Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif pour charger et décharger un tronçon de voie ferrée, notamment une partie d'aiguillage, comprenant
    une traverse longitudinale (12) qui possède un dispositif d'accueil de crochet de grue (20) et
    au moins deux bras transversaux (30), qui sont disposés au niveau de la traverse et s'étendent transversalement par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la traverse, les bras transversaux (30) possédant respectivement au moins deux éléments de maintien (44) pour le tronçon de voie ferrée,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au moins l'un des bras transversaux (30) est maintenu de manière à pouvoir être déplacé le long de l'axe longitudinal de la traverse (12), et en ce qu'une unité d'entraînement (50, 51) est présente, laquelle coopère avec l'au moins un bras transversal (30) pour son déplacement.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'unité d'entraînement (50) possède un élément d'entraînement pour chaque bras transversal.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'entraînement (50) est réalisé sous la forme d'un vérin hydraulique (51) qui est relié d'un côté au bras transversal et de l'autre côté à la traverse.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par une unité de commande (60) qui est configurée pour déplacer les bras transversaux (30) de telle sorte que le centre de gravité du tronçon de voie ferrée se trouve approximativement dans une zone sous le crochet de grue.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de commande (60) est reliée à au moins un capteur qui détecte une position inclinée de la traverse.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'accueil de crochet de grue (20) est maintenu dans la traverse (12) de manière à pouvoir être déplacé dans la direction longitudinale et/ou transversalement par rapport à la direction longitudinale afin d'amener le crochet de grue (6) approximativement au-dessus du centre de gravité.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de maintien (44) sont réalisés sous la forme de crochets qui sont maintenus sur le bras transversal (30) de manière à pouvoir être déplacés dans sa direction longitudinale.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (12) possède deux éléments porteurs longitudinaux (14) qui sont reliés entre eux par le biais de plusieurs barrettes transversales (16).
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (12) possède au niveau des deux côtés longs respectivement un élément d'appui (42) en forme de barrette sur lequel prend appui un élément homologue (34, 36) correspondant se trouvant au niveau du bras transversal (30) afin de rendre possible le déplacement du bras supérieur dans la direction longitudinale.
