Claims (13)
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit pour des travaux de battage de pieux sous l'eau, dans lequel le dispositif présente au moins une conduite pouvant être fixée sur le fond de la mer, qui présente une multiplicité de trous, ainsi qu'au moins un compresseur, avec lequel de l'air comprimé peut être introduit dans la conduite, de telle manière que celui-ci puisse s'échapper par les trous, dans lequel la conduite présente au moins une partie de sa longueur sous la forme d'un tuyau flexible, caractérisé en ce que le tuyau flexible présente une structure de paroi stratifiée qui, de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur, comprend une couche intérieure (1), une première couche de résistance (2), une couche intermédiaire (3), une seconde couche de résistance (4) et une couche extérieure (5), dans lequel au moins un corps de lestage (6) est incorporé dans la couche intermédiaire.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon la revendication 1, dans lequel des corps de lestage sont disposés dans la couche intermédiaire avec une répartition essentiellement uniforme sur la périphérie du tuyau flexible ou plusieurs corps de lestage (6) ne sont disposés que dans une région partielle de la périphérie, de préférence dans une région reposant sur le fond de la mer.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon une revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les trous sont prévus majoritairement dans une région supérieure du tuyau flexible, à l'opposé de la région reposant sur le fond de la mer.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel au moins un fil de ressort hélicoïdal (7) est incorporé dans la couche intermédiaire et est disposé de telle manière qu'il s'étende en forme de spirale dans une direction longitudinale du tuyau flexible.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon la revendication 4, dans lequel des corps de lestage (6) sont disposés entre des spires hélicoïdales du fil de ressort hélicoïdal (7).
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel les couches de résistance (2, 4) comprennent une couche de tissu textile et/ou une armature métallique.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon la revendication 6, dans lequel la couche de tissu textile comprend des fibres de coton et/ou des fibres synthétiques.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le corps de lestage 6) est constitué d'un matériau, sélectionné dans le groupe composé de métal, de préférence de métal allié, d'un alliage métallique et de matériau minéral, de préférence de béton.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la couche intérieure (1), la couche intermédiaire (3) et la couche extérieure (5) sont fabriquées en un matériau de caoutchouc styrène-butadiène.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, contenant en outre un dispositif d'enroulement avec un tambour, sur lequel la conduite peut être enroulée.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la conduite présente une longueur de 20 - 50 m.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel plusieurs conduites sont couplées l'une à l'autre par un moyen de couplage.
- Dispositif de réduction du bruit selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le tuyau flexible présente un diamètre intérieur de 50 - 300 mm, de préférence de 50 - 200 mm, et une épaisseur de paroi de 10 - 20 mm.
