Claims (6)

  1. Dispositif pour fabriquer des paquets de cigarettes, en particulier du type à couvercle articulé, comprenant une tourelle de pliage (10) entraînée notamment en rotation de manière cadencée, qui présente des cavités (21) réparties sur la périphérie pour recevoir une pièce découpée (11) pour un paquet ainsi qu'un contenu du paquet (20), la pièce découpée (11) étant pliée sur la tourelle de pliage (10) pendant le transport, des organes de pliage (33) étant associés aux cavités (21) afin de plier des volets de coin de couvercle (32) de la pièce découpée respective (11) et de retenir les volets de coin de couvercle pliés (32) dans la position pliée pendant une rotation de la tourelle de pliage (10), caractérisé en ce que les organes de pliage (33) sont disposés de manière à tourner conjointement sur la tourelle de pliage (10), plusieurs organes de pliage (33), notamment deux, étant associés à chaque cavité (21) pour plier à chaque fois au moins un volet de coin de couvercle (32) d'une pièce découpée (11) après l'alimentation d'un contenu du paquet (20) dans la cavité respective (21), et en ce que les organes de pliage (33) peuvent être déplacés à l'intérieur des cavités (21) par une extrémité libre, les organes de pliage (33) présentant au moins dans la région d'extrémité libre une configuration en forme d'arc et les organes de pliage (33) présentant une dimension diminuant en direction de l'extrémité libre, de telle sorbe que les organes des pliage (33) puissent être ressortis par pivotement entre les volets de coin de couvercle repliés (32) et une paroi frontale de couvercle (34) de la pièce découpée (11) devant être pliée ensuite progressivement sur les volets de coin de couvercle (32).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les organes de pliage (33) de plusieurs cavités adjacentes (21), de préférence deux, peuvent être actionnés au moyen d'un entraînement commun, en particulier d'une came de préférence à rotation active (30), indépendamment de la tourelle de pliage (10).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les organes de pliage (33) sont associés aux cavités (21) dans la région de parois latérales des paquets et peuvent être déplacés à l'intérieur des cavités (21) pour replier les volets de coin de couvercle (32) des pièces découpées (11) pour former un couvercle du paquet, la tourelle de pliage (10) étant notamment prévue pour un mode de travail à deux voies et à chaque fois deux cavités adjacentes (21) étant disposées parallèlement l'une à l'autre.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les organes de pliage (33) peuvent être déplacés à l'intérieur des cavités (21) par une extrémité libre, les organes de pliage (33) présentant au moins dans la région d'extrémité libre une configuration en forme d'arc et les organes de pliage (33) présentant une largeur diminuant en direction de l'extrémité libre, de telle sorte que les organes de pliage (33) puissent être ressortis, notamment par pivotement, entre les volets de coin de couvercle repliés (32) et un volet de pliage de la pièce découpée (11), devant être plié ensuite progressivement sur les volets de coin de couvercle (32), en particulier une paroi frontale de couvercle (34) .
  5. Procédé de fabrication de paquets de cigarettes, en particulier du type à couvercle articulé, dans lequel des pièces découpées (11) pour les paquets sont introduites dans des cavités (21) d'une tourelle de pliage (10) entraînée notamment en rotation de manière cadencée et sont pliées autour d'un contenu du paquet (20), caractérisé en ce que des volets de coin de couvercle (32) des pièces découpées (11) sont pliés contre une paroi frontale du contenu du paquet (20) par des organes de pliage (33) disposés de manière à tourner conjointement sur la tourelle de pliage (10), les organes de pliage (33) présentant au moins dans la région d'extrémité libre une configuration en forme d'arc et les organes de pliage (33) présentant une dimension largeur diminuant en direction de l'extrémité libre, et en ce que les organes de pliage (33), après le pliage des volets de pliage (32), retiennent ceux-ci dans la position pliée tandis que la tourelle de pliage (10) continue de tourner et en ce qu'une paroi frontale de couvercle (34) est orientée vers le paquet au moyen d'un aiguillage et est placée contre les volets de coin de couvercle pliés (32) tandis que les organes de pliage (33) sont ressortis par pivotement progressivement entre la paroi frontale de couvercle (34) et les volets de coin de couvercle (32), dans lequel, pour permettre l'extraction des organes de pliage (33) entre les volets de coin de couvercle (23) et la paroi frontale de couvercle (34), les organes de pliage (33) sont configurés sous forme aplatie de telle sorte que ceux-ci deviennent plus étroits vers l'extrémité libre par laquelle l'organe de pliage (33) vient en contact avec les volets de coin de couvercle (32).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la paroi frontale de couvercle (34) est pliée progressivement par un aiguillage disposé fixement sur la périphérie de la tourelle de pliage (10) contre les volets de coin de couvercle repliés (32), tandis que la tourelle de pliage est entraînée en rotation.
