Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'emballages de type boîte à couvercle, comprenant une partie de fond (10) et une partie de couvercle (11) qui est connectée de manière pivotante à la partie de fond (10), et comprenant un cadre (17) disposé à l'intérieur de la partie de fond (10), s'étendant sur la circonférence, s'appliquant contre des parois latérales de fond (13, 14), qui est en partie entouré par la partie de couvercle (11) lorsque l'emballage est fermé, le cadre fermé (17), replié à plat, étant acheminé à un poste d'insertion ou de réunion (23) pour dresser le cadre (17) et pour l'introduire dans une partie de fond (10) mise à disposition, plusieurs, en particulier trois, parties de fond (10) étant acheminées dans un plan commun les unes à côté des autres au poste d'insertion ou de réunion (23) avec les parois latérales de fond dressées (13, 14) et étant mises à disposition les unes à côté des autres dans le poste (23), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) de préférence le même nombre de cadres repliés à plat (17) est acheminé, dans le cas d'un agencement dressé de portions de cadre (18, 19), dans un plan, situé au-dessus, du poste de réunion (23),
    b) le cadre replié à plat respectif (17) est déplacé vers le bas dans un plan décalé vers le bas, à savoir un plan de dressage, par un organe d'abaissement, en particulier un organe de pression (50), de préférence en le déposant sur une plaque de butée (52),
    c) les cadres (17), dans le poste de réunion (23), sont écartés les uns des autres par des organes de dressage agissant de préférence au niveau du côté extérieur libre de portions de cadre (18) opposées l'une à l'autre dans le plan horizontal dans la configuration tridimensionnelle ou dans une forme conforme à l'emballage,
    d) le cadre dressé (17) est alors introduit par un déplacement vers le bas dans les parties de fond mises à disposition (10) et simultanément déposé dans ou sur la partie de fond (10).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des unités (24) constituées de la partie de fond (10) et du cadre (17), formées dans le poste de réunion (23), sont acheminées à des postes de traitement supplémentaires, de préférence simultanément et le long de voies de transport ou de travail parallèles jusqu'à la finition complète de la boîte à couvercle.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) dans le poste de réunion (23), en particulier dans la région d'un groupe de cadre (35), le cadre (17) est dressé par saisie des portions de cadre (18) opposées l'une à l'autre, en particulier par des organes d'aspiration (54), de telle sorte que d'autres portions de cadre (19) soient déplacées contre des organes de déformation, en particulier contre des goujons de butée (57),
    b) les organes de butée ou de déformation (57), du fait de leur position relative lors du dressage du cadre (17), provoquent une déformation orientée vers l'intérieur, essentiellement arrondie, des autres portions de cadre (19), de telle sorte que les dimensions extérieures du cadre déformé dressé (17) soient réduites par rapport aux dimensions de la partie de fond (10),
    c) le cadre dressé et déformé (17) est abaissé en conservant sa configuration jusqu'à venir en appui contre la partie de fond (10), de préférence par un déplacement vers le bas des goujons de butée (57) ou d'un support de course (58) pour les goujons (57).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre dressé et déformé (17) est fixé après le transfert à la partie de fond (10) dans la position conforme à l'emballage, de telle sorte que les organes de dressage et de déformation (57) puissent revenir dans la position de départ par déplacement vers le bas en desserrant le cadre (17) .
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que les organes de dressage saisissant des portions de cadre (18) opposées l'une à l'autre lors du dressage du cadre (17), en particulier des ventouses (54), agissent dans une région centrale de la portion de cadre concernée (18) au niveau du côté extérieur, de telle sorte que des régions libres, du côté de l'extrémité ou du côté du bord, de la portion de cadre (18), soient orientées en forme d'arc vers l'intérieur du fait de l'action des organes de déformation.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les parties de fond (10) sont fournies dans le poste de réunion (23), en particulier dans la région d'un groupe de fond (36), avec des parois latérales de fond (13, 14) orientées obliquement ou divergeant par rapport au côté ouvert,
    b) après l'insertion du cadre (17) dans la partie de fond (10), et après la réalisation de la formation, conforme à l'emballage, du cadre (17), les parois latérales de fond (13, 14) sont dressées et sont pressées contre des portions de cadre associées (18, 19) ou contre un ruban de colle (20), et sont connectées au cadre (17) par le biais du ruban de colle (20).
