Abstract

Dadurch kann eine optisch ansprechende Rückwand mit einfachen Mitteln montiert werden.

Description

Schubkasten
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schubkasten, insbesondere für Möbel, mit einer Rückwand, die zumindest an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils an einer Seitenwand festgelegt ist.
Die WO 2013/159130 A1 offenbart eine Schubladenrückwand, bei der sich ein Blech über die gesamte Breite der Schublade erstreckt. Das Blech wird an
Rückwandhaltern fixiert, die mit den Schubladenseitenwänden in Verbindung stehen. Zudem sind gesonderte Versteifungsvorrichtungen zur Erhöhung der Stabilität des Blechs vorgesehen. Die Montage einer solchen aus vielen Einzelteilen bestehenden Rückwand ist vergleichsweise aufwändig. Zudem kann die Rückwand bei Weglassen einer ausreichenden Anzahl von Versteifungsvorrichtungen instabil sein.
Es ist daher Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, einen Schubkasten zu schaffen, bei dem eine optisch ansprechende Rückwand einfach zu montieren ist.
Diese Aufgabe wird mit einem Schubkasten mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1 gelöst.
Erfindungsgemäß umfasst der Schubkasten eine Rückwand, bei der eine zum Innenraum gewandte metallische Dekorleiste vorgesehen ist, die durch mindestens ein Andruckelement an einer Seitenwand klemmend festgelegt ist. Dadurch entfällt die Notwendigkeit, die metallische Dekorleiste mit Bohrungen, Profilierungen oder anderen Montagehilfen zu versehen, da über das Andruckelement eine klemmende Fixierung der Dekorleiste erreicht wird. Dies verein- facht die Montage und ermöglicht zudem ein optisch ansprechendes Erscheinungsbild, da die metallische Dekorleiste für den Benutzer sichtbar ist, während das Andruckelement auf der nicht sichtbaren Rückseite des Schubkastens angeordnet ist. Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausgestaltung ist die metallische Dekorleiste zwischen dem mindestens einen Andruckelement und einer Stirnseite einer Seitenwand klemmend gehalten. Das Andruckelement kann dabei nur einen Abschnitt der metallischen Dekorleiste fixieren oder an mehreren Stellen Klemmkräfte erzeugen, damit die metallische Dekorleiste sicher zwischen dem An- druckelement und der Seitenwand klemmend fixiert ist. Hierfür kann das mindestens eine Andruckelement an mindestens einer Seitenwand verschraubt sein. Vorzugsweise sind mehrere Schrauben vorgesehen, um das Andruckelement in unterschiedlichen Höhen an einer Seitenwand zu fixieren.
Vorzugsweise ist das Andruckelement als Andruckplatte ausgebildet, die sich mindestens über die gesamte Breite der Dekorleiste erstreckt. Die Andruckplatte kann dann an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils an einer Seitenwand fixiert sein, insbesondere durch eine oder mehrere Schrauben.
Für eine besonders ansprechende Ausgestaltung des Schubkastens ist die metallische Dekorleiste im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet, wobei ein Steg der Dekorleiste das mindestens eine Andruckelement an einer Oberseite überdeckt, so dass dieses für den Benutzer unsichtbar bleibt.
Für eine stabile Ausgestaltung der Rückwand kann eine Andruckplatte eingesetzt werden, die aus einem Holzwerkstoff ausgebildet ist. Dadurch kann die metallische Dekorleiste vergleichsweise dünn ausgebildet werden, da sie über die gesamte Breite der Andruckplatte verstärkt wird.
Die Dekorleiste ist vorzugsweise als extrudiertes Aluminiumprofil ausgebildet, das optional gebürstet, poliert oder eloxiert sein kann. Auch andere Oberflä- chenbeschichtungen können eingesetzt werden. Vorzugsweise umfassen die Seitenwände mindestens ein extrudiertes Aluminiumprofil, an dem mindestens ein Schraubkanal zur Befestigung von Schrauben für das Andruckelement vorgesehen ist. Dadurch kann der Schubkasten besonders hochwertig mit einer Metalloptik hergestellt werden, wobei die Befestigung durch das Andruckelement auf einfache Weise erfolgen kann. Zudem kann der Schubkasten in unterschiedlichen Breiten bereitgestellt werden, da der Monteur lediglich die metallische Dekorleiste in der gewünschten Länge ablängen muss.
