- a drive means acting in the closing direction such as door closers
- pivoting arms
- a generic closing sequence control device for double-leaf doors known from DE-OS 36 04 091
- the slide piece on the pivot arm of the fixed leaf door closer acts in such a way that Thrust member forms an abutment for the spring-loaded clamping plate supported on an overload member, which, when the passive leaf is in the closed position, is in such a position that a clamping rod that is operatively connected to the active leaf and passes through the clamping plate can pass through this clamping plate unhindered, so that actuation of the active leaf is unimpeded can be done.
- the spring acting on the clamping plate is able to tilt the clamping plate itself so that the opening of the clamping plate is jammed on the clamping rod of the active leaf and holds it in the opening position reached at that moment.
- the door user is shown that before the active leaf closes, the passive leaf must first be returned to its closed position, so that a functional closed position of the passive leaf and active leaf can take place.
- the overload member supporting the clamping plate is spring-loaded in the closing direction of the active leaf on the guide rail-fixed bearing body, so that at the start of the closing movement of the active leaf, the inclined clamping plate is in a Vertical position is transferred so that the clamping rod can then pass through the clamping plate.
- this previously known solution requires that the door hinges are arranged on the same door side, as are the door closers, the guide rail and the closing sequence control device.
- the sliding elements on the swivel arms of the door closers initially move slightly in the direction of the lock when the door leaves open, and only then move in afterwards Direction towards the hinge side of the door leaf. This would then lead to jamming of the known closing sequence control device, so that the desired mode of operation is not achieved.
- EP-A1-0356 728 describes a device for controlling the closing sequence of two leaves, as is used in particular in smoke and fire protection doors, in order to ensure that, in the event of danger, the passive leaf in front of the active leaf is closed.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a closing sequence control device for a two-leaf door comprising a passive leaf and a moving leaf, the door leaves of which can be moved by a drive means acting in the closing direction, such as door closers, and pivoting arms arranged in their closed position between the door frame and the door leaf to the pivoting position that keeps the passive leaf area of the active leaf open are adjustable, the swivel arms with sliders grasp longitudinally in a frame-fixed guide rail, and the sliding block associated with the active leaf of its swivel arm is connected to a clamping rod guided in the guide rail, which is encompassed by a clamping plate which, on the one hand, is connected to a thrust link that can be moved from the passive leaf into the release position and on the other hand is spring-loaded on an overload member guided on the clamping rod, which in turn is attached to a stationary connection by means of a spring member that yields in the event of an overload is supported.
In a generic closing sequence control device for double-leaf doors known from DE-OS 36 04 091, in the closed position of the passive leaf acts on the thrust member guided in a rail-fixed bearing body via a transmission block which is also displaceable in the guide rail, the slide piece on the pivot arm of the fixed leaf door closer acts in such a way that Thrust member forms an abutment for the spring-loaded clamping plate supported on an overload member, which, when the passive leaf is in the closed position, is in such a position that a clamping rod that is operatively connected to the active leaf and passes through the clamping plate can pass through this clamping plate unhindered, so that actuation of the active leaf is unimpeded can be done. However, as soon as the inactive leaf leaves its closed position and the pushing member becomes depressurized due to the resulting displacement of the slide on the inactive leaf-side door closer towards the hinge of the inactive leaf, the spring acting on the clamping plate is able to tilt the clamping plate itself so that the opening of the clamping plate is jammed on the clamping rod of the active leaf and holds it in the opening position reached at that moment. As a result, the door user is shown that before the active leaf closes, the passive leaf must first be returned to its closed position, so that a functional closed position of the passive leaf and active leaf can take place. However, in order to be able to move it in the direction of its closed position when the active leaf is overloaded even when the passive leaf is slightly open, the overload member supporting the clamping plate is spring-loaded in the closing direction of the active leaf on the guide rail-fixed bearing body, so that at the start of the closing movement of the active leaf, the inclined clamping plate is in a Vertical position is transferred so that the clamping rod can then pass through the clamping plate. However, this previously known solution requires that the door hinges are arranged on the same door side, as are the door closers, the guide rail and the closing sequence control device. However, if the door hinges on double-leaf doors are located on the opposite side of the door closer, the rail and the closing sequence control device, the sliding elements on the swivel arms of the door closers initially move slightly in the direction of the lock when the door leaves open, and only then move in afterwards Direction towards the hinge side of the door leaf. This would then lead to jamming of the known closing sequence control device, so that the desired mode of operation is not achieved.
Die Schließfolge wird über eine Steuerungsvorrichtung erreicht, die über eine Gleitrolle des Standflügel-Türschließers beim Öffnen des Standflügels ausgelöst wird.EP-A1-0356 728 describes a device for controlling the closing sequence of two leaves, as is used in particular in smoke and fire protection doors, in order to ensure that, in the event of danger, the passive leaf in front of the active leaf is closed. The closing sequence is achieved via a control device, which is triggered by a sliding roller of the passive leaf closer when the passive leaf is opened.
