Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a window according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the aforementioned windows generally have a rotating device and / or a tilting device. They are then referred to as turn windows, tilt windows or turn-tilt windows. Particularly large windows, in particular turn-tilt windows, are also used as balcony doors, for example.
  • the pamphlet DE 198 21 649 A1 relates to a device for ventilating rooms, preferably kitchens, on a tilt and turn sash window.
  • the kitchen fumes and smells reach the area of the tilt and turn sash via an extractor hood and a fan by means of a duct system.
  • an exhaust air pipe is connected to the duct system at the upper edge area of the casement on the window lintel.
  • This exhaust air pipe has an opening at the level of the window frame, on which a pivotable air control part is provided in the direction of the tilting gap of the sash.
  • the soundproofing could easily be accomplished by a non-openable soundproof window with appropriate soundproofing properties. However, this prevents acoustic contact with the outside world, which in turn is necessary for the comfort of the user. There is also no ventilation through the window.
  • the user should be able to open a window in the classic sense by tilting and / or rotating it in order to ventilate and to perceive a little more of the environment. Nevertheless, high sound insulation values should be achieved.
  • the object is achieved by a window with the characterizing features of claim 1, in particular in that the window frame is equipped with at least one ventilation duct which has a first ventilation duct opening and a second ventilation duct opening, the window frame at least in sections, preferably completely, with a seal is equipped, wherein the casement is equipped with a closure means which is set up in the first position to at least one, preferably to close both ventilation duct openings, the casement being set up in the second position to expose the ventilation duct openings and to rest against the seal.
  • the gap between the sash frame and the window frame that occurs when the sash is opened by tilting or turning is closed by means of a seal and an effective reduction in sound transmission, in particular insulation of the incoming noise, is made possible.
  • a diversion takes place via a ventilation duct embedded in the frame, which is preferably lined with sound-absorbing material.
  • the ventilation duct is designed in such a way that it is only exposed when the window is tilted or turned and does not allow sound transmission or ventilation when the window is closed.
  • the user does not have to forego contact with the outside world, such as ventilation, and is also protected from excessive noise emissions.
  • the window frame comprises several, preferably four, window frame elements which are combined to form a rectangular window frame, the casement comprising several, preferably four, casement elements which are combined to form a rectangular casement.
  • the individual elements can be equipped with the respective components such as locking means, seals and ventilation ducts.
  • the window has a tilting device set up for tilting the casement in the window frame with a tilt axis around which the casement frame between the first position and the second position can be tilted, wherein the sash has a sash element which is arranged on the opposite side of the tilt axis of the sash, wherein the sash element is equipped with the closure means, wherein the window frame is a window frame element parallel and closest to the wing frame element with the seal and the ventilation duct.
  • the window has a rotating device set up to rotate the casement in the window frame with an axis of rotation around which the casement frame between the first position and the second position can be rotated, the casement having a casement element which is arranged on the side of the casement opposite from the axis of rotation, the casement element being equipped with the closure means, the casement having a casement element parallel to and closest to the casement element with the Has seal and the ventilation duct.
  • the seal of the frame element facing the sash element is a seal arranged in the window rebate, in particular a central seal, which can be formed in one piece or in several pieces.
  • a seal is advantageously suitable for resting on a casement in a second position.
  • the first ventilation duct opening and the second ventilation duct opening are open in the window rebate.
  • the ventilation duct openings are generally not visible, so that the window does not visually differ from a window according to the prior art when viewed in a conventional manner.
  • the path between the first position and the second position of the sash relative to the frame, measured over the track section covered by the top or side edge of the sash when tilting or rotating 40 to 50 mm, preferably 45 mm.
  • the seal is arranged between the first ventilation duct opening and the second ventilation duct opening.
  • the seal is arranged between the first ventilation duct opening and the second ventilation duct opening.
  • the ventilation duct is equipped, in particular glued, with synthetic rubber (EPDM) at least in sections. This measure can prevent the formation of condensation in this area.
  • EPDM synthetic rubber
  • the ventilation duct is formed at least in sections by an acoustic absorber element arrangement. This measure can contribute to an additional reduction in sound transmission, in particular additional sound insulation can be carried out.
  • orientation of the component is meant, in particular, in the interior of a building or in the direction outside the building, i.e. to the ambient air.
  • a window according to the invention essentially comprises a frame 1, a sash frame 2 with a surface element 22, for example an insulating glass pane, and preferably a tilting device or a rotating device or a tilting-rotating device.
  • the casement 2 can be optionally tilted and / or rotated in the frame 1.
