Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sortimentbox zum Aufnehmen von Kleinteilen mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden, wobei die Sortimentbox Formmerkmale zur rutschfesten Anordnung in Transport-und Lagerungseinheiten, insbesondere Koffern, Regalen, Werkstattwagen, aufweist, wobei im Bereich wenigstens einer Außenfläche der Seitenwände eine Haltevorrichtung zum werkzeuglosen Befestigen der Sortimentbox an einer Halteleiste vorgesehen ist.

Description

Sortimentbox und Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Sortimentbox und einer Halteleiste
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sortimentbox zum Aufnehmen von Kleinteilen mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden, wobei die Sortimentbox Formmerkmale zur rutschfesten Anordnung in Transport- und Lagerungseinheiten, insbesondere Koffern, Regalen, Werkstattwagen, aufweist. Die Erfindung betrifft auch eine Anordnung mit wenigstens einer erfindungsgemäßen Sortimentbox und einer Halteleiste.
Mit der Erfindung soll eine Sortimentbox hinsichtlich ihrer flexiblen Einsetzbarkeit verbessert werden.
Erfindungsgemäß ist hierzu eine Sortimentbox mit den Merkmalen von Anspruch 1 vorgesehen. Erfindungsgemäß ist also eine Sortimentbox zum Aufnehmen von Kleinteilen mit einem Boden und vier Seitenwänden vorgesehen, wobei die Sortimentbox Formmerkmale zur rutschfesten Anordnung in Transport- und Lagerungseinheiten, insbesondere Koffern, Regalen, Werkstattwagen, aufweist, bei der im Bereich wenigstens einer Außenfläche der Seitenwände eine Haltevorrichtung zum werkzeuglosen Befestigen der Sortimentbox an einer Halteleiste vorgesehen ist und bei der eine Innenseite wenigstens einer der Seitenwände wenigstens in ihrem oberen, an eine Öffnung der Sortimentbox angrenzenden Bereich einen Winkel von mehr als 90° und weniger als 1 10°, insbesondere 100°, mit dem Boden einschließt.
Die erfindungsgemäße Sortimentbox kann dadurch nicht nur in einer Transport- und Lagerungseinheit angeordnet werden, sondern sie kann auch an einer Halteleiste befestigt werden. Bekannte Sortimentboxen können beispielsweise aus einer Transportbox entnommen werden und dann auf einer Werkbank abgestellt werden. Dort sind die Sortimentboxen dann aber oft im Weg, da die Werkbank ja an und für sich für das Ablegen und Bearbeiten eines Werkstücks benötigt wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Sortimentbox kann in eine Halteleiste eingehängt werden. Beispielsweise kann die Halteleiste an einer Wand hinter einer Werkbank befestigt werden. Ein Werker kann dann die Sortimentbox aus der Transport- und Lagerungseinheit entnehmen und in die Halteleiste einhängen. Die Werkbank selbst bleibt dadurch für das zu bearbeitende Werkstück frei und die Sortimentbox kann an der Halteleiste in idealer Griffhöhe befestigt werden. Beispielsweise ist auch die Befestigung einer Halteleiste an einem Werkstattwagen möglich. Der Werker kann dann eine benötigte Sortimentbox, beispielsweise mit den gerade benötigten Schrauben, aus dem Werkstattwagen entnehmen und in die Halteleiste an einer Seite des Werkstattwagens einhängen. Die Sortimentbox ist dadurch sehr gut zugänglich und sicher angeordnet. Gleichzeitig belegt die Sortimentbox dann nicht den ohnehin knappen Platz auf der Oberseite des Werkstattwagens. In ähnlicher Weise sind Anwendungen in mobilen Werkstätten, beispielsweise in Kraftfahrzeugen, möglich.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Haltevorrichtung hakenförmig ausgebildet.
Mittels einer hakenförmigen Haltevorrichtung kann die Sortimentbox in einfacher Weise in eine Halteleiste eingehängt werden.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Haltevorrichtung im Bereich der Oberkante wenigstens einer der Seitenwände, die die Öffnung der Sortimentbox abschnittsweise begrenzt, angeordnet.
