile 11 of 5 especially for use in high-floor areas, while the multifunction profile 11 of FIG 4 is particularly suitable for use in low-floor areas of a rail vehicle.
- the multifunctional profiles according to the invention can be used both in single-deck and in double-deck rail vehicles.
- the multifunction profiles 11 each have a horizontally pronounced first web 17 in the upper area facing the roof of the car body, which serves to fasten the multifunction profile 11 to the roof of the car body, in particular to one fastened to the roof of the car C-rail, serves as an example in the following described 15 to 17 is shown.
- the first web 17 can have a plurality of holes or bores for fastening means for fastening the multifunctional profile 11 to the roof-side C-rail, distributed over the length or partial length of the multifunctional profile 11 and arranged at a specific distance from one another.
- the multifunction profile 11 can have a second web 18 in the upper area, which is pronounced in the vertical direction, the upper end of which can be provided with a seal for sealing the space defined by the multifunction profiles with respect to the car ceiling and the other spaces of the interior ceiling area of the car body.
- the length of the second web 18 is selected in such a way that a corresponding seal is achieved after the multifunction profile 11 or the module 13 has been attached to the car roof.
- the multifunction profiles 11 have a third web 19 which is also pronounced in the horizontal direction and on the underside of which a further fastening profile in the form of a further C-rail 20 is provided.
- This C-rail 20 is used, for example, to fasten an element of the inner ceiling covering, for example in the form of a cover, the removal of which enables access to devices installed in a module.
- said third web 19 can in turn be used to attach a seal, which ensures that the space created by the multifunctional profiles 11 for devices is sealed off from the passenger compartment. This is particularly important in the case of a locally limited fire in a device, for example, in order to prevent smoke from this fire from entering the passenger compartment.
- Another web shown as an example, below the third web 19 and formed at an angle to it can take on a purely optical function, for example as a design element for partial coverage of said interior ceiling panel member which is attached to the C-rail 20.
- a further fourth web 21 which is pronounced in the horizontal direction, can serve to support an overlying air conditioning duct and to fasten this to the multifunctional profile 11 .
- holes or bores for fastening means for example screws or rivets, can be provided for fastening the air-conditioning duct, similar to the first web 17 and arranged at a specific distance from one another.
- a further fastening profile 22, again in the form of a C-rail, arranged below the fourth web 21, is used, for example, to fasten a further element of the interior ceiling paneling of the passenger compartment.
- a C-rail mounting profile 23 the attachment of handrails or other elements of the interior of the passenger compartment, as with respect to 16 and 17 is described in more detail serve.
- FIG. 6 shows a perspective top view of the assembly of a multifunctional profile 11, as shown in 5 is shown with an air-conditioning duct 24.
- the air conditioning duct 24 is shown in its end position for attachment to the multifunctional profile 11 .
- this position cannot yet represent the end position, for example if this is defined in such a way that the side wall of the air-conditioning duct 24 that is on the left in the illustration must be in contact with the multifunction profile 11 .
- the fourth web 21 of the multifunction profile 11 which is pronounced in the horizontal direction, serves to support the overlying air conditioning duct 24 and to fasten it to the multifunction profile 11, for example by means of screws or rivets attach.
- the air conditioning duct 24 is configured, for example, as illustrated, as a box-shaped housing with a rectangular cross section, which is made of sheet metal or an aluminum material. Production by means of extrusion is again possible. Ventilation openings 26 are provided on the underside of the air-conditioning duct 24, for example, through which hot or cold air can flow into the passenger compartment.
- the air conditioning duct shown is also lined with an insulating material 27 on the inside of the housing, with the exception of the area of the ventilation openings 26, in order to reduce heat or cold conduction to the outside of the air conditioning duct 24.
- FIG 7 shows another possible embodiment of the multifunctional profile 11, which additionally integrates parts of an air-conditioning duct.
- FIG 4 has the multifunction profile 11 of FIG 7 an extended fourth web 21 which is pronounced in the horizontal direction.
- a closed profile 28 is formed on the underside of this fourth web 21 as a first part of the air-conditioning duct, which in turn has ventilation openings 26 on the underside.
- This first part of the air conditioning duct is used, for example, to supply cold air into the passenger compartment.
- a second part of the air-conditioning duct for example for the supply of warm air into the passenger compartment, can be fastened to the upper side of the fourth web 21 by means of C-shaped rails 29 .
- This second part of the air conditioning duct is a separate component, for example similar to that in 6 Air conditioning duct 24 shown realized.
