Claims (15)

  1.     b) ensuite, par déplacement ou déformation de régions de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), la forme de l'emballage dans la région des arêtes longitudinales (15, 16) est fabriquée.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que pendant le prépliage, dans la région de l'arête longitudinale (15, 16), une moulure de pliage (39, 40) disposée à distance du contenu de l'emballage est formée par déformation de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), dans la région de laquelle moulure de pliage la pièce découpée intérieure (14) est pliée sur plus de 90°, et en ce qu'ensuite la moulure de pliage (39, 40), par déformation correspondante de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), est éliminée en formant l'arête longitudinale correcte (15, 16).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que dans le cas de la fabrication d'un emballage intérieur quadratique (10) avec une paroi avant (23), une paroi arrière (24) et des parois latérales (25, 26) formées par des volets latéraux (28, 29) se recouvrant en partie, des déformations de matériau, à savoir des moulures de pliage (39, 40), sont formées en tant que déformations de la pièce découpée intérieure (14) dans la région de la paroi avant (23) ainsi que de la paroi arrière (24), en dépassant au-delà du plan des parois (23, 24), les volets latéraux (28, 29) se trouvant dans une position de pliage intermédiaire avec un recouvrement partiel mutuel et les moulures de pliage (39, 40) étant ensuite éliminées par déformation correspondante de la pièce découpée intérieure (14) en déplaçant les volets latéraux (28, 29) dans la position des parois latérales (25, 26) adaptée pour l'emballage.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) le prépliage de la pièce découpée intérieure (14) s'effectue en plusieurs étapes, en particulier en deux étapes de formage ou de pliage successives,
    b) dans la première étape de pliage, les moulures de pliage (39, 40) sont formées transversalement au plan de la paroi avant (23) et/ou de la paroi arrière (24), suivi d'une courbure de pliage orientée latéralement (41, 42),
    c) la courbure de pliage (41) formée de préférence dans la deuxième étape de formage ou de pliage est fabriquée sur la base de, ou en association avec, l'élimination, en particulier des moulures de pliage (39, 40),
    d) ensuite, par déformation correspondante de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), les courbures de pliage (41, 42) sont éliminées par façonnage de la pièce découpée intérieure et déplacement des volets latéraux (28, 29) dans la position finale adaptée pour l'emballage.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) pendant le transport des emballages intérieurs (10) le long d'une bande de cigarettes (34) de préférence rectiligne, dans une première étape de pliage, par déformation de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), les moulures de pliage (39, 40) tournées, par rapport à la bande de cigarettes (34), vers le haut, au-dessus du plan de la paroi avant (23), ou vers le bas, en dessous de la paroi arrière (24) sont formées,
    b) pendant la poursuite du transport, les moulures de pliage (39, 40) sont éliminées par sollicitation de l'emballage intérieur (10) ou de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), en formant des courbures de pliage orientées transversalement ou latéralement (41, 42) de la pièce découpée intérieure (14),
    c) par élimination des moulures de pliage (39, 40) ou par élimination des courbures de pliage (41, 42), les volets latéraux (28, 29) sont déplacés dans la position adaptée pour l'emballage.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les volets latéraux (28, 29) orientés latéralement, dans l'état non plié, sont déformés pendant le transport des emballages intérieurs (10) par des organes de formage ou de guidage disposés des deux côtés de la bande de déplacement, en particulier par des nervures de pliage dressées (48, 49), avec des arêtes de pliage (50, 51) s'étendant de manière décalée par rapport aux arêtes longitudinales (15, 16) de l'emballage intérieur (10), en particulier dans le sens d'un décalage par rapport à la paroi avant associée (23) ou la paroi arrière associée (24),
    b) ensuite, les volets latéraux (28) sont pliés, de préférence successivement, à partir de la position orientée latéralement vers le côté extérieur des organes de formage ou de guidage, en particulier des nervures de pliage (48, 49), en formant des déformations de matériau, en particulier des moulures de pliage (39, 40), dans la région d'arêtes de pliage (50, 51) des nervures de pliage (48, 49) en tant qu'organes de formage ou de guidage,
    c) les organes de formage ou de pliage, en particulier les moulures de pliage (39, 40), en l'absence de nervures de pliage (48, 49), sont ensuite éliminés, par sollicitation au niveau du côté supérieur et au niveau du côté inférieur de l'emballage intérieur (10), en particulier par un guide supérieur (44) ou un guide inférieur (45) correspondant, avec déformation correspondante de la pièce découpée intérieure (14) ou des volets latéraux (28, 29) .
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les courbures de pliage (41, 42) notamment orientées latéralement, formées de préférence par élimination des déformations de matériau, en particulier des moulures de pliage (39, 40), sont éliminées dans la région des parois latérales (25, 26) pendant la poursuite du transport de l'emballage intérieur (10), en particulier en appliquant une pression à plat sur les parois latérales (25, 26), en pressant et déplaçant les volets latéraux (28, 29).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lors de la fabrication simultanée de deux emballages intérieurs (10) transportés l'un à côté de l'autre dans des bandes de cigarettes (34) de préférence parallèles, des courbures de pliage situées à l'extérieur (41, 42) sont éliminées par des organes pour rapprocher les deux emballages intérieurs (10) jusqu'à ce qu'ils viennent en appui l'un contre l'autre, en particulier par des coulisseaux transversaux (43), et les courbures de pliage (41, 42) situées à l'intérieur ou tournées l'une vers l'autre des mêmes emballages intérieurs (10) sont éliminées par mise en butée l'une contre l'autre et sollicitation par pression des parois latérales adjacentes (25, 26).