Auf diese Weise kann die Sortimentbox sicher mit der Haltevorrichtung befestigt werden, da der Schwerpunkt der Sortimentbox dann unterhalb der Haltevorrichtung liegt.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung erstreckt sich die Haltevorrichtung über die gesamte Breite einer der Seitenwände.
Auf diese Weise kann eine stabile Haltevorrichtung geschaffen werden, insbesondere auch dann, wenn die Sortimentbox aus Kunststoffspritzguss besteht.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Haltevorrichtung als im Querschnitt hakenförmiger Vorsprung ausgebildet, wobei der Vorsprung von einer Oberkante einer Seitenwand der Sortimentbox ausgeht.
Die Sortimentbox kann dadurch in sehr einfacher Weise in die Halteleiste eingehängt werden, auch dann, wenn der Werker die Haltevorrichtung selbst nicht sehen kann. Denn er kann dann die Sortimentbox mit der Seitenwand an die Halteleiste anlegen und dann die Sortimentbox relativ zur Halteleiste nach unten bewegen, bis der hakenförmige Vorsprung in die Halteleiste eingreift. Die Außenseite der Seitenwand mit der Haltevorrichtung ist hierzu glatt und ohne Vorsprünge ausgebildet.
Indem die Innenseite wenigstens einer der Seitenwände einen Winkel von mehr als 90° und weniger als 1 10° mit dem Boden einschließt, ist nicht nur ein einfaches Eingreifen in die Sortimentbox ermöglicht, beispielsweise um Kleinteile herauszuholen, sondern an dem schräg zum Boden angeordneten Abschnitt der Seitenwand kann beispielsweise eine Beschriftung oder ein Etikett angeordnet werden. Da die Beschriftung bzw. das Etikett dann bereits zu einem Betrachter hin geneigt sind, ist deren Lesbarkeit erheblich verbessert. Bevorzugt wird die Seitenwand mit der Haltevorrichtung auf ihrer Innenseite abgeschrägt, schließt dann also in ihrem oberen Bereich einen Winkel von mehr als 90° und weniger als 1 10° mit dem Boden ein. Die verbesserte Lesbarkeit eines Etiketts oder einer Beschriftung auf dem abgeschrägten Abschnitt der Seitenwand ist sowohl bei Anordnung der Sortimentbox in einem Koffer, insbesondere bei Blickrichtung von oben auf die Sortimentbox als auch bei Anordnung der Sortimentbox an einer Halteleiste, insbesondere bei etwa horizontaler Blickrichtung auf die Sortimentbox, gegeben.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung sind die Formmerkmale als von einer dem Innenraum der Sortimentbox abgewandten Unterseite eines Bodens ausgehende Vorsprünge ausgebildet.
Mittels solcher Vorsprünge am Boden der Sortimentbox kann eine sichere Arretierung der Sortimentbox in einer Transport- und Lagereinrichtung erfolgen. Die zum Innenraum der Sortimentbox gerichtete Innenseite des Bodens ist dahingegen vorteilhafterweise glatt ausgebildet, um eine einfache Entnahme von Kleinteilen zu ermöglichen.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weisen zwei einem Innenraum der Sortimentbox zugewandte und einander gegenüberliegende Innenseiten jeweils eine Nut zum Einschieben einer Teilerplatte auf.
Auf diese Weise kann eine Teilerplatte sicher verankert werden, beispielsweise dann, wenn sehr kleine Teile aufbewahrt werden sollen, die die vollständige Sortimentbox nur unzureichend füllen würden. Indem in den gegenüberliegenden Innenseiten Nuten vorgesehen sind, stören dann, wenn keine Teilerplatte vorhanden ist, keine Vorsprünge oder Führungen an der Seitenwand die Entnahme von Kleinteilen aus der Sortimentbox.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weisen die Nuten und die Seitenkanten der Teilerplatte einen schwalbenschwanzartigen Querschnitt auf.
