Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de fabrication de paquets (10) de cigarettes, les paquets (10) présentant une partie de boîte (11) qui est limitée au moins par une paroi avant (15), une paroi arrière (12), des parois latérales (16, 17) et une paroi de fond (14), ces parois étant formées par pliage correspondant d'une pièce découpée (51) constituée de matériau d'emballage, et
    a) au moins un groupe de cigarettes (33) enveloppé dans une pièce découpée intérieure (47) et de préférence de forme parallélépipédique étant disposé en tant que bloc de cigarettes (29) dans la partie de boîte (11), et
    b) les paquets (10) étant prévus pour présenter des dimensions prédéfinies en termes de largeur, de profondeur et de hauteur, et au moins la profondeur de l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11) étant supérieure à la profondeur du bloc de cigarettes (29), de telle sorte que le bloc de cigarettes (29) ne remplisse pas complètement l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11) par rapport à au moins cette dimension, et
    c) une collerette (26) étant disposée dans la partie de boîte (11), laquelle s'applique avec une paroi avant (27) au moins en partie contre la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), et laquelle s'applique avec des parois latérales (28) disposées latéralement à la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) contre des parois latérales correspondantes (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), et
    d) la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) étant pliée le long de deux lignes de pliage (31, 32) qui s'étendent transversalement à un axe longitudinal vertical imaginaire du paquet (10) et les lignes de pliage (31, 32) divisant la paroi avant (27) en trois portions, à savoir une portion supérieure (34), une portion de liaison centrale (35) et une portion inférieure (36), et les trois portions étant pliées autour des lignes de pliage (31, 32) de telle sorte que la portion (34) s'applique du côté intérieur contre la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), tandis que la portion (36) est disposée parallèlement à la portion (34) mais à distance de la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), et la distance s'obtenant par la dimension correspondante de la portion de liaison (35) de telle sorte que la collerette (26) serve à compenser au moins la différence de profondeur entre le bloc de cigarettes (29) et l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11), et
    e) les pièces découpées (51) étant acheminées avec pliage au moins partiel de celles-ci à une cavité (61) respective d'une tourelle de pliage (60), et un bloc de cigarettes (29) et une collerette (26) étant à chaque fois introduits dans une cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60), et
    f) au moins un volet pliable (48) qui est formé dans au moins une paroi latérale (28) de la collerette (26) étant plié dans la région de la tourelle de pliage (60) contre le bloc de cigarettes (29), à savoir contre une surface latérale du bloc de cigarettes (29) tournée vers la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11) .
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le volet pliable (48) de la collerette (26) sert à fixer la position pliée de la collerette (26) compensant l'au moins la différence de profondeur, un volet pliable (48) étant prévu pour être formé à chaque fois à cet effet dans les deux parois latérales (28) de la collerette (26).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un volet pliable (48) est plié par une aiguille de pliage (72) disposée fixement sur la tourelle de pliage (60), qui plie le volet pliable (48) situé à l'avant dans la direction de rotation de la tourelle de pliage (60).
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un autre volet pliable (48) est plié par un organe de pliage (73) associé à la tourelle de pliage (60) et de préférence rotatif, qui plie le volet pliable (48) pendant un arrêt bref de la tourelle de pliage (60).
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les volets pliables (48) sont pliés après que les parois latérales (28) de la collerette (26) ont été pliées contre le groupe de cigarettes (29), un volet pliable (48) faisant saillie davantage par rapport au groupe de cigarettes (29) que l'autre volet pliable (48) de telle sorte que le volet pliable (48) faisant davantage saillie soit saisi et plié pendant la rotation de la tourelle de pliage (60) par l'aiguille de pliage (72), tandis que l'autre volet pliable (48) n'est pas saisi par l'aiguille de pliage (72) mais est plié par l'organe de pliage (73).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que conjointement avec les volets pliables (48) de la collerette (26), des volets pliables (52) sont à chaque fois pliés dans la région des parois latérales (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), un volet pliable (48) de la collerette (26) et un volet pliable (52) de la partie de boîte (11) étant à chaque fois pliés simultanément par un organe de pliage commun, c'est-à-dire l'aiguille de pliage (72) ou l'organe de pliage (73) .
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (26) est enfoncée au moyen d'un coulisseau (64) dans la cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60) et la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) y est pliée par un organe de pliage (71) dans une position en forme de Z, dans laquelle la collerette (26) compense l'au moins une différence de dimension entre le bloc de cigarettes (29) et l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11).
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que conjointement avec les volets pliables (48) de la collerette (26), des volets pliables (52) sont à chaque fois pliés dans la région des parois latérales (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), et en ce que le ou chaque volet pliable (48, 52) est plié par un organe de pliage (79) associé à la cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60), le ou chaque organe de pliage (79) étant disposé de manière pivotante dans la région de la cavité (61) et pouvant être déplacé à l'intérieur de la cavité (61) pour plier au moins un volet pliable (48, 52) .
