Abstract
Description
- Die Erfindung betrifft eine Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften umfassend eine Profilbauglasbahn, die wenigstens einen Steg und wenigstens einen Flansch aufweist, und ein wärmedämmendes Material, eine Profilbauglasanordnung umfassend wenigstens eine Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen, die derartige Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften umfassen, sowie die Verwendung eines wärmedämmenden Materials zur Herstellung einer Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften.
- Profilbauglasbahnen mit darin eingepassten formstabilen, lichtdurchlässigen Komponenten, wie weiteren Glasplatten zur mechanischen Stabilisierung oder lichtdurchlässigen Kapillareinrichtungen zur Wärmedämmung, sowie derartige Profilbauglasbahnen umfassende Profilbauglasanordnungen sind beispielsweise aus der
EP 1 058 760 B1 oderEP 0 742 34 B1 - Profilbauglasbahnen sind insbesondere durch Glasprofile gebildet. Insbesondere kommen hierzu U-Glasprofile mit einem Steg und zwei Flanschen, die zusammen ein U-Profil bilden, oder auch L-Profile mit einem Steg und einem Flansch an der Seite in Betracht. Sie werden zu Profilbauglasanordnungen zur Verglasung und für Gebäude zusammengefügt.
- Die Profilbauglasbahnen können einschalig in einer einzigen Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter und miteinander verbundener Profilbauglasbahnen zusammengefügt werden. Die Profilbauglasbahnen und die Profilbauglasanordnungen weisen dann vorzugsweise einseitig offen ausgebildete Vertiefungen auf, die von dem Steg und einem Flansch (bei der Kombination von L-Glasprofilen) oder zwei Flanschen (bei der Kombination von U-Glasprofilen) gebildet werden.
- Die Profilbauglasbahnen können weiterhin doppelschalig zusammengefügt werden. Bei einer doppelschaligen Ausbildung werden eine erste Reihe von Profilbauglasbahnen und parallel dazu eine zweite Reihe von Profilbauglasbahnen zu einer zweireihigen Profilbauglasanordnung zusammengefügt, wobei die Flansche der ersten Reihe und die Flansche der zweiten Reihe vorzugsweise aufeinander zuweisen. Im Fall der U-förmigen Profilbauglasbahnen können die Flansche stumpf aufeinanderstoßend oder ineinander verschachtelt angeordnet sein. In beiden Ausgestaltungen werden so zwischen den beiden Reihen von Profilbauglasbahnen Hohlräume geschaffen, die an den Stirnseiten der Profilbauglasbahnen offen sind.
- Für eine dreischalige oder mehrschalige Ausbildung der Profilbauglasanordnung können weitere Reihen von Profilbauglasbahnen auf eine doppelschalige Profilbauglasanordnung aufgesetzt werden, wodurch je nach Ausrichtung der Flansche dieser der Profilbauglasbahnen dieser Flasche weitere Hohlräume oder offene Vertiefungen entstehen.
- Aus der
EP 0 742 324 B1 ist es bekannt, an der Innenseite der Stege transparente Wärmedämmeinrichtungen vorzusehen. Zum Beispiel werden hierzu Kapillarpackungen, Kapillarplatten, Kapillarrohrpackungen oder Glaskugelhaufpackungen angeordnet. - Die Erfindung hat sich die Aufgabe gestellt, Profilbauglasbahnen und Profilbauglasanordnungen der aus der
EP 0 742 324 B1 bekannten Art hinsichtlich der Wärmedämmfähigkeit sowie einer einfacheren Herstellung bzw. Montage zu verbessern. Es soll eine Profilbauglasbahn mit bereits vor der Montage der Profilbauglasbahnen zu einer Profilbauglasanordnung integrierter Wärmedämmeinrichtung gebildet werden, mit der sich wärmgedämmte Profilbauglasanordnungen und Wandbereiche von Gebäuden in einfacher Art und Weise bilden lassen, wobei dennoch eine höhere Wärmedämmfähigkeit als bisher bei derartigen Profilbauglasanordnungen erzielbar sind. Es soll ferner ein Kit-of-parts gebildet werden, der eine Profilbauglasbahn und ein wärmedämmendes Material in Form einer Bahn oder von an die Oberfläche der Profilbauglasbahnen, insbesondere die Steginnenoberfläche, angepassten Zuschnitten umfasst, der eine vereinfachte Wärmedämmung einer Profilbauglasanordnung auf einer Baustelle ermöglicht. - Zum Lösen dieser Aufgabe schlägt die Erfindung eine Profilbauglasbahn nach Anspruch 1 vor.
- Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche.
- Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt schafft die Erfindung eine Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften umfassend eine Profilbauglasbahn, die wenigstens einem Steg mit Steginnenoberfläche und Stegaußenoberfläche und wenigstens einem Flansch mit Flanschinnenoberfläche und Flanschaußenoberfläche umfasst, und eine wärmedämmenden Matte aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial, die auf einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen und/oder Außenoberflächen der Profilbauglasbahn befestigt ist.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wärmedämmende Matte aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial glasfaserverstärktes Polyethylenterephthalat, methylsilylierte Kieselsäure und Calciumsilicat umfasst.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass es sich bei der wärmedämmenden Matte aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial um eine wärmedämmende Matte mit der Bezeichnung "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket Grey" von der Firma Dow Corning® handelt.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wärmedämmende Matte mit einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen und/oder Außenoberflächen der Profilbauglasbahn verklebt ist.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wärmedämmende Matte eine oder mehrere der Innenoberflächen und/oder Außenoberflächen der Profilbauglasbahn vollflächig oder teilflächig bedeckt.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die wärmedämmende Matte einen oder mehrere Zuschnitte umfasst, die an die Größe einer oder mehrerer der Innenoberflächen und/oder Außenoberflächen der Profilbauglasbahn (11) angepasst sind.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Profilbauglasbahn ein U-Glasprofil oder ein L-Glasprofil ist, bei dem die wärmedämmende Matte teilflächig oder vollflächig mit der Steginnenoberfläche verbunden ist.
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt schafft die Erfindung einen Kit-of-parts umfassend
- eine oder mehrere Profilbauglasbahnen jeweils umfassend wenigstens einen Steg mit Steginnenoberfläche und Stegaußenoberfläche und wenigstens einen Flansch mit Flanschinnenoberfläche und Flanschaußenoberfläche und
- eine wärmedämmende Matte (24), die wie weiter oben definiert ist,
- Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt schafft die Erfindung eine Profilbauglasanordnung umfassend mindestens eine Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter und miteinander verbundener Profilbauglasbahnen, die ganz oder teilweise aus Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften, wie sie weiter oben beschrieben werden, bestehen.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Profilbauglasanordnung einschalig aus einer einzigen Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen aufgebaut ist.
- Es ist bevorzugt, dass die Profilbauglasanordnung doppelschalig aus einer ersten Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen und einer zweiten Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen ausgebildet ist, wobei die Flansche der Profilbauglasbahnen der ersten Reihe und der zweiten Reihe einander zugewandt sind und stumpf aufeinanderstoßend oder ineinandergreifen und so Hohlräume bilden, wobei die Profilbauglasbahnen der ersten Reihe und/oder die Profilbauglasbahnen der zweiten Reihe ganz oder teilweise aus Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften, wie sie weiter oben definiert werden, bestehen. Die Hohlräume sind zwischen Steginnenflächen und Flanschinnenflächen ausgebildet und sind an den Stirnflächen der zusammenwirkenden Profilbauglasbahnen offen und mit Verschlusseinrichtungen verschließbar.
