Claims (15)

  1. Ferrure pour la fixation de cadres de fenêtre et de porte à une douelle avec une section d'écartement (3) pour l'appui contre la douelle d'une ouverture de fenêtre ou de porte qui maintient un élément de réglage (5) agencé perpendiculairement à la section d'écartement (3) pour une mise en prise avec le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte, ainsi qu'une section de retenue (7) qui se raccorde à la section d'écartement (3) et qui présente au moins deux dispositifs pour l'agencement de moyens de fixation, en particulier au moins deux ouvertures de passage (9), pour la fixation de la section de retenue (7) à la douelle, dans laquelle la section d'écartement (3) et la section de retenue (7) sont formées d'un seul tenant ;
    caractérisée en ce que
    la ferrure présente un axe de symétrie (13) ;
    l'élément de réglage (5) se trouve sur l'axe de symétrie (13) ; et
    les deux dispositifs (9) présentent la même distance d'au moins 100 mm de l'axe de symétrie (13).
  2. Ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la section d'écartement (3) présente une longueur d'au moins la moitié de l'épaisseur de cadre de fenêtre ou de porte, en particulier d'au moins 30 mm.
  3. Ferrure selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la section de retenue (7) présente deux dispositifs pour l'agencement de moyens de fixation.
  4. Ferrure selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les deux dispositifs (9) sont espacés l'un de l'autre d'au moins 250 mm ou de 200 mm à 300 mm, de préférence de 250 mm.
  5. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'une distance de l'élément de réglage (5) à au moins un dispositif (9) s'élève à au moins 50 mm, de préférence à au moins 50 mm et moins de 300 mm, plus préférablement à au moins 70 mm et moins de 250 mm.
  6. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la section d'écartement et la section de retenue (3, 7) sont formées d'un seul tenant en matière plastique, en particulier aussi en matière plastique renforcée par fibre de verre, ou en métal.
  7. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la section d'écartement et la section de retenue (3, 7) se trouvent dans le même plan.
  8. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la section d'écartement et la section de retenue (3, 7) présentent ensemble une forme de T, U, Y ou V.
  9. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins deux dispositifs pour l'agencement de moyens de fixation sont espacés l'un de l'autre dans un plan parallèle au plan du cadre de fenêtre ou de porte d'au moins 200 mm, en particulier de 200 mm à 300 mm, de préférence de 250 mm.
  10. Ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de réglage (5) est agencé à une extrémité et les ouvertures de passage (9) sont agencées à l'autre extrémité, dans laquelle l'axe de symétrie (13) s'étend à travers l'élément de réglage (5) et perpendiculairement au cadre (11).
  11. Agencement présentant :
    une ferrure (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 ;
    un cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11) d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, qui est relié à l'élément de réglage (5) de la ferrure (1) ;
    une douelle dans laquelle le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11) est agencé avec la ferrure (1) ;
    des moyens de fixation qui traversent les ouvertures de passage (9) de la ferrure (1) et qui sont insérés dans la douelle.
  12. Agencement selon la revendication 11, présentant en outre la fenêtre ou la porte qui est insérée dans le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11).
  13. Agencement selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation sont insérés dans différentes pierres, en particulier dans différentes briques, d'un mur de bâtiment qui forme la douelle.
  14. Procédé de fixation d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte dans une douelle, caractérisé en ce que le procédé présente :
    la liaison de l'élément de réglage (5) de la ferrure (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10 avec un cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11) de la fenêtre ou de la porte ;
    l'agencement du cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11) avec la ferrure (1) dans la douelle ;
    la traversée des ouvertures de passage (9) de la ferrure (1) avec des moyens de fixation et l'insertion des moyens de fixation dans la douelle ;
    l'insertion de la fenêtre ou de la porte dans le cadre de fenêtre ou de porte (11).
  15. Procédé selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le procédé présente en outre une insertion des moyens de fixation dans différentes pierres, en particulier dans différentes briques, d'un mur de bâtiment qui forme la douelle.