  • the sash frame 2 can be compared to the frame 1 via the tilting device or the Rotary device or tilt-turn device can be tilted or rotated between a closed and an open state.
  • the tilt axis 3 runs horizontally, as a rule, the axis of rotation accordingly vertically.
  • the opening of the window by means of the rotating device is, however, significantly larger than the opening of the window with the tilting device. Neither the tilting device nor the turning device or the tilting-turning device as such are explicitly shown in the figures. However, the person skilled in the art is sufficiently familiar with the individual devices so that they do not have to be discussed in more detail at this point.
  • the frame 1 generally comprises four frame elements which are joined together to form a rectangular frame.
  • Each frame element as such generally comprises a first profile 111, a second profile 112 and one or more insulating webs 113 connecting the profiles.
  • the frame is usually inserted into an opening in masonry.
  • the first profile 111 can be addressed as an outer profile and the second profile 112 as an inner profile due to the intended orientation of the window.
  • the casement usually also comprises four casement elements which are joined together to form a rectangular frame.
  • Each sash element as such generally comprises a first profile 211, a second profile 212 and one or more insulating webs 213 connecting the profiles.
  • the first profile 211 can be addressed as an outer profile and the second profile 212 as an inner profile due to the intended orientation of the window.
  • the profiles are usually made of aluminum, whereas the insulating bars are usually made of plastic. But other suitable materials, such as wood, are also conceivable.
  • the casement 2 is accommodated in the frame 1 in a tiltable manner via the tilting device.
  • the tilt axis 3 runs parallel to the lower horizontal frame or sash element of the window.
  • the upper horizontal sash element 21 represents that sash element which is arranged on the side of the sash 2 opposite from the tilt axis 3.
  • the upper horizontal frame element represents the frame element 11 that is parallel to and closest to the sash element 21.
  • the sash frame 2 With the tilting device set up in the frame 1 for tilting the sash frame 2, the sash frame 2 can be tilted about the tilting axis 3 between a first position and a second position.
  • the first position should correspond to the closed window.
  • the window frame 1, in particular the window frame element 11, is equipped with at least one ventilation duct 12, which has a first ventilation duct opening 121 and a second ventilation duct opening 122
  • the window frame 1, in particular the window frame element 11, with one of the casement 2, in particular the sash element 21, facing seal 114 is equipped, wherein the sash 2, in particular the sash element 21, is equipped with a closure means 214, which in the first position is set up to close at least one, preferably both, ventilation duct openings 121, 122, wherein the sash frame 2, in particular the sash frame element 21, is set up in the second position to release or open the ventilation duct openings 121, 122 and to rest against the seal 114.
  • the closure means 214 can be configured differently. It can be formed, for example, by the insulating web 213 of the sash element 21, a stop seal 4 and / or also in interaction with the seal 114 or parts of the seal 114. Ultimately, it is a matter of preventing ventilation through the ventilation duct with the window closed, i.e. the casement in its first position, and releasing it in the second position.
  • the window When the window is closed, which corresponds to the first position of the casement 2, the sound insulation is essentially ensured as with a window that cannot be opened, but there is no ventilation. If the sash frame 2 is tilted into the second position, the closure means 214 exposes the ventilation duct openings 121, 122, but the seal 114 of the upper horizontal frame element 11 rests directly or indirectly on the upper horizontal sash frame element 21, so that ultimately there is no gap between the top one horizontal frame element 11 and the uppermost horizontal sash element 21 is created, through which air, as in a conventional window which is tilted, can be exchanged.
  • this gap is closed by the seal 114, so that sound insulation takes place, but ventilation can also take place via the ventilation duct 12.
  • the ventilation duct 12 acts, so to speak, like a bypass past the gap closed by the seal 114.
  • the seal 114 is arranged between the first ventilation duct opening 121 and the second ventilation duct opening 122.
  • the first ventilation duct opening 121 is provided on the side facing the outside in the window rebate of the window frame 1 or the window frame element 11, while the second ventilation duct opening 122 is arranged on the side of the window rebate of the window frame 1 or the window frame element 11 facing the inside .
  • the opened tilt position corresponds to the second (tilt) position of the casement in which the ventilation duct openings 121, 122 are released and the casement rests against the seal 114 at least in sections.
  • This does not necessarily have to be the case.
  • the tilt angle i.e. the angle that the sash frame 2 assumes in the second position, is designed to be smaller than in a conventional tilt window or that there is a further open tilt position in which the tilt angle is even greater than in the second Position is configured, but the seal 114 no longer rests on the sash, in particular the upper sash element.