- Mehrschalige Profilbauglasanordnungen mit Hohlräumen werden in
EP 0 742 324 B1 beschrieben, die durch die Bezugnahme Teil der hiesigen Offenbarung bildet und den Anmeldungsunterlagen beigefügt ist. InEP 0 742 324 B1 sind die entsprechenden Hohlräume ganz oder teilweise durch wärmedämmende Kapillareinrichtungen ausgefüllt. Für bevorzugte Ausführungsformen gemäß der vorliegenden Erfindung werden anstelle der wärmedämmenden Kapillareinrichtungen Zuschnitte einer wärmedämmenden Matte aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial, insbesondere aus "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket Grey" von Dow Corning® in die aus den Steginnenflächen und Flanschinnenflächen gebildeten Hohlräume beispielsweise durch Kleben eingefügt. Üblicherweise füllt dabei die wärmedämmenden Matte wegen ihrer geringen Dicke die Hohlräume nur teilweise aus. Bei schmäleren Hohlräumen können die Zuschnitte aus der wärmedämmenden Matte auch ohne Verkleben in die beim Zusammenbau der Schalen der Profilbauglasanordnung entstehenden Hohlräume eingelegt werden. Sie werden dann durch den Kontakt mit den Steginnenflächen und Flanschinnenflächen in ihrer Position gehalten. - Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt gibt die Erfindung eine Verwendung einer wärmedämmenden Matte, die wie weiter oben beschrieben ist, zur Wärmedämmung von Profilbauglasbahnen und damit erhältlichen Profilbauglasanordnungen an.
- Die Profilbauglasbahn kann eine maximale Glaslänge von vorzugsweise bis zu 700 cm aufweisen. Die Ansichtsbreite der Profilbauglasbahn, die der Stegbreite b entspricht, ist so groß wie technisch und statisch möglich. Sie kann beispielsweise etwa 200 bis 600 mm, vorzugweise etwa 300 bis 500 mm betragen. Eine Sonderstegbreite liegt bei etwa 400 mm. Mit großen Stegbreiten wird das Ziel verfolgt, die Ansichtsbreite zu maximieren und die Dichtstofffugen zu minimieren, so dass nach innen ein maximaler Tageslichteintrag erhalten wird. Die Flanschhöhe h kann vorzugsweise im Bereich von 30 bis 100 mm liegen und beträgt beispielsweise 60 mm. Die Glasdicke d liegt vorzugsweise bei 5 bis 10 mm und beträgt beispielsweise 7 mm.
- Die zulässige untere Grenze für die Glasdicke d hängt von der Stabilität des verwendeten Glases ab. Thermisches Vorspannen führt nach außen zu einer deutlichen Steigerung der Glasfestigkeit und ermöglicht die Verwendung dünnerer Gläser in anspruchsvolleren Situationen, wie beim Einwirken einer starken Windlast. Das thermische Vorspannen ermöglicht eine 5-fache Steigerung der aufgrund ihres U-Profils an sich schon starken Profilgläser und macht es möglich, beispielsweise ein 400 mm breite und 7 m lange Profilbauglasbahn erfolgreich einzusetzen.
- Die wärmedämmende Matte hat eine Dicke im Bereich von 5 mm bis 20 mm und beträgt beispielsweise 10 mm. Sie ist formstabil, aber flexibel und biegsam und kann gegebenenfalls mit einfachen Mitteln, wie einem Messer, zu der der gewünschten Form zugeschnitten werden.
- Die wärmedämmende Matte wird entsprechend der Größe der Oberfläche von einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen und/oder Außenoberflächen der Profilbauglasbahn zugeschnitten und vorzugsweise auf das Profilbauglas aufgeklebt.
- Diese wärmedämmende Matte HPI-1000 hat mit einer Dicke von vorzugsweise 10 mm ein dünnes Profil, ist sehr flexibel und gleichzeitig kompressionsstabil. Sie weist aufgrund ihrer Zusammensetzung eine hohe thermische Beständigkeit auf. Sie kann leicht zerschnitten werden und an komplexe Formen und enge Krümmungen angepasst werden. Sie haftet ohne Probleme an Gebäuden.