Auf diese Weise lässt sich eine passgenaue und sichere Verankerung der Teilerplatte erzielen.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist an der Oberkante wenigstens einer der Seitenwände eine parallel zu der Oberkante verlaufende Nut vorgesehen, wobei die Nut zum Befestigen eines Deckels an der Sortimentbox vorgesehen ist. Beispielsweise kann eine Halteleiste eines Deckels in die Nut eingeklipst oder eingedrückt werden, um einen schwenkbaren Deckel in besonders einfacher Weise an der Sortimentbox zu verankern. Die Deckelplatte selbst kann dann beispielsweise mittels eines Filmscharniers an der Halteleiste befestigt sein.
Die Nut zum Befestigen eines Deckels ist vorteilhafterweise wie die Öffnung des Innenraums der Sortimentbox nach oben hin offen.
Auf diese Weise kann ein Deckel in sehr einfacher Weise eingesetzt werden.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Nut an der Oberkante derjenigen Seitenwand mit der Haltevorrichtung vorgesehen.
Die Haltevorrichtung benötigt ohnehin Raum an der Oberkante wenigstens einer der Seitenwände. Die Anordnung der Nut zum Befestigen eines Deckels kann dann in diesem Bereich untergebracht werden, ohne zusätzlichen Raum zu beanspruchen. Vorteilhafterweise bildet die Nut einen Abschnitt der Haltevorrichtung.
Das der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Problem wird auch durch eine Anordnung mit wenigstens einer erfindungsgemäßen Sortimentbox und mindestens einer Halteleiste gelöst, bei der die Halteleiste eine zu der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox passende erste Haltevorrichtung aufweist.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung weist die Halteleiste eine zweite, zu der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox passende zweite Haltevorrichtung auf, wobei die Sortimentbox und die Halteleiste beim Eingriff der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox in die erste Haltevorrichtung in einem ersten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind und beim Eingriff der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox in die zweite Haltevorrichtung in einem zweiten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind, der von dem ersten Winkel verschieden ist.
Auf diese Weise kann die Sortimentbox an der Halteleiste in zwei unterschiedlichen Positionen bzw. Winkelausrichtungen angeordnet werden. Auf diese Weise kann die Anordnung der Sortimentbox an der Halteleiste auf eine aktuelle Arbeitssituation oder eine Größe eines Werkers eingestellt werden. Kniet der Werker beispielsweise vor einem auf dem Boden liegenden Werkstück, so wird er die Sortimentbox so an der Halteleiste an einem Werkstattwagen anordnen, dass er aus einer tieferen Position einfach in die Sortimentbox greifen kann. Bearbeitet der Werker dahingegen ein Werkstück auf einer Oberseite des Werkstattwagens, wird er die Sorti- mentbox so in die Halteleiste einhängen, dass er in einer stehenden Position einen optimalen Eingriff in die Sortimentbox hat. Alternativ können zwei Halteleisten am Werkstattwagen angeordnet werden.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die erste Haltevorrichtung als in Längsrichtung der Halteleiste durchgehende erste Nut ausgebildet.
Die Ausbildung einer Haltevorrichtung an der Halteleiste als Nut ist in einfacher und formschöner Weise zu bewerkstelligen. In eine Nut kann eine passend ausgebildete Haltevorrichtung an der Sortimentbox darüber hinaus in einfacher Weise eingehängt und dennoch sicher in der Nut befestigt werden.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die zweite Haltevorrichtung als in Längsrichtung der Halteleiste durchgehende zweite Nut ausgebildet, wobei im Querschnitt der Halteleiste gesehen die zweite Nut in einem Winkel von mehr als 0° zur ersten Nut angeordnet ist.
Die beiden Nuten sind somit in einem unterschiedlichen Winkel zu einer Rückseite der Halteleiste angeordnet, so dass dadurch auf sehr einfache Weise sichergestellt werden kann, dass die Sortimentbox je nachdem, ob sie in die erste Nut oder die zweite Nut eingehängt wird, in einem unterschiedlichen Winkel zur Halteleiste angeordnet ist. Im Querschnitt gesehen sind die Nuten somit nicht parallel zueinander. Die Nuten können quer zur Längsrichtung unterschiedlich breit sein, um auch dadurch die Sortimentbox in unterschiedlichen Winkeln einhängen zu können.