  7. Dispositif de fabrication d'emballages de type boîte à couvercle, comprenant une partie de fond (10) et une partie de couvercle (11) qui sont connectées l'une à l'autre de manière pivotante dans la région d'une paroi latérale de fond (13) d'une part et d'une paroi latérale de couvercle (16) d'autre part, un cadre (17) s'étendant sur la circonférence étant disposé à l'intérieur de la partie de fond (10), lequel, lorsque l'emballage est fermé, est en partie entouré par la partie de couvercle (11) et lequel est acheminé, dans un agencement fermé, replié à plat, dans un plan horizontal à un poste d'insertion ou de réunion (23) pour dresser le cadre (17) et pour l'introduire dans une partie de fond (10) mise à disposition, le poste de réunion (23) présentant un groupe de cadre (35) pour dresser et déformer le cadre (17) ainsi qu'un groupe de fond (36) pour préparer la partie de fond (10), en particulier par dressage des parois latérales de fond (13, 14), le groupe de cadre (35) se composant de préférence de deux organes de dressage opposés l'un à l'autre pour dresser le cadre (17) par saisie de préférence de deux portions de cadre (18) opposées l'une à l'autre et écartement de celles-ci dans le plan horizontal, et un organe d'abaissement, en particulier des organes de butée (57) pour la déformation du cadre (17), servant au déplacement vers le bas du cadre dressé et de préférence déformé (17) jusqu'à ce qu'il soit déposé sur la partie de fond (10), caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) une courroie de cadre (46) sert à alimenter le cadre replié à plat (17) au poste de réunion (23) ou au groupe de cadre (35) dans la région d'un plan d'alimentation,
    b) un organe d'abaissement supplémentaire, en particulier un organe de pression (50) sert au déplacement vers le bas du cadre replié à plat (17) dans un plan décalé vers le bas, à savoir un plan de dressage, de préférence en le déposant sur une plaque de butée (52),
    c) des organes de dressage, en particulier des ventouses (54), peuvent être déplacés dans le plan de dressage de telle sorte que de préférence des portions de cadre opposées l'une à l'autre (18) puissent être saisies au niveau du côté extérieur par les organes de dressage et que les portions de cadre (18) puissent être déplacées à l'écart l'une de l'autre par un déplacement de dressage des organes de dressage.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les organes de dressage sont supportés avec une pluralité de trous d'aspiration disposés les uns à côté des autres (55) sur une tige porteuse droite rotative (56), lesquels, par rotation autour de l'axe propre vertical, effectuent le déplacement de dressage des organes de dressage.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les organes de dressage, de préférence les ventouses (54) pour le dressage du cadre (17) d'une part et des organes de déformation pour le cadre (17) lors de l'opération de dressage, en particulier des goujons de butée (57) pour des portions de cadre (19) d'autre part, sont montés au niveau d'organes de retenue porteurs pouvant être actionnés séparément, en particulier les ventouses (54) au niveau de tiges porteuses rotatives (56), et les goujons de butée (57) au niveau d'un support de levage commun (58),
    b) l'organe de retenue porteur pour les organes de déformation peut être déplacé vers le bas en commun et de manière synchronisée avec le cadre déformé (17) jusqu'à une position finale inférieure,
    c) les organes peuvent être déplacés indépendamment les uns des autres dans la position de départ supérieure à partir de la position finale inférieure.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9,
    caractérisé en ce que le plan d'alimentation du cadre (17) par la courroie de cadre (46) et les organes de dressage (54) sont disposés dans des plans décalés, en particulier le plan de dressage étant disposé en dessous du plan d'alimentation et le cadre plat replié (17) pouvant être déplacé du plan d'alimentation par abaissement jusque dans la région du plan de dressage et reposant dans cette région sur un subjectile de préférence plat.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) des pièces de butée (62) servent à fixer le cadre (17) dans la position finale inférieure,
    b) les pièces de butée (62) sont déplaçables et de préférence s'appliquent dans la région de portions de cadre (18) opposées l'une à l'autre contre leur arête supérieure libre,
    c) après la libération du cadre (17) dans la position dans la partie de fond (10), les pièces de butée (62) peuvent être déplacées hors d'engagement avec le cadre (17), de préférence par rotation autour d'un axe propre dans une position de départ sans contact.
  12. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 11, caractérisé par un organe de support pour le cadre (17) dans la région du plan d'alimentation, en particulier par une table (49) déplaçable transversalement d'une part, et par un organe de support supplémentaire dans le plan de dressage décalé vers le bas, en particulier une plaque de butée (52), au niveau de pièces partielles formant une ouverture de passage (53) .
  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 12, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fond (10) peut être transportée avec des parois latérales de fond (13, 14) orientées dans une position oblique par un transporteur jusque dans le poste de réunion (23) ou à travers celui-ci, en particulier par un transporteur principal (44) avec des éléments d'entraînement (41) au niveau de côtés mutuellement opposés de la partie de fond (10), à chaque fois pendant une phase d'arrêt du transporteur principal (44) entraîné de manière cadencée, une partie de fond (10) pouvant être mise à disposition pour le transfert du cadre dressé ou déformé (17), par déplacement vers le bas.