- Das von Dow Corning® im Handel erhältliche Produkt "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket Grey" weist die folgenden Eigenschaften auf:

Silica) und Calciumsilikat. Andere Basispolymere als PET, wie sonstige duroplastische oder thermoplastische Polymere, wie Polyethylen und Polybutylenterephthalat, sind ebenfalls einsetzbar.
- Die in der wärmedämmenden Matte enthaltene Kieselsäure ist eine hydrophobe Kieselsäure, die durch Methylsilylierung einer unbehandelten Kieselsäure erhalten wird. Die Methylsilylierung erfolgt beispielsweise mit Methylsilazanen. Bei den Kieselsäuren kann es sich um kolloidale amorphe Kieselsäure einschließlich pyrogene Kieselsäure und im Nassverfahren hergestellter Kieselsäure (Fällungskieselsäure, Kieselgel) handeln.
- Die wärmedämmende Matte "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket" von Dow Corning wird weiterhin in den Prospekten "Dow Corning ® HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket - Thin-profile, flexible, high thermal resistance blanket" (©2014 Dow Corning®) und "Thin Insulation Blanket Solutions - Pack more energy efficiency into tight spaces with thin high-performance insulation" beschrieben. Sie wird außerdem in einem Sicherheitsdatenblatt gemäß Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1907/2006 von Dow Corning® mit der SDS-Nummer 881455-0005, das am 19.03.2016 überarbeitet wurde, und in einem englischsprachigen Sicherheitsdatenblatt mit der SDS-Nummer 905729-0005, das ebenfalls am 19.03.2016 überarbeitet wurde, beschrieben.
- Außerdem betrifft die Erfindung Profilbauglasanordnungen umfassend solche Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften, einen Kit-of-parts aus Profilbauglasbahn(en) ohne wärmedämmende Eigenschaften und einem wärmedämmenden Material sowie die Verwendung eines wärmedämmenden Materials zur Herstellung solcher Profilbauglasbahnen und Profilbauglasanordnungen.
- Im Folgenden werden Ausführungsbeispiele anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Darin zeigt:

Fig. 1 gezeigt werden, gemäß einer dritten bevorzugten Ausführungsform. -
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Querschnittsansicht einer Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 mit U-Profil mit darin befestigter, beispielsweise eingeklebter wärmedämmender Matte 24 aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial. - Die U-Profilbauglasbahn umfasst einen Steg 12 mit Steginnenfläche 14 und Stegaußenfläche 16 sowie zwei Flansche 18 mit Flanschinnenfläche 20 und Flanschaußenfläche 22. Auf die Steginnenfläche 14 ist eine wärmedämmende Matte 24, wie die "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket"-Matte von Dow Corning ® aufgeklebt. Eine gleichwirkende Ausbildung auf der Basis einer Profilbauglasbahn mit L-Profil, das ebenfalls einen Steg und eine Steginnenfläche zur Befestigung der wärmedämmenden Matte 24 umfasst, ist ebenso möglich.
- Die Profilbauglasbahn 10, 11 hat eine Stegbreite b von beispielsweise etwa 200 bis 600 mm, vorzugweise etwa 300 bis 500 mm betragen, hier etwa 400 mm. Die Profilbauglasbahn 10, 11 hat eine Flanschhöhe h von beispielsweise etwa 30 bis 100 mm, hier etwa 60 mm. Die Glasdicke d liegt vorzugsweise bei etwa 5 bis 10 mm und beträgt hier etwa 7 mm. Die Glasdicke d hängt von der gewünschten Stabilität der Profilbauglasbahn ab und kann bei thermisch vorgespanntem Glas verringert werden. Die Profilbauglasbahn 10, 11 kann (im Querschnitt nicht erkennbar) eine maximale Glaslänge von vorzugsweise bis zu 700 cm aufweisen.