In Weiterbildung der Erfindung ist die Halteleiste als Strangziehprofil oder Strangpressprofil, insbesondere Aluminiumstrangpressprofil, ausgebildet.
Strangziehprofile oder Strangpressprofile lassen sich kostengünstig mit sehr präzisen Abmessungen herstellen, beispielsweise als Aluminiumstrangpressprofil.
Weitere Merkmale und Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Ansprüchen und der folgenden Beschreibung bevorzugter Ausführungsformen der Erfindung im Zusammenhang mit den Zeichnungen. Einzelmerkmale der unterschiedlichen, in den Zeichnungen dargestellten und in der Beschreibung beschriebenen Ausführungsformen lassen sich dabei in beliebiger Weise miteinander kombinieren, ohne den Rahmen der Erfindung zu überschreiten. In den Zeichnungen zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Ansicht auf eine erfindungsgemäße Sortimentbox in einem Transportkoffer von schräg oben,
Fig. 2 eine Ansicht der Sortimentbox der Fig. 1 mit herausgezogener Teilerplatte,

Die Darstellung der Fig. 1 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Sortimentbox 10, die in dem Unterteil 12 eines Transportkoffers angeordnet ist. Der Boden des Transportkoffers ist mit rasterartig angeordneten Vorsprüngen 14 versehen, in die Vorsprünge auf der Unterseite des Bodens der Sortimentbox 10 eingreifen. Diese Vorsprünge auf der Unterseite des Bodens der Sortimentbox 10 sind in Fig. 4 zu erkennen. Die Sortimentbox 10 kann in unterschiedlichen Positionen auf dem Boden des Transportkoffers angeordnet werden und das Zusammenspiel der Vorsprünge auf der Unterseite des Bodens der Sortimentbox 10 mit den Vorsprüngen 14 sorgt dann dafür, dass die Sortimentbox 10 auf dem Boden des Transportkoffers nicht hin und her rutschen kann. In dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Unterteil 12 des Transportkoffers können insgesamt acht Sortimentboxen 10 angeordnet werden. Die Sortimentboxen 10 können beispielsweise auch in unterschiedlichen Größen hergestellt werden, beispielsweise schmäler, breiter, kürzer oder länger als die dargestellte Sortimentbox 10, so dass Kleinteile unterschiedlichster Größe in solchen Sortimentboxen angeordnet werden können. Das Unterteil 12 des Transportkoffers ist lediglich beispielhaft dargestellt, entsprechende Vorsprünge 14 können beispielsweise auch auf den Fachböden von Regalen, auf den Schubladenböden von Werkstattwagen oder dergleichen angeordnet sein, um jeweils Sortimentboxen 10 rutschsicher anzuordnen.
Bereits in der Darstellung der Fig. 1 ist zu erkennen, dass ein Innenraum der Sortimentbox 10 mittels einer Teilerplatte 16 unterteilt ist. Die Teilerplatte 16 erstreckt sich dabei von einem Boden der Sortimentbox 10 bis zu einer Höhe etwas unterhalb des oberen Rands der Sortimentbox 10. Ebenfalls bereits in der Darstellung der Fig. 1 zu erkennen ist eine hakenförmige Haltevorrichtung 18 an der Sortimentbox 10. Diese hakenförmige Haltevorrichtung 18 geht von einer in Fig. 1 rechts oben liegenden Seitenwand der Sortimentbox 10 aus. Die Haltevorrichtung 18 dient dazu, die Sortimentbox 10 in eine Halteleiste einhängen zu können, wie sie in Fig. 6 dargestellt ist.
Ein oberer Abschnitt 20 der in Fig. 1 rechts oben angeordneten Seitenwand der Sortimentbox 10 ist schräg zum Boden der Sortimentbox angeordnet. Dieser Abschnitt 20 ist dafür vorgesehen, eine Beschriftung aufzunehmen, die dadurch von einem Betrachter, der von schräg oben in die Sortimentbox hineinschaut, gut zu erkennen ist. Der schräg angeordnete Abschnitt 20 erleichtert auch das Eingreifen in den Innenraum der Sortimentbox 10.
