Claims (18)
- Dispositif doseur (10) destiné à la dissolution d'un agent de traitement de solides (50), doté d'un récipient de dissolution et de stockage (40), à l'intérieur duquel un fluide est stocké, doté d'une pompe (45, 68) et d'une conduite (46) s'étendant depuis la pompe (45, 68) côté refoulement, laquelle débouche sur une buse de projection (47), le fluide arrivant par le biais d'une entrée de fluide (41) et étant mis en circulation par la pompe (45, 68), lequel agit sur la conduite (46), par le biais de laquelle le fluide sort à la buse de projection (47) et dissout l'agent de traitement de solides (50), caractérisé en ce qu'un actionnement de la pompe (45) est commuté par un flotteur à corps creux (20) ou un flotteur plein (31), lequel ou bien s'enfonce ou bien s'élève, ou bien produit une flottabilité mesurable, en fonction de la concentration de l'agent de traitement de solides (50) dissous dans le mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48) dans le récipient de dissolution et de stockage (40).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) ou le flotteur plein (31) enclenche un contact reed (22) afin d'actionner la pompe (45) en cas d'augmentation de la densité dans le mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48) .
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) ou le flotteur plein (31) enclenche une cellule/barrière photoélectrique (23) afin de piloter la pompe (45) en cas d'augmentation de la densité dans le mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) ou le flotteur plein (31) enclenche une membrane d'une cellule de mesure de pression (24) afin d'actionner la pompe (45) en cas d'augmentation de la densité dans le mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de dissolution et de stockage (40) forme avec une chambre à produit (52) destinée à recevoir l'agent de traitement de solides (50) une cassette de produit sous forme d'un tiroir (57) .
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le récipient de dissolution et de stockage (40) est raccordé à la chambre à produit (52) par le biais d'un trop-plein (55).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) comporte un espace creux (25), lequel est rempli d'un matériau de remplissage.
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des états de volume de remplissage (26) du matériau de remplissage dans l'espace creux (25) sont adaptables à différentes gammes de densité du mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48) par différents niveaux de remplissage (V0, V1, V2, V3...) dans l'espace creux (25) du flotteur à corps creux (20) .
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) est réalisé avec une forme cylindrique (64) ou avec une forme rectangulaire (62), et comprend des ouvertures de remplissage et de vidange (27, 28) pour des matériaux de remplissage pour différentes gammes de densité du mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) comprend un aimant (30) destiné à actionner le contact reed (22).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) comprend une plaque de plastique (29) destinée à couper une barrière photoélectrique (23).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur plein (31) est réalisé avec une forme cylindrique (64) ou avec une forme rectangulaire (62), et- comporte une surface de butée pour un capteur de pression plan (24) ou- comprend un aimant (30) destiné à actionner le contact reed (22), ou- comprend une tringle de guidage (32) en matériau métallique ou en matériau plastique pour un capteur de pression ponctuel (24.1) ou une cellule ou barrière photoélectrique (23).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur plein (31) de forme cylindrique (64) comprend un aimant (30) en forme de disque, lequel est fixé à la tringle de guidage (32).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur plein (31) de forme rectangulaire (62) est fabriqué en différents plastiques pour différentes gammes de densité et actionne des capteurs de pression plans (24) et/ou des cellules ou barrières photoélectrique (23).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur plein (31) de forme rectangulaire (62) comporte une plaque de plastique (29) destinée à couper le faisceau d'une cellule photoélectrique (23).
- Dispositif doseur (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le flotteur à corps creux (20) est conçu de sorte qu'il obtient une force de flottabilité maximale correspondant à la gravité du liquide refoulé moins le poids propre du flotteur à corps creux (20).
- Procédé de préparation d'un mélange agent de traitement/fluide (48) de concentration définie avec un dispositif doseur (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce qu'un agent de traitement de solides (50) est dissous et, lorsqu'une concentration d'agent de traitement désirée a été atteinte, une interruption du processus de dissolution s'effectue par saisie d'un flotteur à corps creux (20) ou flotteur plein (31) surnageant ou lorsqu'une force de flottabilité correspondant à la concentration d'agent de traitement désirée a été atteinte.
- Utilisation d'un dispositif doseur (10) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16 dans un cuiseur vapeur industriel, dans des fours de cuisson industriels, dans des lave-vaisselle, dans des lave-vaisselle industriels, dans des cafetières automatiques, dans des cafetières, dans des appareils de nettoyage des sols, dans des cuiseurs vapeur domestiques, dans des fours de cuisson domestiques, dans des lave-vaisselle domestiques et dans des cafetières automatiques domestiques.
