Claims (10)
- Moveable partition wall (1) having a plurality of wall elements (2) guided displaceably along a stationary running rail (10) by means of running rollers (9) of roller carriages (8), wherein at least one of the wall elements (2) is formed as a pivoting element (2a) in that it can be arrested at least in one position with respect to the running rail (10) and can be pivoted out of the plane of the running rail (10) and wherein the pivoting element (2a) has a carrier profile (3a), which is connected to the roller carriages (8) via suspension devices, and has a pivoting profile (3b) which can be pivoted with respect to the carrier profile (3a) about an axis of rotation (7), and wherein a first arresting device for arresting the carrier profile (3a) with respect to the running rail (10) is provided which is formed as a displaceable latch (22) which is formed as the free end of a push member (21) which is guided displaceably, but non-rotatably, in the second coupling element (16),
and wherein a second arresting device for arresting the pivoting profile (3b) with respect to the carrier profile (3a) is provided,
and that the first arresting device and the second arresting device are arranged jointly in a coupling device (14) which has a first coupling element (15), a second coupling element (16) and a third coupling element (17), wherein the coupling device (14) has an actuating element (26) for jointly actuating the first arresting device and the second arresting device, which actuating element is mounted rotatably, but non-displaceably, in the second coupling element (16), characterized in that
the actuating element (26) has a spindle (28) which engages in the push member (21) formed as a spindle nut, with the result that a rotation of the actuating element (26) causes a displacement of the push member (21). - Moveable partition wall according to Claim 1, characterized in that, in the locking position, the latch (22) engages in a first, running rail-side latching receptacle (31).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 1, characterized in that the second arresting device is formed as a pivotable latch (25).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 3, characterized in that, in the locking position, the pivotable latch (25) engages in a second, pivoting profile-side latch receptacle (32).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 2, characterized in that the first coupling element (15) is arranged on or in the running rail (10) and accommodates the first latch receptacle (31).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 1, characterized in that the second coupling element (16) is arranged on or in the carrier profile (3a) and accommodates the actuating element (26) and the first latch (22) and the second latch (25).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 4, characterized in that the third coupling element (17) is arranged on or in the pivoting profile (3b) and accommodates the second latch receptacle (32).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 3, characterized in that the pivotable latch (25) is formed as the free end of a pivoting member (23) which is mounted pivotably on the second coupling element (16) by means of a pivot joint (24).
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 8, characterized in that the pivoting member (23) has a slotted guide (30) formed as an angled oblong hole.
- Moveable partition wall according to Claim 9, characterized in that the push member (21) has arranged thereon a pin (29) which engages in the slotted guide (30) of the pivoting member (23), with the result that a displacement of the push member (21) causes a pivoting movement of the pivoting member (23).