Die Darstellung der Fig. 2 zeigt die Sortimentbox 10 mit herausgezogener Teilerplatte 16. Die Teilerplatte 16 wird in Nuten 22 eingesetzt, die in gegenüberliegenden Seitenwänden der Sortimentbox 10 angeordnet sind. Die Nuten 22 haben jeweils einen schwalbenschwanzartigen Querschnitt und die Teilerplatte 16 hat an ihren beiden Seitenkanten jeweils passende, schwalbenschwanzartige Vorsprünge 24. Die Vorsprünge 24 gehen dabei nicht bis zur Unterkante der Teilerplatte 16 durch. Im unteren Bereich der Seitenkanten läuft die Teilerplatte 16 eben an den Seitenkanten aus. Die beiden unteren Ecken 26 der Teilerplatte 16 sind eckig ausgespart. Dies deshalb, da die Nuten 22 ein Stück weit oberhalb eines Bodens 28 der Sortimentbox 10 enden. Die Teilerplatte 16 kann dadurch mit ihrer Unterkante auf den Boden 28 der Sortimentbox 10 aufgesetzt werden. Der Boden 28 selbst ist jedoch glatt und ohne Nut für die Teilerplatte ausgebildet. Wenn keine Teilerplatte 16 in der Sortimentbox 10 angeordnet ist, steht dadurch ein glatter Boden zur Verfügung und in der Sortimentbox 10 gelagerte Kleinteile können sich nicht am Boden verhängen oder verhaken.
In der Ansicht der Fig. 2 bereits abschnittsweise zu erkennen sind Vorsprünge 30 auf der dem Innenraum abgewandten Unterseite des Bodens 28. Diese Vorsprünge 30 dienen dazu, wie bereits erläutert wurde, in Vorsprünge bzw. Aussparungen 14 auf dem Boden des Unterteils 12 des Transportkoffers einzugreifen.
In der Darstellung der Fig. 2 ist auch der schräg zum Boden 28 angeordnete Abschnitt 20 der in Fig. 2 und Fig. 1 rechts oben angeordneten Seitenwand 36 der Sortimentbox 10 zu erkennen. In Richtung auf den Boden 28 zu schließt sich an den schräg angeordneten Abschnitt 20 ein senkrecht zum Boden 28 angeordneter Abschnitt 32 der Seitenwand 36 an. Die Seitenwand 36 ist somit lediglich in ihrem oberen Bereich vom Boden 28 weggekippt. Die hakenförmige Haltevorrichtung 18 ist in Fig. 2 an der dem Betrachter abgewandten Rückseite der Seitenwand 36 der Sortimentbox 10 abschnittsweise zu erkennen. Wie ausgeführt wurde, wird die Sortimentbox 10 mit dieser hakenförmigen Haltevorrichtung 18 in eine Nut einer Halteleiste eingehängt, wie sie in Fig. 6 dargestellt ist. Mit der hakenförmigen Haltevorrichtung 18 kann die Sortimentbox 10 aber beispielsweise auch in den umlaufenden Rand eines Werkstattwagens eingehängt werden. Werkstattwagen haben üblicherweise einen erhöhten Rand aus vergleichsweise dünnem Blech, der verhindern soll, dass Kleinteile von der Oberseite des Werkstattwagens herunterrollen. In einen solchen umlaufenden Rand kann die Sortimentbox 10 mit der hakenförmigen Haltevorrichtung 18 ebenfalls eingehängt werden.