- Another difference of the multifunction profile 11 der FIG 7 to those of 4 and 5 is that also at the top of the third web 19 a C-rail 12 for attaching devices etc. is provided.
- two webs 30 are formed on the underside of the third web 19, which webs can be used to fasten an element of the interior lining, in particular a cover.
- 8 and 9 show a further possible embodiment of the multifunction profile 11, which additionally fully integrates an air-conditioning duct 24.
- 8 shows a sectional view while 9 a perspective view of the multifunction profile 11 shows.
- the housing 32 of an air duct 24 can also be stamped directly as part of the extruded profile.
- the fourth web 21 which is pronounced in the horizontal direction, has ventilation openings 26 for the supply of cold or warm air over a specific area, for example between the C-profile 23 and a fifth web 31 .
- this area can also not be designed as part of the multifunctional profile 11, but rather be prepared for receiving, for example, a prefabricated perforated plate that is fastened to the profile.
- the fifth web 31 is pronounced on the underside of the fourth web 21 in the vertical direction and is used, for example, to fasten elements of the interior ceiling paneling.
- On the in the representation of 8 On the upper left side of the housing 32 of the air conditioning duct 24 is another fastening profile in the form of a C-rail 33, which is used to fasten the multifunctional profile 11, for example to the ceiling of the car body or brackets attached thereto.
- Another difference to the multifunctional profiles described above is the design or
- the second web 18 is designed as a T-shaped profile, which is attached to the C-rails of the car body roof by means of, for example, sliding blocks, as is shown in 14 closer is shown.
- the first web 17, on the other hand, is provided with a seal at its upper end, which seals the multifunctional profile 11 against the roof of the car body.
- FIG. 10 shows a the module of 3 Similar module 13 consisting of two multifunction profiles 11 arranged parallel and at a distance from one another, in the space between which several devices 14, a partition wall 15 and a cross connector 16 are arranged and attached to C-rails of the multifunction profiles 11, for example.
- the multifunction profiles 11 are the multifunction profiles 11, however, corresponding to the multifunction profile 11 described above 8 and 9 designed.
- the housing sides of the air conditioning ducts 24 on which no ventilation openings are provided can be provided with an insulating material 27 made of a suitable material to reduce the heat or cold conduction to the outside of the air conditioning ducts 24 . This advantageously leads to an increase in the efficiency of the cooling or warm air supply to the passenger compartment.
- the insulating material is attached to the outside of the housing, since attachment to the inside of the housing of the air conditioning duct is more complex, especially if it has been designed as an integral part of the multifunctional profile.
- FIG. 11 shows a perspective view of another possible embodiment of a module 13.
- This module differs from that in 10 shown modules to the effect that no devices are arranged in the space between the two multifunction profiles 11. It can thus be regarded as a kind of basic module.
- this module also has a shorter length than the module 10 on. However, this only serves to show possible different lengths of the modules, as already explained in the introduction FIG 1 was described.
- two cross-connectors 16 are fastened to the lower C-rails 12, for example. Such cross-connectors 16 can be moved freely or as required in the longitudinal direction within the C-rails or can also be supplemented by further cross-connectors fastened to C-profiles located further up.
- the outer sides of the housing of the air conditioning ducts are provided with an insulating material 27.
- an insulating material 27 is additionally provided on the side facing the space between the multifunctional profiles 11 .
- the insulating material 27 is attached, for example, to the two upper C-rails 12 of the multifunction profile 11 so that it can be easily removed again if required, for example if devices are to be arranged in the module at a later point in time.
- FIG 12 shows, based on a modification of the multifunction profile 11 of FIG 7 without an integrated first part of an air conditioning duct, a perspective view of a section of a module.
- exemplary options for attaching cross-connectors 16 to C-rails 12 of the multifunctional profiles 11 are shown.
- another cross-connector is shown on the C-rails 12 of the third web 19 of the multi-function profile 11, which at the same time fulfills the function of a so-called shadow gap, in particular for sealing a gap between two elements of the interior ceiling paneling, for example two covers.
- FIG. 13 shows, based on the multifunction profile 11 of 5 , again a perspective view of a partial section of a module with a partition wall 15 arranged between the two multifunctional profiles 11 and fastened to C-rails 12.
- the fastening takes place via so-called sliding blocks, sliding nuts or clamping plates inserted into the C-rails 12, each of which has a bore with have thread. These holes are used, for example, to attach angle plates to the partition wall 15 by means of screws.