Vorzugsweise weißt das Andruckelement Öffnungen auf, mit der der Schubkasten im rückwertigen Bereich mit Auszugsführungen verbunden werden kann. Dadurch entfällt eine aufwändige Bearbeitung der metallischen Dekorleiste.
Gemäß einer ersten Ausgestaltung ist die Andruckplatte breiter ausgebildet als die Dekorleiste, und die Schrauben zur Festlegung der Andruckplatte sind nur in dem die Dekorleiste überragenden Abschnitt vorgesehen. Alternativ kann die Andruckplatte auch genau so breit sein wie die metallische Dekorleiste, wobei dann die Schrauben die Dekorleiste durchgreifen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand von zwei Ausführungsbeispielen mit Bezug auf die beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:

Ein Schubkasten 1 umfasst eine Rückwand 2, sowie eine rechte Seitenwand 3 und eine linke Seitenwand 4. An den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 ist ein Boden 5 gehalten.
Die Rückwand 2 weist auf der zum Innenraum des Schubkastens 1 gewandten Seite eine metallische Dekorleiste 20 auf, die beispielweise aus einem extru- dierten Aluminiumprofil hergestellt ist, das oberflächenveredelt sein kann, beispielsweise durch Bürsten, Polieren, eine Beschichtung oder eine Folierung.
Jede Seitenwand 3 oder 4 umfasst ein äußeres Profil 30 und ein inneres Profil 31 , zwischen denen ein Hohlraum 32 ausgebildet ist. Die Profile 30 und 31 können ebenfalls aus Metall hergestellt sein, insbesondere aus Aluminium, wobei die gleiche Oberfläche wie bei der Dekorleiste 20 zum Einsatz kommen kann. An dem inneren Profil 31 sind integral ausgebildete Schraubkanäle 33 ausgebildet, die in dem Innenraum 32 angeordnet sind.
In Figur 2 ist die Rückwand 2 von hinten gezeigt, wobei die Dekorleiste 20 auf der Rückseite durch ein Andruckelement 21 überdeckt ist, das als Andruckplat- te ausgebildet ist und beispielsweise aus einer Spanplatte aus Holzwerkstoff besteht. Das Andruckelement 21 ist über Schrauben 34 an den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 festgelegt, wobei die Schrauben 34 in die Schraubkanäle 33 des inneren Profils 31 eingedreht sind. An dem Andruckelement 21 sind zwei Öffnungen 25 eingebracht, an denen eine Einrichtung zur Verbindung des Schubkastens mit einer Auszugsführung fixierbar ist, die mit einem Abschnitt jeweils in eine Öffnung 25 eingreift.
In Figur 3 ist ein Schnitt durch die Rückwand 2 gezeigt. Die Rückwand 2 ist aus der metallischen Dekorleiste 20 gebildet, die eine sichtbare Oberfläche zum Innenraum des Schubkastens bildet. Die Dekorleiste 20 ist dabei im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet, wobei ein abgewinkelter Steg 22 eine Oberseite des Andruckelementes 21 überdeckt. Ferner sind auf der von dem Innenraum des Schubkastens 1 abgewandten Seite mehrere leistenförmige Abstandshalter 23 ausgebildet, die an dem Andruckelement 21 anliegen.
Die Dekorleiste 20 ist klemmend an den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 festgelegt, wo- bei das Andruckelement 21 in Form der Andruckplatte durch die Schrauben 34 zu den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 hin vorgespannt ist. Die Dekorleiste 20 ist insofern zwischen dem Andruckelement 21 und einer Stirnseite der Seitenwände 3 und 4 eingeklemmt. In den Figuren 4 und 5 ist der Verbindungsbereich zwischen einer Seitenwand 3 und der Rückwand 2 im Detail dargestellt. Das Andruckelement 21 besitzt dieselbe Breite wie die Dekorleiste 20, so dass die Schrauben 34 sowohl das Andruckelement 21 als auch die Dekorleiste 20 durchgreifen. Ferner ist erkennbar, dass das äußere Profil 30 einen horizontalen Haken 35 aufweist, der mit einem Endabschnitt in einer Aufnahme 36 des inneren Profils 31 aufgenommen ist. Dadurch können die Profile 30 und 31 ineinander geschoben werden, um stabil aneinander gehalten zu sein. Im unteren Bereich weist das äußere Profil 30 einen U-förmigen Abschnitt 37 auf, der mit einem Steg in eine Nut eines Halters 39 eingreift. Ferner ist an dem inneren Profil 31 eine U-förmi- ge Aufnahme 38 zur Aufnahme des Bodens 5 ausgebildet.
