Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a device for packaging medicament portions and the use of individual components of the device.
  • Devices for packaging medicament portions are known, for example, from US Pat WO 2013/034504 A1 known.
  • the devices comprise, depending on the expansion stage, several hundred storage and dispensing stations, in each of which several drug portions of a particular type of drug are stored.
  • individual drug portions may be dispensed from the supply and dispensing stations, which are then fed via a guide means to a packaging device at which the drug portions are packaged.
  • the medicament portions stored in the storage and dispensing stations are compiled and blistered according to the individual patient's intake in accordance with the prescribed medication.
  • corresponding supply and dispensing stations for dispensing one or more medicament portions are activated by means of a control device of the device.
  • the actual delivery takes place by separating a medicament portion stored in a storage container with a separating device of the storage and dispensing station and transferring it via a dispensing opening to a guide device of the device for packaging medicament portions.
  • the guide device By means of the guide device, the medicament portion is fed, regularly with the interposition of a collecting device, to a packaging device which packages or fuses one or more medicament portions.
  • Modern blister machines regularly include a plurality of supply and dispensing stations and also a plurality of collection devices, in which compilations of optionally several drug portions are temporarily stored before they are handed over to the packaging device.
  • Modern blister machines are capable of packaging a large number of drug portion assortments per hour.
  • a packaging material web is converted from a packaging device into a blister tube having a multiplicity of blister bags arranged one behind the other.
  • the packaging device is supplied via a packaging material supply a flexible, elongated packaging material web. This is folded in the direction V-shaped and welded at predetermined intervals transversely to the direction, with a partially closed blister bag is formed, in which then the compilation is handed over to drug portions. Due to the pretreatment of the packaging material web, the actual receiving area has approximately the shape of an inverted hollow pyramid.
  • the partially closed blister bag is closed by welding in the direction of travel and another welding transversely to the direction of travel (which can also form the first transverse weld for the subsequent blister bag).
  • the device for packaging medicament portions according to Claim 1 comprises a plurality of supply and dispensing stations for dispensing individual medicament portions, at least one guiding and collecting arrangement for receiving and conveying the medicament portions dispensed from the supply and dispensing stations, and a packaging material supply for feeding a flexible, elongated packaging material web.
  • the device according to the invention further comprises a packaging device with a folding and guiding device, wherein the folding and guiding device has a packaging material receiving area with a through opening and is designed such that the elongated packaging material web is fed to the through opening, which in turn is designed such that the elongated packaging material web is formed in the running direction to a defined by the passage opening tubular packaging material web with a packaging material overlap region, and arranged above the folding and guide device guide with a receiving portion for drug portions and a guide portion extending in the direction of the passage opening of the folding and guiding device extends and drug delivery leads into the tubular packaging material web.
  • a first joining device arranged downstream of the folding and guiding device is provided in the device according to the invention, which joins the tubular packaging material web in the packaging material overlap region in the running direction of the tubular packaging material that a circumferentially closed hose is formed. Furthermore, a second joining device arranged downstream of the first joining device is provided, which connects the tubular one Packaging material web at predetermined intervals, based on the direction of travel, fauxhex, so that upwardly open bag-shaped receiving portions arise.
  • the second joining device is regularly designed such that the assembly of the packaging material web is performed approximately orthogonally or transversely to the direction of travel of the packaging material web, wherein the exact alignment of the joint depends on the shape of the blister bag to be achieved.
  • the packaging material web is formed into a differently shaped receiving region, namely an upwardly open bag-shaped receiving region, so that the risk of a jump-out of medicament portions is reduced solely due to the smaller number of open sides.
  • the direction of delivery of the medicament portions when transferring into the bag-shaped receiving area is different. Due to the configuration of the preformed partially closed blister bag, it was necessary in the prior art, the packaging material web obliquely, for example, to lead at a 45 ° angle, and then transfer the drug portions, for example, obliquely from above into the partially closed blister. Due to the design, the feeding direction of the medicament portions in the receiving area always deviated from the running direction of the packaging material web.
  • the second joining device is designed such that it is suitable for the high desired operating speeds. To periodically produce a joint substantially transverse to the direction of packaging material web can be stopped, for example, clocked; in the stop time, the packaging material web can then be joined together with suitable joining agents.
  • the packaging material web is not stopped periodically.
  • the joining device may, for example, comprise opposing rotating welding rolls with one or more welding means. At which distance then the joints are introduced, depends on several factors, namely the speed of the packaging material web, the rotational speed of the welding rollers and the number of welding agents per welding roller.
  • the second joining device comprises a drive device with which the second joining device is movable in and against the running direction of the tubular packaging material web.
  • the second joining device in the process of assembling the packaging material web, is carried along with it (transversely to the running direction) and, after assembly, is again moved counter to the running direction. Once all the drug portions to be introduced are supplied to the bag-shaped receiving portion, the process of assembly begins again; The length of the blister bag can thus be varied without changing the running speed of the packaging material web, that the time between the individual joining operations is varied.
  • blister tubes with a variety of Blister bags, each containing a collection of drug portions.
  • the blister tubes are usually stored outside the blister machine in roll form.
  • the blister packs of a blister hose do not virtually differ visually, so that a separation after removal from the blister machine is complicated.
  • the device for packaging medicament portions comprises a cutting device with a cutting means, with which the blister tube at predetermined intervals, based on the direction of travel, can be severed. How exactly the separation is carried out depends on the exact design of the blister hose. Usually, a transverse joint is part of two blister bags, ie the "lower” end of one and the “upper” end of another blister hose. A separation then takes place exactly at a joint; If each blister bag has two "own” joints, it can be separated between two joints.
  • the blister hose can already be severed during manufacture, a subsequent finding of the separation point is eliminated. Blister hoses of very different lengths can also be produced without problems with a corresponding device. It is even conceivable to separate the blister bags directly after production.
  • pre-separated Blister hoses include several blister packs, and these blister packs regularly affect several recipes, patients or intake times. Subsequent separation of the blister bag will therefore be necessary on a regular basis.
  • the cutting means comprises a plurality of incisors, and the blister tube and the cutting means are arranged to be movable relative to one another such that the blister tube is severable or pierceable.
  • the blister hose can therefore be provided with a component both severed and perforated.
  • patient-specific blister tubes can be produced, the individual blister bags can be easily solved and opened from each other due to the introduced between these perforation.
  • the way of distribution separation / perforation can be varied depending on the application.
  • the cutting device is structurally associated with the second joining device, so that the separation or perforation can be carried out particularly simply, since an exact detection of the point to be separated or perforated is not necessary, since the cutting means is carried along with the joining device ,
  • the second joining device comprises a joining means, in which the cutting means is accommodated, in such a way that the joining means extends in the running direction of the packaging material web downstream and upstream of the cutting means.
  • the invention further relates to a use of a packaging device with a folding and guiding device, which has a packaging material receiving area with a through opening and is designed such that an elongated packaging material web is fed to the through opening, which is designed such that the elongated packaging material web in the running direction to a tubular packaging material web defined by the through-opening is formed with a packaging material overlap region, a guide arranged above the folding and guiding device with a portion for drug portions and a guide portion which extends in the direction of the passage opening of the folding and guiding device and drug portions in the tubular

  • the cutting means 111 During the relative movement of the cutting means 111 to the joining means 91b, the cutting means emerges from the receptacle within the joining means 91a and penetrates into the packaging material web arranged between the joining means.
  • the packaging material web can be perforated or severed by means of the incisors. If there is only a slight relative movement, the perforation takes place; if the joining means 91a is pushed further into the springs 96a, 96b via the joining means 91b, the packaging material web is severed.
