Dans les deux cas de figure, le profil des rebords peut être tel que les rebords forment des surfaces inclinées par rapport au plan moyen de la paroi extérieure de la porte, au voisinage du dispositif, ces surfaces inclinées étant dirigées vers la poignée 8. The inclination of these surfaces makes it possible to guide the handle towards a central position and / or to guide the ice towards the cavity 10 when the said handle is pushed in.

Dans le cas d'un actuateur mécanique, c'est-à-dire non motorisé, ce dernier peut être configuré pour exercer un effort élastique sur la poignée la déplaçant vers l'extérieur dès que celle-ci a été enfoncée vers la cavité jusqu'à un certain point, un peu à la manière de la commande du bouton poussoir d'un stylo à bille. En d'autres termes, l'actuateur de la poignée peut être configuré pour que la poignée comprenne deux positions stables, à savoir les positions rentrée et sortie susmentionnées, la poignée pouvant être amenée de la position rentrée vers la position sortie par un enfoncement de celle-ci jusqu'à un point prédéterminé, cet enfoncement étant contre un effort élastique résistant. Une fois ce point atteint, des moyens de retenue empêchant la sortie de la poignée au-delà de la position rentrée sont alors désactivés et, une fois la pression relâchée, la poignée peut alors se déplacer sous ces efforts élastiques jusqu'à la position sortie. Une pression sur la poignée vers la cavité de manière à lui faire atteindre à nouveau le point prédéterminé permet alors de réactiver ces moyens de retenue. La poignée revient alors à la position rentrée, affleurant la paroi extérieure de la porte. Once this point is reached, retaining means preventing the exit of the handle beyond the retracted position are then deactivated and, once the pressure is released, the handle can then move under these elastic forces to the extended position . Pressing the handle towards the cavity so as to make it reach the predetermined point again then reactivates these retaining means. The handle then returns to the retracted position, flush with the exterior wall of the door. An actuator ensuring the function which has just been described can be produced in different ways known or accessible in themselves by the person skilled in the art.

Claims (9)

  1. A handle device (4) for an opening element (2) of a vehicle, including:
    - a support (6) intended to be mounted on the opening element (2) and forming a cavity (10) with an opening;
    - a handle (8) mounted movably on the support (6), with an entered position in which said handle (8) extends essentially in the opening and an external position in which said handle (8) extends outside the cavity (10);
    the movable mounting of the handle being configured to permit at least a portion of said handle (8) to enter in the cavity (10) under the effect of a pressure exerted on said handle (8) from the exterior towards said cavity (10), for the purpose of then passing from the entered position to the external position,
    characterized in that
    the cavity (10) is delimited by walls (61) adjacent to the opening, said walls (61) including flanges (62) extending along and at the rear of the handle (8) in entered position, so as to form retaining surfaces for glass (14) formed between the edges (81) of said handle (8) and said walls (61), said retention taking place during the entry movement of the handle (8) in the cavity (10).
  2. The device (4) according to Claim 1, characterized in that the movable mounting is a pivoting mounting.
  3. The device (4) according to Claim 2, characterized in that the handle (8) extends along a main direction, the pivoting mounting being on an end portion of said handle (8), the opposite end of said handle corresponding to the portion able to enter in the cavity.
  4. The device (4) according to one of Claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the movable mounting is configured to move the handle (8) towards the exterior of the cavity (10) following the entry movement of said handle (8) or of at least a portion of said handle (8) in the cavity (10).
  5. The device (4) according to Claim 4, characterized in that the movement of the handle (8) towards the exterior is ensured by an elastic element, such as a spring.
  6. The device (4) according to one of Claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the entry movement of the handle (8) in the cavity (10) is of more than 3mm, preferably 5mm.
  7. The device (4) according to Claim 1 to 6, characterized in that the handle (8) has, at its edges (81), a rounded front surface and a generally flat rear surface.
  8. An opening element (2) of a motor vehicle, including a handle device (4) for the purpose of opening said opening element (2), characterized in that the handle device (4) is in accordance with one of Claims 1 to 7, said opening element being preferably a side door (2).
  9. A motor vehicle including at least one opening element (2), characterized in that the opening element (2) is in accordance with Claim 8.