In den Figuren 6 und 7 ist eine modifizierte Ausführungsform eines Schubkastens gezeigt, bei dem die Dekorleiste 20 etwas kürzer ausgebildet ist als bei dem vorangegangenen Ausführungsbeispiel, das im Übrigen identisch ist. Das Andruckelement 21 in Form der Andruckplatte überragt somit an gegenüberliegenden Seiten die Dekorleiste 20, wobei in den Darstellungen der Figuren 6 und 7 nur der obere Steg 22' gezeigt ist. Die kürzere Ausbildung der
Dekorleiste 20 hat den Vorteil, dass die Schrauben 34 nicht mehr durch die Dekorleiste 20 durchgeführt werden, sondern nur noch das Andruckelement 21 durchgreifen und dann in den Schraubkanal 33 eingreifen, wobei die
Dekorleiste 20 dennoch zwischen dem Andruckelement 21 und einer Stirnseite der Seitenwand 3 und 4 klemmend festgelegt ist. In Figur 8 ist die Dekorleiste 20 im Detail gezeigt, die im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist und einen vertikalen Abschnitt aufweist, der glattwandig zum Innenraum des Schubkastens 1 ausgebildet ist. Von dem vertikalen Abschnitt erstreckt sich ein horizontaler Steg 22 nach hinten, der das Andruckelement 21 überdeckt. Ferner sind zur Rückseite der Dekorleiste 20 die leistenförmigen Abstandshalter 23 ausgebildet. Die Abstandhalter 23 sind in unterschiedlichen Abständen angeordnet, die die Standardhöhen unterschiedlicher Rückwandhöhen bei Schubkästen abbilden. Dies bietet den Vorteil, dass ein Profil für alle Höhen gefertigt werden kann und der Benutzer das Profil sowohl in der Länge als auch in der Standardhöhe einfach zurechtschneiden kann.
In Figur 9 ist eine modifizierte Dekorleiste 20' gezeigt, die ergänzend zu dem vertikalen Abschnitt und den leistenförmigen Abstandshaltern 23 sowie dem Steg 22' einen unteren Steg 24 aufweist, der auf der zum oberen Steg 22 gegenüberliegenden Seite angeordnet ist. Die Abstandhalter 23 sind in unter- schiedlichen Abständen angeordnet, die die Standardhöhen unterschiedlicher Rückwandhöhen bei Schubkästen abbilden. Dies bietet den Vorteil, dass ein Profil für alle Höhen gefertigt werden kann und der Benutzer das Profil sowohl in der Länge als auch in der Standardhöhe einfach zurechtschneiden kann. Durch den zusätzlichen Steg 24 kann der Verschnitt reduziert werden, da beim zerteilen des Profils zwei Rückwände durch die beiden Stege 22 und 24 entstehen.
In Figur 1 0 ist eine modifizierte Dekorleiste 20" gezeigt, die zwei Stege 22" aufweist. In Figur 1 1 ist die Dekorleiste aus Figur 1 0 mit einem schmalen Andruckelement 21 an einem Schubkasten montiert. Das Andruckelement 21 weist auch hier Öffnungen 25 für die Befestigung des Schubkastens an einer Auszugsführung auf. Für die Montage des Schubkastens 1 kann die Dekorleiste 20 in der gewünschten Länge abgeschnitten werden und muss anschließend nicht mehr bearbeitet werden, da keine Öffnungen, Profilierungen oder andere Montagehilfen notwendig sind, um die Dekorleiste 20 festzulegen. Dies ist vorteilhaft, da der Monteur des Schubkastens 1 meist Holzbearbeitungswerkzeuge einsetzt, die für metallische Dekorleisten 20 schlecht nutzbar sind. Insofern muss nur ein Ablängen der metallischen Dekorleiste 20 erfolgen, um den Schubkasten 1 montieren zu können. Im Übrigen werden die Schrauben 34 in das Andruckelement 21 eingedreht, das aus einem Holzwerkstoff besteht, insbesondere einer Spanplatte. Das Andruckelement 21 verstärkt dabei die metallische
Dekorleiste 20, so dass diese vergleichsweise dünn ausgebildet sein kann.