- Die Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 sind so hergestellt und ausgebildet, wie dies aus der Firmendruckschrift "Lamberts LINIT - Technische Einführung U-Glas", 6. Auflage, Druckvermerk Lamberts/Linit TE 6 de/012009 vom September 2012 und/oder in der allgemeinen bauaufsichtlichen Zulassung Nr. Z-70.4-44 vom 21.12.2012 beschrieben und gezeigt ist. Diese beiden Dokumente werden hierin durch Bezugnahme inkorporiert und bilden Teile der hiesigen Offenbarung.
- Die Profilbauglasbahn 10, 11 sind beispielsweise aus Naturglasprofilen, Ornamentglasprofilen, Profilgläsern mit Wärmeschutzbeschichtung, sandgestrahlten Profilgläsern, farbemaillierten Profilgläsern, UV-Schutz-Profilgläsern, vorgespannten Profilgläsern und/oder Prisma-Profilgläsern gebildet. Das Profilbauglas 10, 11 kann an seiner Stegaußenoberfläche 16 mit einer Prismastruktur versehen sein.
- Die Profilbauglasbahn 10, 11 gemäß
Fig. 1 kann einschalig 110 oder zweischalig 120, 130 zu einer Profilbauglasanordnung 100 zusammengefügt werden. Beim Zusammenbau in einer zweischaligen Profilbauglasanordnung 100 entstehen innerhalb der Anordnung 100 Hohlräume 140 für die Aufnahme der wärmedämmende Matte 24 aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial. -
Fig. 2 zeigt eine einschalige Profilbauglasanordnung 100 aus einer einzigen Reihe 110 von Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10. Die Seite unterhalb der Profilbauglasanordnung 100 entspricht der Außenseite 150, die Seite oberhalb der Profilbauglasanordnung 100 entspricht der Gebäudeseite 160. Die Flansche 18 weisen zum Gebäude hin. Die Flansche 18 können aber auch in umgekehrter Anordnung nach außen zeigen. Außerdem können die Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 in einer Spundwand aneinandergereiht oder untereinander eingehakt sein. Die Befestigung der Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 an einem Gebäude erfolgt beispielsweise über Aluminiumrahmenprofile (nicht dargestellt) an den Stirnflächen der Profilbauglasbahnen. - Die in
Fig. 3 dargestellte Ausführungsform betrifft eine zweischalige Anordnung von Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11, wobei nur die auf der Außenseite 150 angeordneten Profilbauglasbahnen Profibauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 sind. Alternativ oder zusätzlich können die Profilbauglasbahnen auf der Gebäudeseite 160 mit wärmedämmenden Matten 24 ausgerüstet sein. Die Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 sind in dieser doppelschaligen Ausbildung jeweils über ihre Flansche stumpf aufeinanderstoßend angeordnet (Flansch-gegen-Flansch-Anordnung), wodurch Hohlräume 140 ausgebildet werden. Die Verbindung aller Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 erfolgt über Profilleisten 180, wie Polsterprofile, die insgesamt vier Nuten aufweisen, in welche die Flansche benachbarter Profibauglasbahnen 10, 11 beider Schalen 120, 130 einsteckbar sind. Für weitere Einzelheiten zur Verbindung der Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 mit derartigen Profilleisten 180 wird auf das DokumentEP 0 742 324 B1 und die bereits weiter oben erwähnte Firmendruckschrift "Lamberts LINIT - Technische Einführung U-Glas" verwiesen. - Die in
Fig. 4 dargestellte Ausführungsform betrifft eine zweischalige Anordnung von Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11, wobei nur die auf der Gebäudeseite 160 angeordneten Profilbauglasbahnen Profibauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 sind. Ebenso ist es möglich, dass die Profilbauglasbahnen auf der Außenseite 150 Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften 10 sind. Die Flansche der Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 greifen ineinander (paarweise Flanschstöße) und bilden so Hohlräume 140 für die Aufnahme der wärmedämmenden Matte 24. Die Verbindung der Profilbauglasbahnen erfolgt über Profilleisten 180. Die aus den beiden Reihen 120, 130 von Profilbauglasbahnen gebildeten Schalen werden zusätzlich mit Silicon 190 abgedichtet. Für weitere Einzelheiten zu dieser Art der Verbindung der Profilbauglasbahnen 10, 11 wird auf das DokumentEP 0 742 324 B1 und die bereits weiter oben erwähnte Firmendruckschrift "Lamberts LINIT - Technische Einführung U-Glas" verwiesen. -

Claims (12)
- Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) umfassend eine Profilbauglasbahn (11), die wenigstens einem Steg (12) mit Steginnenoberfläche (14) und Stegaußenoberfläche (16) und wenigstens einem Flansch (18) mit Flanschinnenoberfläche (20) und Flanschaußenoberfläche (22) umfasst, und eine wärmedämmenden Matte (24) aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial, die auf einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen (14, 20) und/oder Außenoberflächen (16, 22) der Profilbauglasbahn (10) befestigt ist.
- Profibauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die wärmedämmende Matte (24) aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial glasfaserverstärktes Polyethylenterephthalat, methylsilylierte Kieselsäure und Calciumsilicat umfasst. - Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
es sich bei der wärmedämmenden Matte (24) aus einem flexiblen, faserigen Polymerverbundmaterial um eine wärmedämmende Matte mit der Bezeichnung "HPI-1000 Building Insulation Blanket Grey" von der Firma Dow Corning® handelt. - Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die wärmedämmende Matte (24) mit einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen (14, 20) und/oder Außenoberflächen (16, 22) der Profilbauglasbahn (10) verklebt ist. - Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die wärmedämmende Matte (24) eine oder mehrere der Innenoberflächen (14, 20) und/oder Außenoberflächen (16, 22) der Profilbauglasbahn (11) vollflächig oder teilflächig bedeckt. - Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wärmedämmende Matte (24) einen oder mehrere Zuschnitte umfasst, die an die Größe einer oder mehrerer der Innenoberflächen (14, 20) und/oder Außenoberflächen (16, 22) der Profilbauglasbahn (11) angepasst sind.
- Profilbauglasbahn mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Profilbauglasbahn (11) ein U-Glasprofil oder ein L-Glasprofil ist, bei dem die wärmedämmende Matte (24) teilflächig oder vollflächig mit der Steginnenoberfläche (14) verbunden ist. - Kit-of-parts umfassend:- eine oder mehrere Profilbauglasbahnen (10) jeweils umfassend wenigstens einen Steg (12) mit Steginnenoberfläche (14) und Stegaußenoberfläche (16) und wenigstens einen Flansch (18) mit Flanschinnenoberfläche (20) und Flanschaußenoberfläche (22) und- eine wärmedämmende Matte (24), die wie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 definiert ist,zur Verwendung für die dauerhafte Verbindung der wärmedämmenden Matte (24) mit einer oder mehreren der Innenoberflächen (14, 20) und/oder Außenoberflächen (16, 22) der Profilbauglasbahnen (10) auf einer Baustelle vor oder nach der Montage der Profilbauglasbahnen (10, 11) zu einer Profilbauglasanordnung (100).
- Profilbauglasanordnung (100) umfassend mindestens eine Reihe nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen, die ganz oder teilweise aus Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 bestehen.
- Profilglasanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 9, die einschalig aus einer Reihe (110) nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen aufgebaut ist.
- Profilglasanordnung (100) nach Anspruch 9, die doppelschalig aus einer ersten Reihe (120) nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen (10, 11) und einer zweiten Reihe (130) nebeneinander angeordneter Profilbauglasbahnen (10, 11) ausgebildet ist, wobei die Flansche (18) der Profilbauglasbahnen (10) der ersten Reihe und der zweiten Reihe einander zugewandt sind und stumpf aufeinanderstoßend oder ineinandergreifen und so Hohlräume (140) bilden, wobei die Profilbauglasbahnen (10, 11) der ersten Reihe und/oder die Profilbauglasbahnen (10, 11) der zweiten Reihe ganz oder teilweise aus Profilbauglasbahnen mit wärmedämmenden Eigenschaften (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7 bestehen.
