Claims (9)
- Réceptacle dédié à la vente et au transport, dévolu à la présentation de marchandises et muni de parois latérales verticales, longitudinales et transversales (2, 3, 4, 5), respectivement opposées par paires et reliées dans la région de poteaux de soutien (6, 7, 8, 9) situés dans les angles, de façon telle que ledit réceptacle, structurellement agencé comme une table en treillis (1), présente un espace utile (N) dans lequel est inséré au moins un cloisonnement de fond (10) qui emprisonne les marchandises par-dessous d'une manière propice au prélèvement et peut être placé dans différentes positions d'utilisation, au moins à l'état déchargé, ledit cloisonnement de fond (10) étant relié à au moins un dispositif de réglage (11) qui le reçoit avec faculté de déplacement, lequel dispositif de réglage (11), relié au cloisonnement de fond (10), est pourvu d'au moins un organe de réglage (SG) venant directement en prise avec ledit cloisonnement de fond (10), sachant
qu'un organe de réglage (SG), doté d'un accumulateur de force, est prévu à chaque fois dans la région des poteaux de soutien (6, 7, 8, 9) et sachant qu'un ressort de pression (14), pouvant être précontraint, est prévu en tant qu'accumulateur de force,
caractérisé par le fait que
le ressort de pression (14) comporte un pignon supérieur de guidage (15) et un pignon de freinage (16), en position intégrée verticale, de telle sorte que ces pignons (15, 16) puissent être reliés à une crémaillère respective (17, 17') prévue dans le poteau de soutien (6, 7, 8, 9) et qu'une translation guidée (flèches B, B'), ciblant le cloisonnement de fond (10), puisse ainsi être déclenchée et freinée. - Réceptacle de vente et de transport selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le cloisonnement de fond (10), relié au dispositif de réglage (11), peut être déplacé à la main, au pied et/ou à l'aide d'au moins un groupe structurel (SG, 12) pouvant être activé en tant qu'organe de réglage.
- Réceptacle de vente et de transport selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que des positions variables d'accès et d'utilisation ciblant des marchandises à soutenir peuvent être préétablies, au moins dans la région d'une face supérieure ouverte (13) de l'espace utile (N), au moyen du cloisonnement de fond (10) déplaçable.

- Réceptacle de vente et de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le cloisonnement de fond (10) est retenu avec faculté de basculement dans la région du dispositif de réglage (11), de façon telle que les marchandises, pouvant être atteintes au moins depuis la face supérieure (13) de l'espace utile (N) ouvert, puissent être présentées sur une surface utile (E', E") agencée à l'oblique au moins par zones.
- Réceptacle de vente et de transport selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le cloisonnement de fond (10), prenant des positions d'utilisation basculées ou s'étendant parallèlement à l'horizontale (H), au moins par zones, peut être déplacé en mode échelonné ou en mode continu.
