Claims (8)

  1. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) for a leaf, which can be moved in a parallel manner, (2) in the form of a sliding and tilting leaf system or sliding leaf system of a window or door (3), wherein the leaf (2) in the form of a sliding and tilting leaf system allows a tilting in a closed position, in which the leaf (2) rests against the frame (4), and can be converted from the closed position into a position in which in the leaf is located parallel to a frame (4) by means of at least one carriage (5) having at least two rollers (6) and a bearing point (7) for supporting an extension arm (8) in a pivotal manner, and when the leaf (2) is located in the parallel position such that the carriage (5) is guided in a carriage rail (9), allows a sliding movement, wherein at least one lift-out protection device (1) can be connected at an end (10) of the carriage (5) and is guided movably in the carriage rail (9) in a form-fitting manner by the carriage (5), with a securing anchor (11) in the carriage rail (9), said anchor being arranged on the lift-out protection device (1), engaging in an undercut (13) which is formed into a U-shape by a support shoulder (12) and securing the leaf (2) when located in the closed position, in the parallel position and in the tilted open position,
    characterised in that
    the lift-out protection device (1) in the closed position, in the parallel movable position and in the tilted position of the leaf (2) of the window or of the door (3) mounted on the carriage (5) is positioned without change relative to the carriage rail (9), with the carriage (5) being connected in a pivotal manner by a recess (15) comprised in its carriage housing (14) with an extension (16) of the lift-out protection device (1) as far as the tilted position, and with the cross-section of the recess (15) being configured in a tapering manner from the upper side (17) to the lower side (18) of the carriage housing (14).
  2. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 1,
    characterised in that
    an outer contour (19) of the lift-out protection device (1) in operative connection with the carriage (5) provides a form-fitting match of an inner cross-section contour (20) of the carriage rail (9).
  3. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the extension (16) comprises a cutout (21), and the carriage housing (14), starting from the upper side (17), comprises a tapped hole (22) extending into the recess (15), wherein the tapped hole (22) and the cutout (21) can be coupled by screwing in a clamp screw (23) and anchor the carriage (5) with the lift-out protection device (1) in a rotatable manner.
  4. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 3,
    characterised in that
    when the clamp screw (23) is in the tightened position in the tapped hole (22) of the carriage housing (14) with the carriage (5) it forms a force-fitting operative connection, whereby when the carriage (5) is coupled to the lift-out protection device (1) the clamp screw (23) in the cutout (21) of the extension (16) can be moved in a pivotal manner with the carriage (5) when the leaf (2) is tilted.
  5. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the clamp screw (23) comprises a tool socket (24) for a handle which (tool socket) is accessible from the upper side (17) of the carriage housing (14).
  6. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of one or more of preceding claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    the lift-out protection device (1) consists of a baseplate (25), of the extension (16) and of a slide plate (27) which comprises an outer contour (26) which is matched to the outer contour (19) of the baseplate (25) with a slightly enlarged periphery, and a recess (28) which is configured congruently with the recess (15) of the carriage housing (14).
  7. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 6,
    characterised in that
    the baseplate (25) and the extension (16) are made from a metal material and the slide plate (27) preferentially consists of a plastic.
  8. Carriage (5) having a lift-out protection device (1) of claim 6,
    characterised in that
    the slide plate (27) of the lift-out protection device (1) is guided in the carriage rail in a sliding manner with the flat outer contour, especially when displaced in the parallel position of the leaf, lying against the carriage, with the baseplate (25) forming the active resistance against a lifting out of the leaf (2) from the frame (4).