Dieses wird dadurch erreicht, daß ein Sperrglied als Klemmplatte ausgebildet ist, welches umgreifend auf einer längs verschiebbaren Klemmstange sich befindet.DE-OS 36 04 091 discloses a closing sequence control device for a two-leaf door which, even when an overload occurs on the active leaf, brings it into the closed position without any problems. This is achieved in that a locking member is designed as a clamping plate, which is located on a longitudinally displaceable clamping rod.
A closing sequence controller, which is hardly visible from the outside and can be retrofitted if necessary, can be found in DE-OS 34 16 464. The stop for closing the active leaf is flexible.
The object of the present invention is to design a closing sequence control device of the type mentioned at the outset such that the door hinges of the door leaves can be arranged on the side remote from the door closers, the guide rail and the closing sequence control device. Furthermore, a reliable closing sequence control is to be found without electrical or hydraulic or pneumatic control.
This object is achieved by the characterizing part of
So that the release lever remains in its closed position caused by the passive leaf until an inevitable release movement is initiated and a firm connection between the lever arms can also be achieved after their adjustment to one another, according to a further feature of the invention the first lever arm of the release lever is of an angular design and points in in its corner area a spigot projecting towards the door passage with spur toothing on, to which the second lever arm can be clamped in a rotationally fixed manner, and which, at its free end, supports the trigger roller which is in contact with this in the closed position of the passive leaf. on the one hand, this enables the release lever to be pivoted into an over-center position and, on the other hand, the release roller can be safely acted upon by the passive leaf. The actuation of the release lever from its over-center position can advantageously be achieved in that the axis of the release roller, which is arranged on the second lever arm of the release lever, has a release pin protruding from the second lever arm, which extends from an inclined surface on the thrust tongue connected to the sliding piece of the passive leaf Pivotal movement of the trigger lever is actuated. This ensures that when the inactive leaf is opened, the pushrod articulated thereon is slightly withdrawn by the pivoting of the release lever by the thrust member acting on the clamping plate, so that the clamping plate can move into a locked position for holding the active leaf as a result of the spring loading it.
To secure the position of the thrust member on the one hand and to adapt its actuating stroke to the circumstances, the pushing element, which is displaceably guided in a bearing block which is connected to the active leaf and the overload member and is fixed on the guide rail, has an adjusting sleeve at its end protruding from the bearing block, in the end recess of which the push rod articulated on the release lever is supported. This adjusting sleeve advantageously has flats or depressions or bores for attacking a tool and is penetrated by a threaded hole into which a threaded section of the thrust member is screwed, the connection position of which is secured by a lock nut.

The embodiment of a double-leaf door shown in FIG. 1 may be, for example, a fire protection door, the door leaf of which is arranged in a conventional manner on a wall-fixed door frame (10) by means of door hinges are and consist of a passive leaf (11) and an active leaf (12) overlapping it in the closed state. Both the inactive leaf (11) and the active leaf (12) are provided with overhead door closers (13) and (14), the closer shaft of which is not shown, is connected to a swivel arm (15) or (16) in a rotationally fixed manner. At the free end of each swivel arm (15) or (16) there is a slider (17) or (18) pivotally mounted thereon, each slider in the guide groove on the door frame (10) above the door leaf (11) and ( 12) fastened, but interrupted in the central region, the guide rail (19) is arranged to be longitudinally displaceable. On the side opposite the door closers (13) and (14) and the guide rail (19), door hinges (20) for holding the door leaves (11) and (12) are fastened to the posts of the frame (10).
The sliding piece (18) of the door closer (14) associated with the active leaf (12) is fixedly connected to the end piece (21) of a clamping rod (22), which in turn is fixed to the end piece (21) and moves in the direction of the passive leaf (11 ) extends and is guided in the slide rail (19) longitudinally. At the end of the part of the guide rail (19) which is attached to the frame (10) above the active leaf (12) and which points towards the center of the door, a bearing block (23) is fixed, which is located in two end legs (24) and (26) and in a middle leg ( 25) the aforementioned clamping rod (22) axially displaceable. In the area of the middle leg (25) of the bearing block (23) between the middle leg (25) and the end leg (26) is arranged a clamping plate (27) with an opening encompassing a clamping plate (27), which has an upper-side projection (28) in the recess (30) of a bow-shaped overload member (29) engages, which is guided in a longitudinally displaceable manner on the clamping rod (22) and engages over the middle leg (25) of the bearing block (23). The end of the clamping plate (27) opposite the projection (28) rests on a thrust member (31) which can be actuated by the passive leaf (11) and is axially displaceable in the end leg (24) and middle leg (25) of the bearing block (23) Rod is formed, which is operatively connected to the passive leaf in a manner to be described later. The left limb of the overload member (29) engages over the middle leg (25) and lies against the side facing the end leg (24) and is in this contact position by a between the overload member (29) and the end leg (24) of the bearing block (23 ) arranged, the clamping rod (22) encompassing, designed as a helical compression spring (32) held. Between the clamping plate (27) and the leg of the overload member (29) facing the end leg (26) of the bearing block (23) there is another helical compression spring (33) on the side opposite the thrust member (31), which, however, has a lower spring force than that Has overload spring (32). The end of the thrust member (31) slightly projecting the middle leg (25) in the direction of the end leg (26) has a bearing ring (34) attached to it to limit the return movement of the clamping plate (27) expressed by the helical compression spring (33). At its end protruding from the bearing block (23), the thrust member (31) has a threaded section (35) onto which an adjusting sleeve (36) provided with a threaded bore (37) is adjustably screwed, the setting position of which on the thrust member (31) by Lock nut (38) or other suitable means can be secured. At the end opposite the lock nut (38), the adjusting sleeve (36) has an end recess (39), the purpose of which is described below.