  9. Dispositif de fabrication d'emballages (10) de contour essentiellement carré, en particulier quadratique, pour mettre en œuvre le procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, de préférence pour la fabrication d'emballages intérieurs (10) constitués d'un groupe de cigarettes (13) et d'une pièce découpée intérieure (14) enveloppant celui-ci, en tant que contenu d'un emballage extérieur (11), l'emballage intérieur (10), du fait du pliage correspondant de la pièce découpée intérieure (14), présentant au moins une paroi avant (23), une paroi arrière (24) et des parois latérales (25, 26) qui sont formées à partir de volets latéraux (28, 29) se recouvrant au moins en partie, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) une unité constituée d'un groupe de cigarettes (13) et d'une pièce découpée intérieure (14) repliée (en forme de U) peut être transportée le long d'une bande de cigarettes (34) de préférence rectiligne à travers des postes de pliage, à savoir un poste de pliage de fond (36), un poste de pliage de côtés (37) et un poste de pliage frontal (38),
    b) dans la région d'au moins le poste de pliage de côtés (37), est disposé, de préférence des deux côtés de l'emballage intérieur (10), un organe de pliage ou de guidage, en particulier dans le plan vertical une nervure de pliage (48, 49) de préférence à paroi mince, avec de préférence une arête de pliage supérieure et une arête de pliage inférieure (50, 51),
    c) l'organe de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir la nervure de pliage (48, 49), est réalisé de telle sorte que de préférence des arêtes de pliage supérieure et inférieure (50, 51) soient disposées dans un plan de manière décalée par rapport au plan de la paroi avant (23) ou de la paroi arrière (24),
    d) à l'aide des organes de pliage de préférence fixes, en particulier à l'aide d'aiguilles de pliage (60, 62), des volets latéraux situés à l'intérieur (29) et des volets latéraux situés à l'extérieur (28) sont pliés successivement contre le côté extérieur libre des organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir des nervures de pliage (48, 49), en formant des plis dans une plage de 180° le long de l'arête de pliage (50, 51),
    e) des surfaces de guidage ou de support de guides supérieurs (44), de guides inférieurs (45) de la bande de cigarettes (34), entraînent une élimination de moulures de pliage (39, 40) formées par les organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir les nervures de pliage (48, 49), avec déplacement correspondant des volets latéraux (28, 29) .
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que les volets latéraux (28, 29) déformés sous l'effet des organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir des nervures de pliage (48, 49), dans une position décalée par rapport à la paroi avant (23) ou par rapport à la paroi arrière (24), peuvent être pliés par des organes de guidage fixes contre le côté extérieur des organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir des nervures de pliage (48, 49), en particulier par des aiguilles de pliage (60, 62) successives dans la direction de transport, les volets latéraux situés à l'intérieur (inférieurs) (29) pouvant être pliés de préférence en premier par les aiguilles de pliage (62) puis les volets latéraux (28) pouvant être pliés par les aiguilles de pliage (62).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'extérieur de la région des organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir des nervures de pliage (48, 49), à savoir en particulier à la suite des organes de pliage ou de guidage, à savoir des nervures de pliage (48, 49), des guides latéraux sont associés aux emballages intérieurs (10), en particulier des guides latéraux de type nervures (46, 47) agissant dans une région centrale des parois latérales (25, 26), pour la fixation des volets latéraux (28, 29) dans la position finale adaptée pour l'emballage, les guides latéraux (46, 47) étant réalisés de préférence sous forme de saillies de type nervures de limites latérales (57, 58) pour les emballages intérieurs (10).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes 10 et 11, caractérisé en ce que suite aux bandes de cigarettes (34), avec un transport de préférence en continu des emballages intérieurs (10) par une bande transporteuse (53), est prévu un poste d'assemblage (70) pour terminer les emballages intérieurs (10) et en particulier pour réunir deux emballages intérieurs juxtaposés (10), des organes du poste d'assemblage (70) étant disposés sur une plate-forme de pliage de préférence commune (66), en particulier des organes pour fabriquer une paroi frontale (27) de l'emballage intérieur (10) et pour réunir les emballages intérieurs (10) fabriqués en parallèle de manière orientée transversalement, la plate-forme de pliage (66) présentant, au moins dans une région partielle, des guides de type canaux avec un guide supérieur (44), un guide inférieur (66) et des limites latérales (57, 58) qui sont interrompues dans la région de coulisseaux transversaux (43).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes 10 à 12, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de pliage (48, 49) sont disposées à distance latérale par rapport au guide supérieur (44) et au guide inférieur (66).
  14. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de pliage (48, 49) présentent une plus grande hauteur qu'une profondeur correspondante du groupe de cigarettes (13).
  15. Dispositif selon la revendication 9 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes 10 à 14, caractérisé en ce que les nervures de pliage (48, 49) sont disposées à distance latérale à côté des régions du guide supérieur (44) et du guide inférieur (66) s'appliquant contre le groupe de cigarettes (13).