Die Darstellung der Fig. 3 zeigt eine Ansicht der Sortimentbox 10 von schräg oben. Zusätzlich ist in Fig. 3 schematisch ein Klappdeckel 50 dargestellt, der an der Sortimentbox 10 befestigt werden kann. Hierzu ist der Klappdeckel 50 mit einer Halteleiste 52 versehen, die in eine Nut 54 eingeklipst werden kann, die am oberen Ende der Seitenwand 36 der Sortimentbox 10 angeordnet ist. Die Nut 54 ist dabei Teil des hakenförmigen Vorsprungs 34. Die Halteleiste 52 wird von oben her in die Nut 54 eingedrückt. Die Halteleiste 52 und die Nut 54 sind dabei so bemessen, dass ein einfaches Eindrücken bereits genügt, um den Klappdeckel 50 an der Sortimentbox 10 zu verankern.
Der Innenraum der Sortimentbox 10 ist an seinem oberen Ende mit einem umlaufenden Absatz 56 versehen. Oberhalb des Absatzes 56 erweitert sich der Innenraum noch geringfügig nach außen, so dass also ein oberer umlaufender Rand 58 der Sortimentbox 10 gegenüber den am Boden 28 endenden Abschnitten der Seitenwände geringfügig nach außen versetzt ist. Dieser Absatz 56 dient dazu, dem Klappdeckel 50 im geschlossenen Zustand als Widerlager zu dienen.
Die Halteleiste 52 und die Deckelplatte des Klappdeckels 50 können mittels eines üblichen Scharniers, beispielsweise aber auch mittels eines Filmscharniers, miteinander verbunden sein.
Eine Oberkante der Teilerplatte 16 ist mit einer verbreiterten Auflage 62 versehen, die im vollständig eingeschobenen Zustand der Teilerplatte 16 auf Höhe des Absatzes 56 angeordnet ist. Im geschlossenen Zustand kann die Deckelplatte des Klappdeckels 50 damit auch auf der verbreiterten Oberseite 62 der Teilerplatte 16 aufliegen, wodurch ein Wandern oder Bewegen von Kleinteilen aus einer Hälfte der Box in die andere Hälfte der Box bei geschlossenem Deckel zuverlässig verhindert wird. Die Darstellung der Fig. 4 zeigt die Sortimentbox 10 von unten. In dieser Ansicht zu erkennen sind die Vorsprünge 30 auf der Unterseite des Bodens der Sortimentbox 10, die, wie ausgeführt wurde, auf die Vorsprünge 14 auf dem Boden des Unterteils 12 eines Transportkoffers oder einer sonstigen Transport- und Lagerungseinheit abgestimmt sind.
In Fig. 4 sind die beiden Abschnitte 20, 32 der Seitenwand 36 zu erkennen, an deren oberen Ende, in Fig. 4 untenliegend, die hakenförmige Haltevorrichtung 18 angeordnet ist. Die hakenförmige Haltevorrichtung 18 ist als ein hakenförmiger Vorsprung 34 ausgebildet, der von der Oberseite der Seitenwand 36 der Sortimentbox 10 ausgeht. Die Oberseite der Seitenwand 36, die die Abschnitte 32 und 20 aufweist, ist in Fig. 4 unten angeordnet, da ja die Sortimentbox mit ihrer Öffnung nach unten dargestellt ist.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine Schnittansicht der erfindungsgemäßen Sortimentbox 10. Wie zu erkennen ist, geht der hakenförmige Vorsprung 34 von einer Oberseite der in Fig. 5 rechten Seitenwand 36 aus. Die Seitenwand 36 weist einen senkrecht zum Boden 28 angeordneten unteren Abschnitt 32 auf, an den sich in Richtung nach oben, zur Öffnung der Sortimentbox 10 hin, der schräg zum Boden 28 angeordnete Abschnitt 20 anschließt. Der Abschnitt 20 schließt mit dem Boden 28 einen Winkel von mehr als 90° und weniger als 1 10°, insbesondere 100°, ein. Wie zu erkennen ist, erleichtert der schräg angeordnete Abschnitt 20 das Eingreifen in den Innenraum der Sortimentbox. Für einen Betrachter, der in Fig. 5 von schräg links oben in die Sortimentbox 10 hineinschauen würde, ist eine Beschriftung auf dem Abschnitt 20 sehr gut lesbar.