  9. Dispositif de fabrication de paquets (10) de cigarettes, les paquets (10) présentant une partie de boîte (11) qui est limitée au moins par une paroi avant (15), une paroi arrière (12), des parois latérales (16, 17) et une paroi de fond (14), ces parois étant formées par pliage correspondant d'une pièce découpée (51) constituée de matériau d'emballage, et
    a) au moins un groupe de cigarettes (33) enveloppé dans une pièce découpée intérieure (47) et de préférence de forme parallélépipédique étant disposé en tant que bloc de cigarettes (29) dans la partie de boîte (11), et
    b) les paquets (10) étant prévus pour présenter des dimensions prédéfinies en termes de largeur, de profondeur et de hauteur, et au moins la profondeur de l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11) étant supérieure à la profondeur du bloc de cigarettes (29), de telle sorte que le bloc de cigarettes (29) ne remplisse pas complètement l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11) par rapport à au moins cette dimension, et
    c) une collerette (26) étant disposée dans la partie de boîte (11), laquelle s'applique avec une paroi avant (27) au moins en partie contre la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), et laquelle s'applique avec des parois latérales (28) disposées latéralement à la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) contre des parois latérales correspondantes (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), et
    d) le dispositif étant prévu pour plier la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) le long de deux lignes de pliage (31, 32) qui s'étendent transversalement à un axe longitudinal vertical imaginaire du paquet (10) et les lignes de pliage (31, 32) divisant la paroi avant (27) en trois portions, à savoir une portion supérieure (34), une portion de liaison centrale (35) et une portion inférieure (36), et les trois portions étant pliées autour des lignes de pliage (31, 32) de telle sorte que la portion (34) s'applique du côté intérieur contre la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), tandis que la portion (36) est disposée parallèlement à la portion (34) mais à distance de la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11), et la distance s'obtenant par la dimension correspondante de la portion de liaison (35) de telle sorte que la collerette (26) serve à compenser au moins la différence de profondeur entre le bloc de cigarettes (29) et l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11), et
    e) les pièces découpées (51) pouvant être acheminées avec pliage au moins partiel de celles-ci à une cavité (61) respective d'une tourelle de pliage (60), et un bloc de cigarettes (29) et une collerette (26) pouvant à chaque fois être introduits dans une cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60), et
    f) le dispositif présentant, dans la région de la tourelle de pliage (60), au moins un organe de pliage (72, 73) pour le pliage d'au moins un volet pliable (48) qui est formé dans au moins une paroi latérale (28) de la collerette, contre le bloc de cigarettes (29), à savoir contre une surface latérale du bloc de cigarettes (29) tournée vers la paroi avant (15) de la partie de boîte (11).
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le volet pliable (48) de la collerette (26) sert à fixer la position pliée de la collerette (26) compensant au moins la différence de profondeur, un volet pliable (48) étant prévu pour être formé à chaque fois à cet effet dans les deux parois latérales (28) de la collerette (26), et le dispositif étant prévu pour présenter une aiguille de pliage (72) disposée fixement sur la tourelle de pliage (60) en tant qu'organe de pliage, pour le pliage d'un volet pliable (48) de la collerette (26) situé à l'avant dans la direction de rotation de la tourelle de pliage (60), et le dispositif étant prévu pour présenter un organe de pliage (73) associé à la tourelle de pliage (60) et de préférence rotatif, pour plier un autre volet pliable (48) pendant un arrêt bref de la tourelle de pliage (60).
  11. Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que conjointement avec les volets pliables (48) de la collerette (26), des volets pliables (52) peuvent à chaque fois être pliés dans la région des parois latérales (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), un volet pliable (48) de la collerette (26) et un volet pliable (52) de la partie de boîte (11) étant à chaque fois pliés simultanément par un organe de pliage commun, c'est-à-dire l'aiguille de pliage (72) ou l'organe de pliage (73).
  12. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (26) peut être acheminée au moyen d'un coulisseau (64) à la cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60) et la paroi avant (27) de la collerette (26) peut y être pliée par un organe de pliage (71) dans une position en forme de Z, dans laquelle la collerette (26) compense la différence de profondeur entre le bloc de cigarettes (29) et l'espace interne de la partie de boîte (11).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que conjointement avec les volets pliables (48) de la collerette (26), des volets pliables (52) peuvent à chaque fois être pliés dans la région des parois latérales (16, 17) de la partie de boîte (11), et en ce que le ou chaque volet pliable (48, 52) peut être plié par un organe de pliage (79) associé à la cavité (61) de la tourelle de pliage (60), le ou chaque organe de pliage (79) étant disposé de manière pivotante dans la région de la cavité (61) et pouvant être déplacé à l'intérieur de la cavité (61) pour plier au moins un volet pliable (48, 52).