  • This can be implemented, for example, by a switchable limiter (not shown) in the tilting mechanism.
  • the casement can only be tilted into the second position.
  • the ventilation takes place via the ventilation duct 12. If the limiter is deactivated, the casement can be tilted further into the open position.
  • the window according to the invention ventilates like a conventional window.
  • a section of the sash element 21 should preferably remain under the window frame element 11 so that the seal 114 can rest on the sash frame 2.
  • a preferred distance between the sash element and the frame element is 40 to 50 mm, in particular 45 mm. The distance is with the dimension S in the Fig. 2 drawn. It could also be said that the track section S, which is to be covered by the upper edge of the sash when tilting between the first and the second position, should be a maximum of 40 to 50 mm, preferably 45 mm. This could be achieved by the delimiter already outlined above.
  • the ventilation principle outlined above for a tilt window can also be applied to a turn window and, accordingly, of course to a turn-tilt window transfer.
  • An application in a window with a parallel parking device for the casement is also conceivable.
  • the window has the rotating device set up to rotate the sash frame 2 in the frame 1 with a rotation axis 3a around which the sash frame can be rotated between the first position and the second position, the sash frame 2 being a sash frame element 21a, which is arranged on the side of the casement 2 opposite from the axis of rotation 3a, the casing frame 1 having a casing element 11a with the seal 114 that is parallel and closest to the casement element 21a.
  • the sash can be rotated from the first position, which corresponds to the closed window, to a second position in which the ventilation duct openings 121, 122 are exposed and the sash, at least in sections, preferably the sash element 21a, rests against the seal 114.
  • a switchable limiter is provided in the rotating device, with which the angle of rotation can optionally be limited to the path between the first position and the second position, in particular to the aforementioned dimension S.
  • ventilation takes place accordingly via the ventilation duct 12.
  • the limiter deactivated the window sash can be pivoted further, as is known from a conventional window.
  • the seal 114 no longer rests on the casement frame 2.
  • the ventilation takes place quite normally, but of course no longer soundproofed, through the open window.
  • the ventilation duct 12 as such does not necessarily have to be designed as a continuous, sheathed pipe. Rather, a number of openings in the frame element 11, in particular in the insulating webs 113 and profiles 111, 112, can form the ventilation duct 12.
  • first and second ventilation duct openings 121, 122 distributed over the length of the window frame 1 or the window frame element 11 or 11a are provided, which ultimately can all be closed or released together by the closing means (s) .
  • Seal 114 is preferably on the first
  • Frame element 11 or 11a attached and preferably extends over the entire length of the frame element 11 or 11a. It can also be provided that the seal 114 is attached to the entire window frame 1, that is to say to all four window frame elements, or only to individual ones or one. Ultimately, a seal 114 is useful where, in a second position of the sash 2, an otherwise forming gap can be closed.
  • the seal 114 is preferably a very expandable seal made of an elastic material, preferably a hollow chamber seal.
  • the ventilation duct 12 at least in sections, preferably the outwardly directed side of the ventilation duct 12, with a means 5 for preventing or reducing condensation, such as synthetic rubber (EPDM - ethylene propylene diene rubber ), is pasted. This measure can reduce or avoid the formation of condensation in this area.
  • a means 5 for preventing or reducing condensation such as synthetic rubber (EPDM - ethylene propylene diene rubber ), is pasted. This measure can reduce or avoid the formation of condensation in this area.
  • the ventilation duct is formed at least in sections by an acoustic absorber element arrangement comprising one or more acoustic absorber elements.
  • a possible material for the acoustic absorber element arrangement is, for example, mineral fiber. In this way, it can be avoided or at least reduced that sound is transmitted via the ventilation duct when the window is tilted or rotated.
  • the ventilation duct can also have different cross-sections and / or deflections in the direction of flow.
  • the ventilation duct openings 121, 122 are usually provided in the window rebate. However, other locations are also conceivable, although it should be ensured that these are closed in a first position of the sash frame 2 and are open in a second position of the sash frame 2.
  • seal 114 and ventilation duct 12 can in principle also be configured vice versa or even crosswise, i.e. the seal 114 and the ventilation duct 12 on or in the sash frame 2 or the seal 114 on the sash frame 2 or the window frame 1 or the ventilation duct 12 in the casement 2 or the frame 1.
  • the ventilation duct 12 has different cross-sections in the direction of flow. This measure, too, can help reduce sound transmission.
