Definitions
- the present invention relates to a system for providing person-specific information that can be retrieved in an emergency of the corresponding person from third parties in particular for first aid on the spot.
- emergency passports in paper form are already known in the art, which can be carried by anyone and contain specific information about the person, such as their name, the contact information in the Emergency person to be notified and, in particular, their medical data, which may be of importance and / or benefit in first aid for the first responder.
- specific information about the person such as their name, the contact information in the Emergency person to be notified and, in particular, their medical data, which may be of importance and / or benefit in first aid for the first responder.
- medical data which may be of importance and / or benefit in first aid for the first responder.
- These include, in particular, the person's blood type, data on allergic or other intolerances, existing pre-existing conditions, regularly taken medications or the like. Thanks to the immediate access to this information on-site, errors in first aid and subsequent treatment can be avoided.
- a disadvantage of the existing emergency passport options is that third parties can not immediately recognize whether and in what form an accident Person carries such an emergency passport with him. In the worst case, the emergency passport will therefore not be detected due to a lack of search. In the best case, first aid is delayed by the search required, which can lead to a significant loss of time in individual cases.
- Another disadvantage is the fact that not always an emergency passport or smartphone is carried along, as in particular in sports activities, however, represent a particular risk potential.
- the accessibility of emergency pagers stored in smartphones is dependent on the battery power of the smartphone, which in individual cases can also have negative consequences.
- the present invention provides a system of the type mentioned above comprising a server which is set up so that person-specific information can be stored on a user-specific basis and secured via an associated person-specific coding in such a way that this person-specific information is transmitted only by transmitting the assigned information Person-specific coding can be retrieved from an external electronic terminal, and a plurality of plaques, which are each provided in such a way with a person-specific coding of a user, that the person-specific coding read by a third party or by an external electronic device of a third party and retrieving the person-specific information can be transmitted to the server, the plaques are attached to shoes of users, in particular on the strap of the shoes.
- a significant advantage of the system according to the invention over the variants known from the prior art is firstly that the person-specific information is stored centrally on the server, which can be accessed by anyone and retrieve the person-specific information while transmitting the associated person-specific coding.
- the retrieval is possible via any internet-enabled electronic device, so there is no device-specific binding.
- Another significant advantage is that the attached to a lacing strap of a shoe of the user badge is well visible to anyone, so that accounts for longer delays due to a search for a Notfallpass.
- the badge easily catches the attention of first responders so that immediate action is possible.
- the badge can be worn without any obstruction in sports activities in which the accident risk is known to be relatively high.
- the person-specific information preferably includes the name of the user and / or the contact details of a person to be notified in an emergency and / or medical data of the user, such as in particular his blood type, data on allergic or other intolerances, existing pre-existing conditions, regularly taken drugs or the like , Basically, the person-specific information of the system according to the invention correspond to those of a conventional emergency passport.
- An advantage, at least over paper-based emergency diaries, is that a wealth of information can readily be stored, including existing diagnoses, physician writing, image and video data, for example in the form of x-ray or MRI images, etc.
- the person-specific information is assigned a second user-specific coding when it is transmitted to the server a user can enter the person-specific information to be stored thereon and / or supplement and / or modify the person-specific information already stored thereon.
- This second user-specific encoding is not provided on the badge and is normally known only to the user himself, so that the data can not be manipulated by unauthorized persons.
- the plaques are provided for attachment to a shoe lace with at least one opening or a passage through which the lace is passed.
- This opening or this passage can be adapted to the shape of the lace, round, oval or elongated.
- the plaques are provided with at least two spaced holes arranged through which the lace is passed, the plaques are particularly elongated and the openings are provided in the free end portions. In this way a good lasting hold of the badge on the shoe is achieved.
- the person-specific coding is provided in the form of a readable character string and / or a QR code and / or codes readable by means of NFC technology (Near Field Communication).
- the readable string can be printed, embroidered or embossed, for example, on the plaque, to name just a few examples.
- the QR code enables particularly fast access to the person-specific information when scanning by an electronic terminal, as well as a code which can be read out by means of the NFC technology.
- the person-specific coding is advantageously provided on the back of the badge, so that it is not normally visible to everyone. Accordingly, it is difficult for persons who do not act as first responders in daily life to read out the person-specific coding and to gain groundless access to the personal data stored on the server.
- a mark is advantageously provided which is suitable for making third parties aware of the function of the badge.
- an Aesculapius can be displayed on the front, an SOS mark, the words "emergency passport” or “emergency ID” or the like.
- an Internet address is specified on the sticker, under which an input mask for retrieving the person-specific information can be accessed.
- the badge has a hue with signal effect, ie a red, orange, yellow or green hue, in particular a neon hue.
- the badge itself can be made of different materials. However, preferred is a flexible material that conforms to the shape of the shoe, such as elastic plastic or the like, which improves the wearing comfort.
- the badge is secured by a manually destructible seal so that the person-specific coding can be read only after destruction of the seal.
- the seal can be formed for example by welding points or the like.
- FIGS. 1 to 3 show a system 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention or components thereof.
- the system 1 is used to provide person-specific information that in case of emergency of the corresponding person from third parties in particular for first aid directly before Location are available.