In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein plattenförmiges Andruckelement 21 gezeigt, das im Wesentlichen dieselbe Breite und Höhe besitzt wie die metallische Dekorleiste 20. Es ist natürlich auch möglich, eine Rückwand 2 vor- zusehen, bei der mehrere Andruckelemente 21 vorgesehen sind, die sich über die gesamte Breite des Schubkastens 1 erstrecken. Ferner kann an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils nur ein streifenförmiges Andruckelement vorgesehen sein, so dass der mittlere Bereich der Rückwand 2 nur durch das metallische Dekorelement 20 gebildet wird.
Die Andruckplatte 21 besteht bevorzugt aus dem Werkstoff Holz oder holzähnlichen Materialien, wobei alle bekannten Plattenformen wie Spanplatte, Sperrholzplatte, MDF-Platte, Leimholz oder ähnliche verwendbar sind. In dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel werden zur Fixierung des Andruckelementes 21 zwei Schrauben 34 eingesetzt, wobei bei höheren Schubkästen auch mehr als zwei Schrauben 34 verwendet werden können. Zudem können statt Schrauben 34 auch andere Befestigungsmittel eingesetzt werden, um die metallische Dekorleiste 20 klemmend zwischen mindestens einem Andruckelement 21 und einer Stirnseite einer Seitenwand 3 oder 4 zu fixieren.

Claims

Ansprüche
1 . Schubkasten (1 ), insbesondere für Möbel, mit einer Rückwand (2), die zumindest an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils an einer Seitenwand (3, 4) festgelegt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückwand (2) eine zum Innenraum gewandte metallische Dekorleiste (20) aufweist, die durch mindestens ein Andruckelement (21 ) an der Seitenwand (3, 4) klemmend festgelegt ist.
2. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallische Dekorleiste (20) zwischen dem mindestens einen Andruckelement (21 ) und einer Stirnseite einer Seitenwand (3, 4) klemmend gehalten ist.
3. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Andruckelement (21 ) mit mindestens einer Seitenwand (3, 4) verschraubt ist.
4. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Andruckelement (21 ) als Andruckplatte ausgebildet ist, die sich mindestens über die gesamte Breite der Dekorleiste (20) erstreckt.
5. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die metallische Dekorleiste (20) im Querschnitt im Wesentlichen L-förmig ausgebildet ist und ein Steg (22) der Dekorleiste (20) das mindestens eine Andruckelement (21 ) an einer Oberseite überdeckt.
6. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Andruckplatte (21 ) aus einem Holzwerkstoff ausgebildet ist.
7. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dekorleiste (20) als extrudiertes Aluminiumprofil ausgebildet ist.
8. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (3, 4) mindestens ein extrudiertes Aluminiumprofil (31 ) umfassen, in dem mindestens ein Schraubkanal (33) zur Befestigung von Schrauben (34) für das Andruckelement (21 ) vorgesehen ist.
9. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass die Andruckplatte (21 ) breiter als die Dekorleiste (20) ausgebildet ist und Schrauben (34) zur Festlegung der Andruckplatte (21 ) nur in dem die Dekorleiste (20) überragenden Abschnitt vorgesehen sind.
10. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass der Schubkasten (1 ) einen Boden (5) aufweist und die Dekorleiste (20) und/oder die Andruckplatte (21 ) an einem Boden (5) des Schubkastens anliegen.
1 1 . Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch ge- kennzeichnet, dass die Andruckplatte (21 ) an gegenüberliegenden Seiten jeweils an einer Seitenwand (3, 4) verschraubt ist.
12. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Andruckplatte (21 ) zwei Öffnungen (25) ein- gebracht sind, an denen eine Einrichtung zur Verbindung des Schubkastens mit einer Auszugsführung fixierbar ist.
13. Schubkasten nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (3,4) als doppelwandige Seitenwand ausgeführt ist und die Seitenwand (3,4) eine Innenwand (31 ) und eine davon beabstandete Außenwand (3) aufweist.
14. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Dekorleiste (20) breiter ist, als der innere Abstand der Innenwände (31 ) der beiden Seitenzargen (3,4), die mit der Rückwand (2) verbunden ist.
15. Schubkasten nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Dekorleiste (20) schmaler ist, als der äußere Abstand der Innenwände der beiden Seitenzargen (3,4) die mit der Rückwand (2) verbunden ist.
