Claims (12)
- Languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) pour une coulisse (104), la languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) présentant un tronçon de fermeture (122) pour fermer une ouverture de crochet, un tronçon de liaison (124) pour la liaison avec un corps de coulisse (110) et un tronçon de guidage (126) pour le guidage sur un corps d'aiguille (102), la languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (I) de la languette, dans une direction transversale (b) de la languette et dans une direction de la longueur (h) de la languette, caractérisée en ce que le languette de coulisse (112, 1 14, 300) présente au moins une moulure (140, 146, 200, 302) en forme de goulotte avec une face intérieure (142, 202) concave de la moulure et une face extérieure (144, 204) convexe de la moulure et peut être empilée, dans laquelle un bourrelet convexe de la moulure, bombé vers l'extérieur, est formé de telle sorte qu'il s'adapte complètement dans une courbure concave de la moulure, bombée vers l'intérieur, de sorte qu'une face extérieure (144, 204) convexe de la moulure puisse être reçue par une face intérieure (142, 202) concave de la moulure.

- Languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la face intérieure (142) de la moulure présente un contour de section transversale en forme d'arc avec un rayon plus petit et la face extérieure (144) de la moulure présente un contour de section transversale en forme d'arc avec un rayon plus grand.
- Languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au niveau de ladite au moins une moulure (140, 146, 302), la languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) présente une épaisseur de matériau réduite, au moins par tronçon, dans la direction transversale (b) de la languette.
- Coulisse (104) pour une aiguille de coulisse (100), la coulisse (104) présentant un corps de coulisse (110), la coulisse (104) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (I) de la coulisse, dans une direction transversale (b) de la coulisse et dans une direction de la hauteur (h) de la coulisse, caractérisé en ce que la coulisse (104) comporte une première languette de coulisse (112) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes et une deuxième languette de coulisse (114) selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Coulisse (104) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la première languette de coulisse (112) et la deuxième languette de coulisse (114) sont réalisées de manière au moins approximativement symétrique l'une par rapport à l'autre.
- Aiguille à coulisse (100) pour une machine textile formant des mailles, l'aiguille à coulisse (100) présentant un corps d'aiguille (102) avec un crochet (106) et un canal de coulisse (108), le crochet (106) présentant une ouverture de crochet (108), l'aiguille de coulisse (100) s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (I) de l'aiguille, dans une direction transversale (b) de l'aiguille (b) et dans une direction de hauteur (h) de l'aiguille, caractérisée en ce que l'aiguille à coulisse (100) présente un coulisse (104) selon au moins l'une des revendications 6 à 7, et la coulisse (104) peut être déplacée par rapport au corps d'aiguille (102) pour ouvrir et/ou fermer l'ouverture de crochet dans la direction longitudinale (I) de'laiguille.
- Agencement de guidage pour une machine textile formant des mailles, l'agencement de guidage présentant au moins un canal d'aiguille pour une aiguille à coulisse (100), ledit au moins un canal d'aiguille s'étendant dans une direction longitudinale (I) du canal, dans une direction transversale (b) du canal et dans une direction de hauteur (h) du canal, caractérisé en ce que l'agencement de guidage présente au moins une aiguille à coulisse (100) selon la revendication 8, et ladite moins une aiguille à coulisse (100) est guidée dans ledit au moins un canal d'aiguille dans la direction longitudinale (I) du canal.
- Agencement de guidage selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un canal d'aiguille présente une face supérieure ouverte dans la direction de hauteur (h) du canal, et les moulures (140, 146, 200, 302) de ladite au moins une aiguille à coulisse (100) sont agencées en dessous de la face supérieure dans ledit au moins un canal d'aiguille.
- Agencement de guidage selon au moins l'une des revendications 9 à 10, caractérisé en ce que ladite au moins une aiguille à coulisse (100), avec les moulures (140, 146, 200, 302) de ses languettes à coulisse (112, 114, 300), est guidée avec jeu dans ledit au moins un canal d'aiguille en direction transversale (b) du canal, lorsque l'ouverture du crochet est ouverte, et prend appui avec les moulures (140, 146, 200, 302) en direction transversale (b) du canal lorsque l'ouverture du crochet est fermée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'au moins une languette de coulisse (112, 114, 300) selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs languettes de coulisse (112, 114, 300) sont empilées de telle sorte qu'une face extérieure (144) convexe de la moulure est respectivement reçue par une face intérieure (142) concave de la moulure, un bourrelet convexe, bombé vers l'extérieur, d'une moulure, est entièrement reçu dans une courbure concave, bombée vers l'intérieur, d'une moulure.