- the system 1 comprises a server 2, which is set up in such a way that user-specific information can be stored on a user-specific basis and secured via an associated person-specific coding 3 in such a way that this person-specific information can only be retrieved from an externally electronic terminal 4 by transmitting person-specific coding 3 are.
- the system 1 comprises a plurality of badges 6, each of which is provided with a person-specific coding of a user that the person-specific coding 3 can be read by a third party or by an electronic device 4 of a third party and transmitted to the server 2, wherein each badge 6 is attached to a shoe 7 of a user, in this case on a lace 8 of the corresponding shoe 7th
- a user receives in a first step one or more badges 6, on each of which a person-specific coding 3 assigned to him is provided.
- the user selects the server 2 with an Internet-enabled device via the Internet address 5 of the system provider, identifies himself there for the first time with his person-specific coding 3, whereupon he can store the person-specific information relating to him on the server 2 in a corresponding input mask , These are, in particular, his name, his address and contact details, the contact details of a person to be notified if necessary, and medical data.
- the latter may include the blood group, the vaccination certificate, data on allergic or other intolerances, existing pre-existing conditions, on regularly taken medication or the like, medical reports, image and video data, such as X-ray and MRI images, etc.
- the user selects a second user-specific one Encoding that is required for further server requests in order to be able to complete and / or change his already stored person-specific information.
- the user applies the badges 6 made available to him on one or more of his shoes 7.
- the plaques 6 are provided in the present case with two perforations 9 arranged at a distance from one another, through which shoelaces 8 can be made, as is shown in FIG FIG. 1 is shown.
- the badge 6 is elongated, wherein the openings 9 are provided in the free end regions.
- the badges 6 are advantageously made of an elastic material, in particular of elastic plastic or rubber, so that they easily adapt to the shape of conventional cut shoes 7.
- the badges 7 may of course be made of other materials, such as aluminum, to name just one example.
- the front side 10 of the badge 6 is a mark 11 is provided which is suitable to make third party attention to the function of the badge 6, in this case in the form of the inscription "SOS emergency ID". Furthermore, the front side 10 carries the inscription "please turn over!” In order to draw the attention of third parties to the fact that further essential information can be found on the back 12 of the label 6, which is shown in FIG FIG. 3 is shown.
- the Internet address 5 is provided on the one hand, which is required for selecting the server 2 on the Internet.
- the person-specific coding 3 once in the form of a string, in this case "N2YE-B1UE", as well as in the form of a QR code.
- the badge 6 advantageously has a signal color that is easily recognizable to third parties, such as red, yellow or orange, in particular as a neon color.
- the shoe 7 with the attached badge 6 wearing person first responders can retrieve the information stored on the server 2 to the user on the basis of the existing information on the badge 6 information.
- the signal color of the badge 6 as well as their highly visible attachment to the shoe 7 are very helpful for third parties because the badge 6 is difficult to miss.
- the first responders now have the option to dial the server 2 under the internet address 5 indicated on the back 12 of the badge 6 via an internet-capable electronic terminal 4 and there to retrieve the person-specific information of the accidental user by entering the person-specific coding 3 in the form of the character string , Now the first responders have all the relevant information at their disposal.
- the first responders may also read the person-specific coding depicted on the back 12 of the badge 6 in the form of the QR code with the terminal 4, whereupon they will receive the person-specific information directly on their terminal 4.
- the use of the QR code is preferable to the string due to the faster accessibility of the person-specific information in principle.
- this presupposes that a program capable of reading out the QR code is implemented on the terminal 4.
- a person-specific coding in the form of a code readable by means of the NFC technology can also be provided, even if this is not shown here.
- a significant advantage of the system 1 according to the invention is, on the one hand, in the central and thus device-independent storage of the person-specific information on the server 2 and in the retrievability of the person-specific information of each Internet-enabled terminal 4, which carries almost everyone today.
- a badge 6 attached to a lace strap 8 of a shoe 7 is well visible to anyone, so that there are no major delays due to a search for an emergency card. Due to its positioning, inscription and color scheme, the badge immediately catches the eye of first responders. Also, the badge 6 can be carried especially in sports activities without any obstruction, so that the emergency passport is always there.
- FIGS. 4 to 7 show the views of an alternative embodiment of a badge 6.
- the badge 6 is in the present case made of an elastic plastic and has analogous to the badge 6 of the embodiment described above on its front side 10, the mark 11 "SOS emergency ID” and the addition "Please open” and on its back 12 the Internet address 5 for dialing the server 2 and the person-specific coding 3 in the form of the character string and the QR code.
- the badge 6 is facing outwardly with its front side 10 once wound around its longitudinal axis, that top and bottom edge overlap each other, and in this state presently fixed by two welds 13, so that an opening or a passage 9 for passing a lace 8 is formed.
- This embodiment is advantageous in that the information provided on the back 12 of the badge 6, in particular the person-specific codes 3, are no longer visible from the outside and are not accessible without destroying the welding spots 13 acting as seals. Accordingly, the user can recognize when a third party has unauthorized access to his data, whereupon appropriate action can be taken. For example, the user can have his account blocked with the system operator and open an account with new person-specific coding 3.

Abstract
