Claims (15)

  1. Rouleau encolleur (2) pour appliquer de la colle sur des étiquettes, des bandes d'étiquettes et/ou des récipients dans un dispositif d'étiquetage (1), caractérisé en ce que
    la surface du rouleau encolleur (2) présente une pluralité d'évidements (11), respectivement sous la forme d'un hexagone, et
    dans lequel les parois latérales (18) de l'hexagone présentent une inclinaison de 110° à 140 °, de préférence de 120°, par rapport à la surface du rouleau encolleur (2).
  2. Rouleau encolleur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel tous les évidements présentent la même longueur latérale (22, 23) et/ou la même profondeur (17) et/ou la même inclinaison (19) des parois latérales (18), dans lequel la longueur latérale (22, 23) est mesurée au niveau du bord supérieur de l'évidement (11), également au niveau de la surface non évidée du rouleau encolleur.
  3. Rouleau encolleur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les évidements (11) sont agencés de telle sorte qu'un bord de chacun des évidements (11) et un bord de chaque évidement adjacent (11) sont agencés parallèlement.
  4. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les évidements (11) sont agencés sur toute la circonférence (14) du rouleau encolleur (2).
  5. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les évidements (11) sont agencés sur la même largeur (13) du rouleau encolleur (2).
  6. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les évidements (11) présentent, à l'exception des parois latérales (18), une profondeur uniforme (17).
  7. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la longueur latérale (22, 23) des évidements est respectivement comprise entre 0,2 et 0,35 mm, en particulier entre 0,24 mm et 0,29 mm, de préférence est de 0,26 mm.
  8. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les évidements présentent une profondeur (17) de 0,04 mm à 0,125 mm, en particulier de 0,04 mm à 0,06 mm, en particulier de 0,045 mm à 0,055 mm, de préférence est de 0,05 mm.
  9. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la distance (16) entre des évidements adjacents (11) est comprise entre 0,4 mm et 0,8 mm, en particulier entre 0,5 mm et 0,7 mm, de préférence est de 0,6 mm, dans lequel la distance se réfère à une distance entre les centres des évidements (11).
  10. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la largeur d'entretoise (21) entre les évidements (11) est comprise entre 0,07 mm et 0,13 mm, de préférence est de 0,1 mm, dans lequel la largeur d'entretoise est la distance entre les bords supérieurs adjacents de deux évidements (11) adjacents.
  11. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel aucun évidement n'est agencé à une distance (12) de 1 cm à 2 cm, en particulier de 1,5 cm, des côtés du rouleau encolleur.
  12. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la proportion des surfaces de pressage est de 30 % à 35 %, de préférence de 32 %, dans lequel les surfaces de pressage sont les surfaces qui ne sont pas évidées et qui, en fonctionnement, appuient sur l'étiquette ou la bande d'étiquettes à coller ou le récipient à coller.
  13. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque angle intérieur (24, 25) de l'hexagone est supérieur ou égal à 100° et inférieur ou égal à 150°, en particulier inférieur ou égal à 140° et supérieur à 110°, en particulier inférieur ou égal à 135° et supérieur ou égal à 115°, en particulier inférieur ou égal à 130° et supérieur ou égal à 120°, dans lequel l'angle intérieur désigne un angle qui est délimité par des côtés de polygone adjacents.
  14. Rouleau encolleur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel chaque évidement (11) est conçu de telle sorte que les bords opposés de l'évidement s'étendent parallèlement.
