Claims (13)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutels, gemäß dem:- eine Wand (1, 1a) des Beutels entlang einer drehbar montierten Trommel (30) zum Anbringen von Griffen (4) geführt wird;- ein Griff (4) an der Trommel (30) befestigt wird, wobei Schenkel (41) des Griffs (4) sich entlang eines Umfangs der Trommel (30) nach hinten in der Drehrichtung der Anbringtrommel (30) erstrecken, wobei die Schenkel (41) durch einen Steg (40) verbunden sind;- der Griff (4) auf die Wand aufgebracht wird;dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vor dem Aufbringen des Griffs (4) auf die Wand dieser mit Hilfe einer Wendetrommel (37) vollständig umgewendet wird, damit die Schenkel (41) sich vorne auf der Anbringtrommel (30) befinden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutels nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Steg (40) des Griffs (4) durch die den Umfang der Anbringtrommel berührende Wendetrommel (37) zur Durchführung des Umwendens ergriffen wird, das Ende der Schenkel (41) mit Hilfe einer von der Wendetrommel (37) getragenen Lamelle (371) in eine Klemme (302) der Anbringtrommel (30) eingeführt wird, und der Steg (40) losgelassen wird, indem der Griff (4) gegen den Umfang der Anbringtrommel (30) zurückgeführt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Beutels nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, wobei mindestens eine Verstärkungsfolie (5) aufgebracht wird, indem mindestens ein Schenkel (41) vor dem Umwenden des Griffs (4) mindestens teilweise bedeckt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Anbringtrommel (30) bei einer Umdrehung gesteuert wird, um den Griff (4) mit der Geschwindigkeit der Wand (1) und mit dem dem zwei aufeinanderfolgende Beutel trennenden Zwischenraum anzubringen.
- Maschine zur Herstellung von Beuteln mit Griffen, die Transporteinrichtungen zum Vorbeiführen einer Wand (1, 1a) des Beutels entlang einer drehbar montierten Anbringtrommel (30) von Griffen (4), Befestigungseinrichtungen zum Befestigen eines Griffs (4) auf der Anbringtrommel (30) aufweist, wobei Schenkel (41) des Griffs (4) sich gemäß einem Umfang der Trommel (30) nach hinten in der Drehrichtung der Trommel (30) erstrecken, wobei die Schenkel (41) durch einen Steg (40) verbunden sind, wobei die Befestigungseinrichtungen konfiguriert sind, den Griff (4) auf die Wand aufzubringen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Wendetrommel (37) aufweist, um den Griff (4) vor dem Aufbringen des Griffs (4) auf die Wand umzuwenden und damit die Schenkel sich vorne auf der Anbringtrommel (30) befinden, und dass sie vorgesehen ist, um das Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 durchzuführen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 5, wobei zum Ausführen des Umwendens die Wendetrommel (37) drehbar ist und den Umfang der Anbringtrommel (30) berührt und eine Stegklemme (370), um den Griff (4) über den Steg (40) bei seinem Durchgang zwischen der Anbringtrommel (30) und der Wendetrommel (37) zu ergreifen, und eine Lamelle (371) aufweist, die das Ende der Schenkel (41) in eine Schenkelklemme (302) der Anbringtrommel einführen kann, wobei die Stegklemme (370) konfiguriert ist, den Steg (40) nach dem Einklemmen der Schenkel (41) durch die Schenkelklemme loszulassen, wobei die Maschine außerdem Führungseinrichtungen (38) aufweist, um den Griff (4) nach der Wendetrommel (37) und vor dem Aufbringen des Griffs (4) gegen den Umfang der Anbringtrommel zurückzubringen.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 6, wobei die Stegklemme (370) neutralisierbar ist und die Schenkelklemme (302) lösbar auf die Anbringtrommel (30) montiert ist.
- Maschine nach Anspruch 7, wobei sie eine Biegestange (35) aufweist, die gemäß einer bezüglich der Achse der Anbringtrommel (30) leicht außermittigen Achse schwenkbar montiert ist, und zwischen einer Rückzugstellung und einer Biegestellung so beweglich ist, dass, wenn die Stange (35) von der Rückzugstellung in die Biegestellung übergeht, sie sich der Fläche der Anbringtrommel (30) annähert, wobei die Biegestange (35) lösbar auf die Anbringtrommel (30) montiert ist, und wobei die Anbringtrommel (30) Klemmen (301) enthält, die es ermöglichen, je einen Schenkel (41) des Griffs (4) entlang der zukünftigen Biegelinien (410) auf dem Schenkel (41) zu ergreifen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station des Aufbringens einer Verstärkungsfolie (5) stromaufwärts vor der Wendetrommel (37) aufweist, um mindestens eine Verstärkungsfolie (5) aufzubringen, indem mindestens ein Schenkel mindestens teilweise bedeckt wird.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie Steuereinrichtungen aufweist, um die Drehgeschwindigkeit der Anbringtrommel (30) bei einer Umdrehung zu steuern und den Griff (4) mit der Geschwindigkeit der Wand (1) und mit dem zwei aufeinanderfolgende Beutel trennenden Zwischenraum anzubringen.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station zum Formen eines Schlauchs (9) aufweist, die stromabwärts hinter der Anbringtrommel platziert ist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station zum Formen eines Schlauchs (9), die stromaufwärts vor der Anbringtrommel (30) platziert ist, und eine Station zum Formen eines Bodens (7) stromabwärts hinter der Anbringtrommel (30) aufweist.
- Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Station zum Formen eines Schlauchs (9) aufweist, die stromaufwärts vor einer Station zum Formen eines Bodens (7) platziert ist, die sich stromaufwärts vor der Anbringtrommel (30) befindet.
