Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de fabrication d'une coque (2), adaptée à certains endroits à un pied ou à une jambe d'un utilisateur, d'une chaussure de ski (1), avec une partie de coque inférieure et/ou supérieure (3, 3') constituée d'une matière plastique, un élément chauffant (10) étant prévu pour le chauffage à certains endroits de la partie de coque inférieure et/ou supérieure (3, 3') au-delà de la température de ramollissement de la matière plastique, caractérisé en ce que l'élément chauffant (10) comprend une couche d'adhérence externe (11) pour la liaison adhésive de l'élément chauffant (10) avec une des parties de coque (3, 3') de la chaussure de ski (1), la couche d'adhérence (11) pouvant être une couche de colle, qui comprend un adhésif recollable, ou une couche de silicone ou une couche d'adhérence (11) basée sur les forces de Van der Waals.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'adhésif recollable est un adhésif à base d'acrylate.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de silicone est constituée d'un caoutchouc au silicone bi-composant réticulant par addition vulcanisable à la température ambiante.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément chauffant (10) comprend un film chauffant (14), de préférence avec une épaisseur de film inférieure à 3 mm.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément chauffant (10) comprend un dispositif de chauffage de silicone (14') dans lequel une couche conductrice chauffante (12) est logée entre deux couches de silicone, munies de préférence d'inserts de tissu (de verre).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que, dans le film chauffant (14) ou dans le dispositif de chauffage de silicone (14'), est logée, en tant que couche conductrice chauffante (12), une bande conductrice gravée (18), un toron ou un fil, de préférence constitué d'un alliage contenant du cuivre et du nickel.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche conductrice chauffante (12) est logée entre deux films isolants (13), de préférence en polyimide.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que, sur le côté du film chauffant (14) ou du dispositif de chauffage de silicone (14'), opposé à la couche d'adhérence (11), une couche de recouvrement (13), de préférence un tissu textile (15), et/ou une couche isolante (16) sont prévues.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'élément chauffant (10) comprend une sonde de température.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'adhérence (11) s'étend globalement entièrement au-dessus d'une surface d'appui (19) de l'élément chauffant (10).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'une coque (2), adaptée à certains endroits à un pied ou à une jambe d'un utilisateur, d'une chaussure de ski (1), avec une partie de coque inférieure (3) et/ou une partie de coque supérieure (3') préfabriquée, comprenant une partie de semelle (5) globalement en forme de plaque, une partie de coque (3, 3') étant chauffée au moins à certains endroits, le pied de l'utilisateur, dans l'état chauffé, étant logé dans la partie de coque inférieure et/ou supérieure (3, 3'), caractérisé en ce que, dans une partie différente de la partie de semelle (5), d'une des parties de coque (3, 3'), est fixé un élément chauffant (10) au moyen d'une liaison d'adhérence, obtenue par l'intermédiaire d'un adhésif recollable, d'une couche de silicone ou par l'intermédiaire de forces de Van der Waals, entre l'élément chauffant (10) et la partie de coque (3, 3'), avant que la partie de coque (3, 3') ne soit chauffé par l'intermédiaire de l'élément chauffant (10).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le pied ou la jambe de l'utilisateur est insérée dans la partie de coque inférieure et/ou supérieure (3, 3') avant que la partie de coque (3, 3') ne soit chauffée.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que la partie de coque inférieure et/ou supérieure (3, 3') est chauffée à au moins 50 °C, de préférence à une température entre 50 °C et 100 °C, plus particulièrement entre 60 °C et 90 °C.
