Claims (18)

  1. Procédé d'emballage d'objets plats (4) dans lequel un matériau d'emballage (7) en forme de bande quasi sans fin est transformé en continu en un train de poches (7') ouvertes sur trois côtés et fermées sur un côté, transportées dans une direction de transport, les poches (7') étant toutes dotées d'au moins un objet plat (4) pendant leur transport, étant séparées du train de poches et étant ensuite fermées par des joints qui correspondent aux côtés ouverts des poches, caractérisé en ce que le côté ouvert des poches opposé au côté fermé des poches et le joint correspondant prennent dans toutes les étapes du traitement une position indépendante du format des objets (4) à emballer et dans laquelle le matériau d'emballage (7) est immobilisé après la formation des poches, et en ce que la profondeur des poches est adaptée lors de la formation du train de poches (7') au format des objets (4) à emballer.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en outre en ce que lors de la fermeture des poches (7'), la distance entre deux joints latéraux est adaptée au format des objets à emballer ou à la largeur du matériau d'emballage (7).
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les poches (7') sont remplies par le haut par leur côté opposé au côté fermé des poches.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisé en ce que les poches (7') sont fermées dans des logettes de transport (3) qui tournent dans la direction du transport, les poches (7') étant formées dans les logettes de transport (3) ou étant apportées dans celles-ci, les poches (7') étant dotées des objets (4) à emballer dans les logettes de transport (3) ou avant leur amenée dans les logettes de transport (3).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'emballage (7) destiné à former le train de poches est étiré dans les logettes de transport (3) en rotation à l'aide de plusieurs organes de traction (8.2), en ce que chaque poche (7') terminée est fixée dans la logette de transport (3) dans la zone de son côté ouvert opposé au côté fermé et en ce que l'organe de traction (8.2) est ensuite enlevé de la poche (7'), la profondeur de la poche étant ajustée par l'intermédiaire de la longueur des organes de traction (8.2).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le train de poches est formé à partir du matériau d'emballage (7) au moyen de guides (8.7, 8.8) qui s'engagent de manière alternée sur les deux côtés du matériau d'emballage, lesquels guides (8.7, 8.8) sont déplacés dans la direction du transport, agissent en alternance par les côtés opposés sur le matériau d'emballage (7) et sont déplacés transversalement par rapport à la direction du transport et l'un par rapport à l'autre sur une distance adaptée à la profondeur qu'il faut donner aux poches, et en ce que les poches (7') sont fixées au moyen d'un guide (8.7) sur deux, sont ensuite dotées des objets (4) avant d'être positionnées dans les logettes de transport (3) en rotation pour être fermées.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le matériau d'emballage (7) est un film en matière synthétique soudable et en ce que les joints sont réalisés par soudage lors de la fermeture des poches.
  8. Dispositif d'emballage d'objets plats (4) par un matériau d'emballage (7) qui présente la forme d'une bande quasi sans fin, lequel dispositif présente des moyens (5, 9) d'amenée des objets (4) à emballer et d'évacuation des objets (4') emballés et des moyens (6) d'amenée du matériau d'emballage (7), lequel dispositif présentant en outre un moyen qui forme à partir du matériau d'emballage (7) un train de poches (7') ouvertes sur trois côtés et fermées sur un côté, un moyen de transport des poches (7') dans une direction de transport, un moyen de séparation des poches (7') du train de poches et un moyen de fermeture des côtés ouverts des poches (7') par réalisation de joints appropriés, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de formation du train de poches (7') et le moyen de transport des poches (7') sont conçus de telle sorte que le côté ouvert des poches opposé au côté fermé des poches et le joint correspondant ont la même position pour différents formats, indépendante du format des objets à emballer (4), en ce que pour fixer le matériau d'emballage (7) dans cette position, des éléments de fixation (22, 27) sont prévus et en ce que le moyen de formation du train de poches (7') peut être ajusté pour établir la profondeur de poche.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de fermeture des poches (7') peut être ajusté pour régler la distance entre deux joints latéraux.
  10. Procédé selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transport des poches (7') est configuré et disposé de telle sorte que les poches (7') soient orientées avec leur côté ouvert, opposé au côté fermé, vers le haut, au moins lors de l'amenée des objets (4) à emballer.
  11. Procédé selon les revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de formation du train de poches (7') présente des organes de traction (8.2) de longueur ajustable qui coopèrent avec les extrémités distales d'éléments (2) de logettes en rotation et en ce que les éléments de fixation (22) sont disposés dans les logettes de transport (3) formées par les éléments (2) de logettes.
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités distales des éléments (2) de logettes en rotation sont configurés comme rouleaux (2.1) à rotation libre et en ce que les éléments de traction (8.2) présentent également des rouleaux à rotation libre.
  13. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de formation du train de poches (7') présente des guides (8.7, 8.8) avançant en circuit fermé, les guides étant prévus pour agir en alternance sur le matériau d'emballage (7) par deux côtés opposés et pour se déplacer l'un par rapport à l'autre dans la direction transversale à la direction de rotation, la distance de ce déplacement étant ajustable, et en ce que les éléments de fixation (27) sont disposés sur un guide (8.7) sur deux.
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le cours des guides (8.7) qui avancent en circuit fermé est adaptée au cours des logettes de transport (3) en rotation de telle sorte que les guides (8.7) soient transportés sur une partie de leur cours en circuit fermé dans la zone des extrémités distales des éléments (2) de logettes qui forment les logettes (3) de transport.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 8 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les logettes de transport (3) en rotation sont dotées d'éléments de fermeture (21.1, 21.2) qui peuvent être déplacés de façon contrôlée l'un contre l'autre, les éléments de fermeture (21.1, 21.2) étant équipés pour réaliser trois joints qui correspondent aux trois côtés ouverts des poches, et en ce qu'au moins une partie des éléments de fermeture (21.1, 21.2) peut être ajustée à différentes distances entre les joints latéraux.
  16. Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé en ce que les logettes de transport (3) sont disposées sur un tambour (1) qui tourne autour d'un axe de tambour (A).
  17. Dispositif selon la revendication 16, caractérisé en ce que le tambour (1) présente un système de réglage (41) disposé en son centre et dans lequel les éléments de fermeture (21.1, 21.2) de toutes les logettes de transport (3) peuvent être ajustés les uns par rapport aux autres.
  18. Dispositif selon les revendications 16 ou 17, caractérisé en ce que le moyen (5) d'amenée des objets (4) dans la zone d'un point de sommet supérieur du tambour (1), le moyen (6) d'amenée du matériau d'emballage (7) ou l'amenée du train de poches dans la direction du transport immédiatement en amont du moyen (5) d'amenée des objets (4) et le moyen (9) de transport d'évacuation des objets emballés (4') sont disposés dans la partie inférieure du tambour (1).
