Definitions

  • the invention relates to a helmet, in particular a sports helmet, such as a riding helmet.
  • the DE 83 06 006 U1 discloses a protective helmet with a forked chin strap which comprises two forked belts connected to a helmet cap and a chinstrap connecting the forked belts.
  • Each forked belt is connected to the chin strap via a fitting.
  • In each fitting three slots are formed, through which the respective fork belt is passed.
  • the chinstrap is attached to the fittings. When exercised by the chinstrap on the fittings train the respective fork belt clamped reliably in the three slots of the fitting, while with tension-free chin strap fitting on the fork belt is displaced.
  • the function of the Gabelkinnberiemung is not always satisfactory.
  • the belt system comprises a belt cord arranged on the headgear, which is passed through a loop part. On the loop part, a ring is arranged, through which a chin strap is guided.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object to provide a helmet, in particular sports helmet, on the one hand offers an extremely high level of comfort and on the other hand always provides the helmet wearer when wearing a particularly high security.
  • the helmet should also guarantee an extremely high level of security if it is worn differently by the helmet wearer than is provided for a comfortable or secure fit.
  • the core of the invention is that the helmet has a first webbing, which is displaceably guided by a first coupling body and is also guided by a first fixing body, which acts by clamping on the first webbing or frictionally engages it. There is thus friction or clamping between the first webbing and the first fixing body, so that their movement in the use of the helmet is inhibited to each other, but not completely impossible.
  • This design provides a very high level of comfort and at the same time the helmet wearer a particularly high level of security.
  • the first fixing body and the first coupling body are separate components. These are thus mutually movable or movable.
  • the first webbing, the first coupling body and / or the first fixing body are in particular infinitely adjustable or displaceable to each other, which allows an optimal in terms of comfort and safety adjustment of the helmet.
  • the first coupling body is automatically or independently positioned at the point where it is virtually used or optimally placed with regard to wearing comfort or safety.
  • the first strap through the first coupling body is easier or more smoothly, in particular much easier or smoother, as displaced by the first fixing body.
  • first webbing portion and the second webbing portion are passed through the first coupling body. It is advantageous if the first webbing portion and the second webbing portion are also passed through the first fixing body.
  • the helmet shell comprises a robust or hard outer shell and an inner shell which is shock-absorbing or yielding.
  • the outer shell is preferably injection-molded, while the inner shell consists, for example, of polystyrene, more preferably expanded polystyrene (EPS).
  • EPS expanded polystyrene
  • the helmet shell can be understood or referred to in particular as a helmet shell.
  • the first webbing is conveniently flexible. It is advantageous if the first webbing is substantially V-shaped.
  • the first coupling body thus forms in particular a Y-distributor.
  • the first webbing is in one piece or in one piece.
  • the first webbing section and the second webbing section preferably immediately adjoin seamlessly to each other. The separation between these is preferably imaginary.
  • the first coupling body is conveniently rigid or unyielding. It is preferably formed from a metallic, in particular smooth, material. It is expedient if the first coupling body limits a first coupling opening to the side outside. It is advantageous if the first coupling body is circumferentially or circumferentially closed.
  • the first coupling body preferably has at least one straight and / or curved contour section, wherein combinations are also possible. Conveniently, the first coupling body is substantially annular.
  • the first fixing body is substantially rigid. It is expedient if the first fixing body limits a first fixing opening to the side outside. Conveniently, the first fixing opening is closed circumferentially.
  • the chin strap can be one-piece or multi-piece. It is advantageous if a closure is inserted in the chin straps.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 2 leads to an extremely stable fit of the helmet on the head of the helmet wearer.
  • the first fixing body and the first coupling body are held together in the use of the helmet.
  • the first fixing body and / or the first coupling body are designed or shaped in such a way that, when the helmet is worn, they are held together by a helmet carrier by the forces transmitted through the bands. If no forces act on the bands, such as when the helmet is not in use by the helmet wearer, the first fixing body and the first coupling body are preferably displaceable relative to one another or separable from one another.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 4 limits the mobility of the first coupling body and the first fixing member to each other.
  • a mobility of the first coupling body transversely to its main plane is prevented or limited with respect to the first fixing body.
  • the first coupling body engages over a curved contour section thereof into the first fixing body.
  • the dependent claim 5 engages the first coupling body at least partially from below into the first fixing body, which is advantageous due to the forces acting in the bands when wearing the helmet.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 6 allows a particularly targeted guidance of the first webbing or its Gurtbandabtresse in the first fixing body.
