Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Brillenglases, das eine funktionalisierte optische Folie umfasst, Folgendes umfassend:Bereitstellen einer ersten vorhandenen Folie mit einer glatten Oberfläche mit einem Oberflächenrauigkeitswert Ra, der kleiner ist als 0,1, und mit einer freiliegenden unpolierten Oberfläche, die der glatten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt ist;Bereitstellen einer funktionalisierten Klebstofflösung, die ein Celluloseharz mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur, ein Lösemittel und einen gelösten Stoff umfasst, der mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoff umfasst, der mindestens einen Farbstoff, eine Farbtönung, ein Pigment oder einen Lichtfilter umfasst;Aufbringen der funktionalisierten Klebstofflösung auf die freiliegende unpolierte Oberfläche der ersten vorhandenen Folie, um eine beschichtete erste Folienoberfläche auszubilden;gegebenenfalls Verdampfen mindestens eines Anteils des Lösemittels;Vereinigen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie mit einer oder mehreren zusätzlichen Folien, um ein Laminat zu produzieren, das eine innenliegende erste freiliegende Folienoberfläche und zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche umfasst, wobei die erste und die zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche mit dem gelösten Stoff in Kontakt stehen, was zu einem Laminat mit glatten außenliegenden Oberflächen führt; undEinbeziehen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie in ein Brillenglas;wobei mindestens ein Anteil des gelösten Stoffs in die Folie mit dem Lösemittel komigiert und unter der funktionalisierten ersten Folienoberfläche eingebettet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die erste vorhandene Folie eine optische Polymerfolie ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die vorhandene Folie eine Triacetatcellulosefolie ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei die Triacetatcellulosefolie eine Dicke im Bereich von 80 µm bis ungefähr 250 µm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, weiterhin den Schritt des Aufbringens einer zweiten Folie auf die beschichtete erste Folienoberfläche umfassend, wobei die zweite Folie eine glatte Oberfläche und eine freiliegende Oberfläche aufweist, die der glatten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei die freiliegende Oberfläche der zweiten Folie auf die beschichtete erste Folienoberfläche aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren zum Produzieren eines Brillenglases, das ein funktionalisiertes optisches Laminat umfasst, Folgendes umfassend:(a) Bereitstellen einer Folie oder eines Laminats mit einer glatten Oberfläche mit einem Oberflächenrauigkeitswert Ra, der kleiner ist als 0,1, und mit einer freiliegenden unpolierten Oberfläche, die der glatten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt ist;(b) Bereitstellen eines funktionalisierten Klebstoffs, der eine Klebstoffkomponente, ein Celluloseharz mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur und mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoff umfasst, der mindestens einen Farbstoff, eine Farbtönung, ein Pigment oder einen Lichtfilter umfasst;(c) Extrudieren des funktionalisierten Klebstoffs auf die freiliegende unpolierte Oberfläche der optischen Folie oder des Laminats, um eine mit Klebstoff beschichtete funktionalisierte Folie oder ein Laminat auszubilden;(d) Einbeziehen der mit Klebstoff beschichteten funktionalisierten Folie oder des Laminats in ein Brillenglas, wobei mindestens ein Anteil des mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoffs in die Folie mit dem Lösemittel komigiert und unter der funktionalisierten optischen Folien- oder Laminatoberfläche eingebettet wird;(e) Vereinigen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie mit einer oder mehreren zusätzlichen Folien, um ein Laminat zu produzieren, das eine innenliegende erste freiliegende Folienoberfläche und zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche umfasst, wobei die erste und die zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche mit dem gelösten Stoff in Kontakt stehen, was zu einem Laminat mit glatten außenliegenden Oberflächen führt; und(f) Einbeziehen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie in ein Brillenglas.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei die Folie oder das Laminat eine oder mehrere optische Polymerfolien umfasst.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, weiterhin den folgenden Schritt umfassend:
Laminieren einer zweiten Folie oder eines Laminats auf die bei Schritt (c) hergestellten mit Klebstoff beschichtete Folie oder das Laminat, um ein zweites funktionalisiertes Laminat auszubilden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, wobei die zweite Folie oder das Laminat eine oder mehrere optische Polymerfolien umfasst.
- Brillenglas, eine funktionalisierte optische Folie umfassend, die durch Folgendes hergestellt wird:Bereitstellen einer ersten vorhandenen Folie mit einer glatten Oberfläche mit einem Oberflächenrauigkeitswert Ra, der kleiner ist als 0,1, und mit einer freiliegenden unpolierten Oberfläche, die der glatten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt ist;Bereitstellen einer funktionalisierten Klebstofflösung, die ein Celluloseharz mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur, ein Lösemittel und einen gelösten Stoff umfasst, der mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoff umfasst, der mindestens einen Farbstoff, eine Farbtönung, ein Pigment oder einen Lichtfilter umfasst;Aufbringen der funktionalisierten Klebstofflösung auf die freiliegende unpolierte Oberfläche der ersten vorhandenen Folie, um eine beschichtete erste Folienoberfläche auszubilden; undgegebenenfalls Verdampfen mindestens eines Anteils des Lösemittels;Vereinigen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie mit einer oder mehreren zusätzlichen Folien, um ein Laminat zu produzieren, das eine innenliegende erste freiliegende Folienoberfläche und zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche umfasst, wobei die erste und die zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche mit dem gelösten Stoff in Kontakt stehen, was zu einem Laminat mit glatten außenliegenden Oberflächen führt; undEinbeziehen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie in ein Brillenglas,wobei mindestens ein Anteil des gelösten Stoffs in die Folie mit dem Lösemittel komigiert und unter der funktionalisierten ersten Folienoberfläche eingebettet wird.
- Brillenglas, ein funktionalisiertes optisches Laminat umfassend, das durch Folgendes hergestellt wird:(a) Bereitstellen einer Folie oder eines Laminats mit einer glatten Oberfläche mit einem Oberflächenrauigkeitswert Ra, der kleiner ist als 0,1, und mit einer freiliegenden unpolierten Oberfläche, die der glatten Oberfläche entgegengesetzt ist;(b) Bereitstellen eines funktionalisierten Klebstoffs, der eine Klebstoffkomponente, ein Celluloseharz mit niedriger Schmelztemperatur und mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoff umfasst, der mindestens einen Farbstoff, eine Farbtönung, ein Pigment oder einen Lichtfilter umfasst;(c) Extrudieren des funktionalisierten Klebstoffs auf die freiliegende unpolierte Oberfläche der optischen Folie oder des Laminats, um eine mit Klebstoff beschichtete funktionalisierte Folie oder ein Laminat auszubilden;(d) Einbeziehen der mit Klebstoff beschichteten funktionalisierten Folie oder des Laminats in ein Brillenglas, wobei mindestens ein Anteil des mindestens einen funktionalen Zusatzstoffs in die Folie mit dem Lösemittel komigiert und unter der funktionalisierten optischen Folien- oder Laminatoberfläche eingebettet wird;(e) Vereinigen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie mit einer oder mehreren zusätzlichen Folien, um ein Laminat zu produzieren, das eine innenliegende erste freiliegende Folienoberfläche und zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche umfasst, wobei die erste und die zweite freiliegende Folienoberfläche mit dem gelösten Stoff in Kontakt stehen, was zu einem Laminat mit glatten außenliegenden Oberflächen führt; und(f) Einbeziehen der funktionalisierten ersten Folie in ein Brillenglas.