Um die Sortimentbox 10 in eine Nut einer Halteleiste oder an einem Vorsprung einzuhängen, muss die Sortimentbox 10 lediglich mit der Außenseite der Seitenwand 36 im Bereich des Abschnitts 32 gegen die Halteleiste oder den Vorsprung gelegt werden. Die Sortimentbox 10 kann dann einfach nach unten bewegt werden, bis der Vorsprung oder die Halteleiste in den Zwischenraum zwischen dem hakenförmigen Vorsprung 34 und dem Abschnitt 20 der Seitenwand 36 eingreift. Wird die Sortimentbox 10 dann losgelassen, ist sie sicher mittels des hakenförmigen Vorsprungs 34 befestigt.
Es ist in Fig. 5 zu erkennen, dass der hakenförmige Vorsprung 34 einen leichten Hinterschnitt 38 aufweist. Dieser Hinterschnitt kann dazu beitragen, die Sortimentbox 10 besonders sicher an einer Halteleiste oder einem Vorsprung zu befestigen. Die Sortimentbox 10 kann in einfacher Weise in einen Vorsprung oder eine Halteleiste eingehängt werden, ohne dass ein Betrachter den hakenförmigen Vorsprung 34 sieht. Die Sortimentbox 10 ist dadurch äußerst benutzerfreundlich. Die Darstellung der Fig. 6 zeigt eine Halteleiste 40, wie sie zusammen mit der erfindungsgemäßen Sortimentbox 10 verwendet werden kann. Die Halteleiste 40 ist als Aluminiumstrangpressprofil ausgebildet und weist mehrere Schraublöcher 42 auf, mit denen sie an einer Wand oder an einem Werkstattwagen oder an einer sonstigen geeigneten Stelle befestigt werden kann. Die Halteleiste 40 ist mit einer ersten Nut 44 und einer zweiten Nut 46 versehen. Die beiden Nuten 44, 46 verlaufen im Querschnitt der Halteleiste gesehen nicht parallel zueinander und schließen also mit einer in Fig. 6 nicht erkennbaren Rückseite 48 der Halteleiste 40 einen unterschiedlichen Winkel ein. Im Querschnitt gesehen sind die Nuten 44, 46 in einem Winkel von mehr als 0° zueinander angeordnet. Die Nut 44 ist quer zur Längsrichtung breiter als die Nut 46. Die Nut 46 nimmt den Abschnitt des hakenförmigen Vorsprungs 34, der in Fig. 5 unterhalb des Hinterschnitts 38 angeordnet ist, im Wesentlichen spielfrei auf. Die Nut 44 ist hingegen deutlich breiter. Die Seitenwände der Nut 44 sind parallel zu einer Rückseite 48 der Halteleiste 40 angeordnet. Die Seitenwände der Nut 46 sind dahingegen schräg zur Rückseite 48 angeordnet. Die beiden Nuten 44, 46 sind jeweils für das Einhängen des hakenförmigen Vorsprungs 34 der Sortimentbox 10 vorgesehen. Ersichtlich wird die Sortimentbox 10, wenn sie in die Nut 44 eingehängt wird, annähernd senkrecht zur Rückseite 48 der Halteleiste 40 hängen. Infolgedessen wird die Sortimentbox 10 dann auch annähernd senkrecht zu einer Wand hängen, an der die Halteleiste 40 befestigt ist.