  • the first feedthrough slot is conveniently circumferentially completely limited.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 7 leads to an extremely compact first fixing.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 9 results in a frictional force acting within the first webbing and thus a movement of the Gurtbandabitese inhibits each other.
  • the stable fit of the helmet on the head of a helmet wearer is further improved.
  • the at least one projection is designed as a web, dome, knob or the like.
  • the first webbing portion and the second webbing portion are on the inside at least partially on the first fixing, in particular at least at least one projection of, which results in a particularly high clamping force or friction force between the first fixing body, the first webbing portion and the second webbing portion ,
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 12 is extremely easy to install.
  • the first strap is so particularly well threaded through the first fixation.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 13 allows a substantially straight guide of the first and second Gurtbandabitess to the helmet shell.
  • the first feedthrough slot thus has a gap width which is smaller than the transverse dimension of the coupling body present there together with the first strap belt guided around it.
  • the embodiment according to the dependent claim 15 leads to a particularly high clamping force or friction force between the first webbing and the first fixing body.
  • the first fixing body is injected.
  • the first fixing body is preferably formed from a thermoelastic elastomer, in particular based on urethane.
  • the helmet also has a second webbing, which preferably corresponds in arrangement and design to the first webbing.
  • a second coupling body is present, which corresponds favorably in construction and effect the first coupling body.
  • a second fixing body is present, which corresponds favorably in structure and effect the first fixing body.
  • FIG. 1 An in FIG. 1 essentially helmet shown in its entirety is designed as a riding helmet.
  • the helmet is conveniently symmetrical substantially with respect to a median plane extending in a longitudinal direction 1 of the helmet between its front and rear ends.
  • the helmet has a stable helmet calotte 2 and a holding system 3 arranged on the helmet cap 2 for securely holding the helmet cap 2 to a head of a helmet wearer (not shown).
  • the holding system 3 comprises a first webbing 5 fastened to a first longitudinal side 4 of the helmet boot 2 and a first coupling body 6 and a first fixing body 7. Furthermore, the holding system 3 comprises a chinstrap 8.
  • the holding system 3 has a second longitudinal side (not shown) on one of the first longitudinal side 4 opposite the second longitudinal side fixed (not shown) and a second coupling body (not shown) and a second fixing body (not shown).
  • the median plane runs centrally between the longitudinal sides 4.
  • the two straps 5 are formed and arranged substantially identical.
  • the first webbing 5 has a first webbing section 9 and a second webbing section 10, which adjoin one another directly and are spaced apart in the longitudinal direction 1 of the helmet from each other on the first longitudinal side 4 of the helmet dome 2 with their longitudinal ends (not shown).
  • the first webbing 5 is passed through the first coupling body 6.
  • the first coupling body 6 has a first coupling opening 11 which is completely closed or delimited on the circumference by the first coupling body 6.
  • the first webbing 5 is slightly displaceable relative to the first coupling body 6.
  • the friction coefficient between the first coupling body 6 and the first webbing 5 is comparatively low.
  • the first coupling body 6 is seated when wearing the helmet between the first Gurtbandabêt 9 and the second Gurtbandabites 10.
  • the first coupling body 6 deflects there the first webbing 5, so that the first webbing 5 is substantially V-shaped.
  • the first coupling body 6 has a first webbing deflection section 12 facing the helmet shell 2 and a first chinstrap deflection section 13 facing away from the helmet shell 2, which runs opposite to the first webbing deflection section 12.
  • the first chin strap deflection section 13 extends substantially straight, while the first strap deflection section 12 extends straight or with respect to the first chin strap deflection section 13 convexly curved.
  • the first webbing 5 passes through the first coupling opening 11 and runs around the first webbing deflection section 12. When the helmet is in use, the first webbing 5 lies directly against the webbing deflection section 12.
  • the chin strap 8 passes through the first coupling opening 11 and runs around the first chin strap deflection section 13. When the helmet is in use, the chin strap 8 bears directly against the first chin strap deflection section 13.
  • the chinstrap 8 forms a loop at the first chinstrap deflection section 13 and is thus permanently attached to the first coupling body 6. Similarly, the chin strap 8 is also attached to the second coupling body.
  • the first fixing body 7 is symmetrical with respect to a first plane of symmetry EF1 and a second plane of symmetry EF2 which is perpendicular to the first plane of symmetry EF1.