- the partial section of a module shown also has a cutout 34 in the multifunctional profiles 11 located in the area behind the partition wall 15 .

The object of the invention is to make the arrangement and attachment of devices in the roof area of the interior of a rail vehicle more flexible and cheaper than the above use of interior ceiling containers.
This object is solved by the features of the independent patent claims. Developments of the invention are described in the dependent patent claims.
According to the present invention, a fastening device for arrangement in an interior ceiling area of a carriage body of a carriage of a rail vehicle has at least one fastening module, which is formed by two parallel and oppositely arranged fastening profiles of a respective length and with a plurality of interfaces. Characteristically, the fastening profiles define a space for an arrangement of devices, which are used in particular to control and monitor components of the rail vehicle, with the fastening profiles on a side facing the space each having a plurality of interfaces running parallel in the longitudinal direction of the fastening module for a locally flexible fastening of Brackets, partitions and/or cross-connectors over at least the length of the fastening module, and wherein the brackets are used for fastening the devices, the partitions for fire protection or electromagnetic shielding, and the cross-connectors for a mechanical connection of the two fastening profiles.
The fastening device according to the invention turns away from the use of separate device carriers or closed devices first described in the introduction Indoor ceiling containers, which cause comparatively high costs both in the production and in the installation in the rail vehicle. Instead of these equipment carriers, which are arranged independently of the air conditioning ducts also running in the roof area and are attached to the roof of the car body like these, the invention provides for one or more attachment profiles whose interfaces serve to attach equipment and possibly other devices. This advantageously reduces the number of mechanical parts required for the installation of devices in the roof area of a car body, while at the same time a high degree of flexibility is achieved. In particular, retrofitting and conversion of devices, which is necessary due to the comparatively long service life of rail vehicles of up to 30 years, for example, is advantageously simplified by this flexibility.
According to a further development of the invention, the holders serve to fasten electrical, electronic, mechanical and/or pneumatic devices.
In addition or as an alternative, at least one of the plurality of interfaces of the at least one fastening profile serves to fasten the fastening profile itself in the interior ceiling area of the car body.
Additionally or alternatively, at least one of the interfaces is used for fastening at least one element of an interior ceiling lining of the car and/or for fastening at least one functional element. Such a functional element can in particular be an air conditioning duct, a support rod, a partition, an inner door and/or a display device.
According to a further development of the invention, the at least one fastening profile realizes at least parts of a functional element, the functional element for example an air conditioning duct for supplying the interior of the car with cold and/or warm air. In particular, cold air flowing through the air-conditioning duct can advantageously contribute to the cooling of devices. Since devices are arranged in a roof area that is very limited in terms of space, where temperatures can potentially rise, this enables efficient cooling of electrical and electronic components.
According to a further development of the invention, the at least one fastening profile is produced by means of the extrusion process. This production method advantageously enables the interfaces to be designed in a simple manner and tailored to the respective use.
According to a further development of the invention, the at least one fastening profile is arranged parallel to a longitudinal axis of the carriage of the rail vehicle in the interior ceiling area. The fastening profile preferably extends over a substantial part of the length of the inner ceiling area of the car body of a car. For the extension over preferably a significant part of the length of the inner ceiling area, it is not necessary for this length to be realized by a single fastening profile. In the same way, this length can be realized by partial lengths of several fastening profiles that are joined together or border one another.
Erfindungsgemäß bilden zwei parallel zueinander angeordnete Befestigungsprofile ein Befestigungsmodul.According to the invention, two fastening profiles arranged parallel to one another form a fastening module.
Such modules can, for example, have different lengths and can be arranged in the inner ceiling area of the car body according to the available length. A module can extend over an entire available length, but alternatively several modules of a specific length can be lined up in a row to form a desired length or a length available in the inner ceiling area of the car body. The modules are used, for example, to arrange and fasten devices in the space defined by the fastening profiles arranged in parallel, but they can also cover a partial length of the inner ceiling area in which no devices are arranged.
In particular, in modules in which no devices are arranged, cross-connectors can be arranged. However, cross-connectors can also be used in such modules, for example to ensure a specific distance between the fastening profiles for easy installation of devices.
A rail vehicle according to the invention has at least one carriage, in the carriage body of which at least one fastening device described above is arranged in the area of the inner ceiling.
Within the scope of the present invention, the rail vehicle can be a rail vehicle of any type, in particular in the form of a local or long-distance train or a tram for passenger transport. The rail vehicle can consist of one or more carriages coupled to one another, each with a carriage body.