Wird der hakenförmige Vorsprung 34 der Sortimentbox 10 dahingegen in die zweite Nut 46 eingehängt, wird die Sortimentbox 10 leicht schräg zur Rückseite 48 der Halteleiste 40 und somit auch schräg zu einer Wand hängen, an der die Halteleiste 40 befestigt ist. Die Sortimentbox wird dann entsprechend der Anordnung der Nut 46 leicht nach unten gekippt hängen. Das Eingreifen in den Innenraum der Sortimentbox 10 zum Herausnehmen von Kleinteilen ist dann deutlich erleichtert, insbesondere dann, wenn ein Werker von einer tieferen Position, beispielsweise einer knienden Position, in die Sortimentbox 10 eingreifen will.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1 . Sortimentbox (10) zum Aufnehmen von Kleinteilen mit einem Boden (28) und vier Seitenwänden (36), wobei die Sortimentbox (10) Formmerkmale zur rutschfesten Anordnung in Transport- und Lagerungseinheiten, insbesondere Koffern, Regalen, Werkstattwagen, aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Bereich wenigstens einer Aussenflä- che der Seitenwände (36) eine Haltevorrichtung (18) zum werkzeuglosen Befestigen der Sortimentbox an einer Halteleiste (40) vorgesehen ist und dass eine Innenseite wenigstens einer der Seitenwände (36) wenigstens in ihrem oberen, an eine Öffnung der Sortimentbox (10) angrenzenden Bereich (20) einen Winkel von mehr als 90° und weniger als 1 10°, insbesondere 100°, mit dem Boden (28) einschließt.
2. Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (18) hakenförmig ausgebildet ist.
3. Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (18) im Bereich der Oberkante wenigstens einer der Seitenwände (36), die die Öffnung der Sortimentbox (10) abschnittsweise begrenzt, angeordnet ist.
4. Sortimentbox nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (18) sich über die gesamte Breite einer der Seitenwände (36) erstreckt.
5. Sortimentbox nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltevorrichtung (18) als im Querschnitt hakenförmiger Vorsprung (34) ausgebildet ist, wobei der Vorsprung (34) bevorzugt von einer Oberkante einer Seitenwand (36) der Sortimentbox (10) ausgeht.
6. Sortimentbox nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formmerkmale als von einer, dem Innenraum der Sortimentbox abgewandten Unterseite eines Bodens (28) ausgehende Vorsprünge (30) ausgebildet sind.
7. Sortimentbox nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei, einem Innenraum der Sortimentbox (10) zugewandte und einander gegenüberliegende Innenseiten jeweils eine Nut (22) zum Einschieben einer Teilerplatte (16) aufweisen.
8. Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nuten und die Seitenkanten der Teilerplatte (16) wenigstens abschnittsweise einen schwalbenschwanzartigen Querschnitt aufweisen.
9. Sortimentbox nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Oberkante wenigstens einer der Seitenwände (36) eine parallel zu der Oberkante verlaufende Nut (54) vorgesehen ist, wobei die Nut (54) zum Befestigen eines Deckels (50) an der Sortimentbox (10) vorgesehen ist.
10. Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (54), wie die Öffnung des Innenraums der Sortimentbox (10), nach oben hin offen ist.
1 1 . Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (54) an der Oberkante derjenigen Seitenwand (36) mit der Haltevorrichtung (18) vorgesehen ist.
12. Sortimentbox nach Anspruch 1 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (54) einen Abschnitt der Haltevorrichtung (18) bildet.
13. Anordnung mit wenigstens einer Sortimentbox (10) nach wenigstens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche und mit einer Halteleiste (40), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste eine zu der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox (10) passende erste Haltevorrichtung aufweist.
14. Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste eine zu der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox (10) passende zweite Haltevorrichtung aufweist, wobei die Sortimentbox (10) und die Halteleiste (40) beim Eingriff der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox (10) in die erste Haltevorrichtung in einem ersten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind und beim Eingriff der Haltevorrichtung der Sortimentbox (10) in die zweite Haltevorrichtung in einem zweiten Winkel zueinander angeordnet sind, der von dem ersten Winkel verschieden ist.
15. Anordnung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Haltevorrichtung als in Längsrichtung der Halteleiste (40) durchgehende erste Nut (44) ausgebildet ist.
16. Anordnung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Haltevorrichtung als in Längsrichtung der Halteleiste (40) durchgehende zweite Nut (46) ausgebildet ist, wobei im Querschnitt der Halteleiste (40) gesehen die zweite Nut (46) in einem Winkel von mehr als 0° zur ersten Nut (44) angeordnet ist.
17. Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteleiste (40) als Strangziehprofil oder Strangpressprofil, insbesondere Aluminiumstrangpressprofil, ausgebildet ist.