At the end of the guide rail (19) fixed to the frame (10) above the passive leaf (11) there is a fork-shaped bearing head (40) firmly connected to the latter, on which a release lever (41) can be pivoted in the horizontal direction by means of a bearing pin (42) is arranged. This release lever (41), which is bilateral in relation to the bearing pin (42), consists of an angular first lever arm (43) articulated on the bearing pin (42), the free end of which is connected via a further bearing pin (45) to the hinge eye (46) of a push rod ( 47) is pivotally connected in the horizontal direction. This push rod (47) may be formed from a slotted tube which, on the one hand, is firmly connected to the receptacle of the articulated eye (46) and, on the other hand, is supported in the aforementioned front recess (39) of the adjusting sleeve (36). In the corner area of the angular first lever arm (43) there is a pin (48) projecting downwards towards the door passage, with which one end of a second lever arm (44) is firmly connected both for right and left stop. The other end of this lever arm (44), which extends under the guide rail (19) and extends in the horizontal direction, is fork-shaped and is crossed in the fork region in the vertical direction by an axis (49) on which one of the fork head of the second lever arm (44) encompassed Trigger roller (50) is rotatably mounted. The axis (49) supporting the release roller (50) has a release pin (51) which projects beyond the fork head of the second lever arm (44) and which can be brought into operative connection with a push tongue (52) fixed to the slide (17). This pushing tongue (52), which extends in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail and is fixed on the slide piece (17) and bent into the height region of the release pin (51), has, for example, an inclined standing surface (53) on its longitudinal side facing the release pin (51) is that at the beginning of the opening phase of the passive leaf (11) the feed movement of the slider (17), and thus also the push tongue (52), which takes place initially in the lock direction, can be used in such a way that the release lever (41) around its bearing pin can slide over the release pin (51) sliding on the mounting surface (53) (42) is pivoted forward in a clockwise direction, so that the dead center position of the pivot pin (45) encompassed by the articulated eye (46) of the push rod (47) is canceled, as a result of which the helical compression spring (33) acting on the clamping plate (27) is in a position which Transfer the clamping plate (27) into its clamping position.
So that the push tongue (52) can also be used for several exemplary embodiments, it is possible to attach two inclined shelves which run at an angle to one another in order to achieve double use for right and left stop by simply turning.
In order on the one hand to be able to adjust the contact position of the release roller (50) on the passive leaf and on the other hand the position of the release pin (51) with respect to the footprint (53) of the push tongue (52), the connection point between the pin (48) of the first lever arm ( 43) and the second lever arm (44) be provided with end teeth (54) so that an adjustable, positive connection between the pin (48) of the first lever arm (43) and the second lever arm (44) can be created by means of a clamping screw .
When the inactive leaf (11) closes, it presses the release roller (50) directly or via the push tongue (52), which means double security, into the position shown in FIG. 5, so that via the release lever (41), the push rod (47 ) and the thrust member (31) is transferred into the clamping plate (27) in the vertical release position shown in FIG. 4, in which the clamping rod (22) is released so that when the inactive leaf (11) is closed, the active leaf (12) can be moved freely.
The interrupted region of the guide rail (19) which receives the closing sequence control device is covered by a hood (55) which is to be fastened to the guide rail in a known manner and is shown in dash-dotted lines in FIGS. 4 and 5.
Finally, it should also be mentioned that the maximum open position of both the passive leaf (11) and the active leaf (12) can also be fixed by a locking device (56), for example shown in FIG. 4. This locking device may be a locking lever (58) which can be released by an electromagnet (57) and is spring-loaded for locking and which, with its retaining hook, engages a pin (59) crossing the respective slide (17) or (18) to hold the open position of the door leaf in question. In order to also release the passive leaf, which may be in the open position, when the active leaf closes, there is a microswitch (60) in the area of the overload member (29), via which the electromagnet (57) can be activated, in the area of the overload member (29) can be switched that the locking lever (58) releases the pin (59) and a closing of the passive leaf (11) can take place.
The object of the invention can also be retrofitted to existing doors without structural changes. The entire closing sequence control is harmoniously integrated within the slide rail, whereby the trigger is attached on the outside and has no disruptive influence.
