Description

DOMAINE DE L'INVENTIONFIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to the field of prefabricated construction elements, in particular for the production of works such as swimming pools or swimming pool elements.

More particularly, the invention relates to a modular block for shuttering and finds its application in particular in the production of corner steps for swimming pools.

ARRIERE PLAN TECHNOLOGIQUE DE L'INVENTIONTECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Usually, such stairs consist either of a single-piece construction attached and fixed to a wall or in the angle formed by two walls of the basin, or of a masonry structure, produced like the construction of a wall, by stacking bricks. , or by pouring concrete into a formwork.

One-piece stairs are very expensive, because they require large molds, they are also very bulky both as regards their storage and their transport. In addition, the number of models offered is limited, so that they do not allow original designs.

Masonry staircases allow for more originalities, however within the limits of the structures used and the capabilities of the installer. They also have drawbacks, in particular of a long implementation, more particularly when they are made of poured concrete, in particular for placing the formwork. Classic wooden formwork means must be removed after construction.

Another formwork technique also conventionally used in the field of swimming pool construction, and in particular the construction of swimming pool stairs, consists in using benches which remain in the construction after the concrete has been poured inside. of these and solidified in them. The benches currently used are rectangular or cubic in shape and require cutting and adjustment work in the particular case of corner stairs. These cutting and adjustment jobs can be difficult, long and therefore expensive. In addition, the exact dimensions of a corner staircase may vary depending on the adjustments made to compensate for the imprecision of the cutouts. It is therefore necessary to also adapt the exact dimensions of the flexible sealing envelope (“liner”) to each construction, which is also expensive and generates longer delivery times. In addition, the imprecision of the cutouts and / or of the measurements can be the source of faults during the installation of the "liner", which can in particular generate sealing problems when the unit is put into operation. swimming pool.

Also known, in the general field of construction, the structures to be shuttered described in the documents FR 2747 140 A1 , US5247773 and US4550543 .

OBJET DE L'INVENTIONOBJECT OF THE INVENTION

An object of the present invention is to simplify and make the construction of a corner staircase more reliable, in particular for a swimming pool.

BREVE DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTIONBRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

L'invention concerne un bloc modulaire à bancher selon la revendication 1.The invention relates to a modular shuttering block according to claim 1.

The modular shuttering block according to the invention therefore has a shape that is particularly suitable for the construction of a corner staircase, in particular for a swimming pool, the latter avoiding any cutting and adjustment work.

  • le logement traversant est défini par au moins trois parois formant les faces latérales rectangulaires du prisme droit, deux de ces parois présentant les mêmes dimensions ;
  • le logement traversant comporte une pluralité de nervures délimitant au moins un compartiment traversant ;
According to advantageous characteristics of the invention, taken alone or in combination:
  • the through housing is defined by at least three walls forming the rectangular side faces of the right prism, two of these walls having the same dimensions;
  • the through housing comprises a plurality of ribs delimiting at least one through compartment;

  • les deux parois présentant les mêmes dimensions sont orthogonales ;
These advantageous characteristics make it possible, on the one hand, to ensure good rigidity and improve the mechanical strength of the modular block during filling with the benching material.
  • the two walls having the same dimensions are orthogonal;

Thus, the modular block is particularly suitable for the construction of right angle stairs, which are the most common, the right angle at the level of the top of the triangular bases of the right prism making it possible to optimize the number of modular blocks to be assembled. to constitute the future steps of the staircase.

  • les moyens d'assemblage sont formés sur chacune des 2 parois latérales de même dimension ;
  • la rainure comporte une butée en son extrémité la plus étroite apte à bloquer un tenon d'un autre bloc dans une position définie d'assemblage ;
  • le tenon comporte une encoche en son extrémité la plus étroite apte à coopérer avec la butée de la rainure d'un autre bloc, pour bloquer le tenon dans une position définie d'assemblage ;
According to other advantageous characteristics of the invention, taken alone or in combination:
  • the assembly means are formed on each of the 2 side walls of the same size;
  • the groove has a stop at its narrowest end capable of locking a tenon of another block in a defined assembly position;
  • the tenon has a notch at its narrowest end capable of cooperating with the stop of the groove of another block, to block the tenon in a defined assembly position;

These advantageous characteristics simplify the assembly by interlocking the modular blocks and ensure the alignment of all the modular blocks in the planes of the first and second faces during assembly.

Selon d'autres caractéristiques avantageuses de l'invention :

  • les parois, les nervures et les moyens d'assemblage sont constitués de matière plastique ;
  • les moyens d'assemblage sont intégrés aux parois latérales de même dimension ;
According to other advantageous characteristics of the invention:
  • the walls, the ribs and the assembly means are made of plastic;
  • the assembly means are integrated into the side walls of the same size;

The invention also relates to an assembly made up of a plurality of modular blocks to be shuttered, the modular blocks being juxtaposed in rows.

This assembly may further comprise a plurality of rows of modular blocks superimposed on one another.

According to an advantageous characteristic, the assembly comprising a plurality of superimposed modular shuttering blocks may also include a rail slipped into an opening formed by the alignment of the through compartments of the modular blocks. The dimension of the rail is adjusted to the dimension of the compartments, so that the rail makes it possible to ensure the vertical alignment of stacked modular blocks and more particularly of rows of stacked modular blocks.

The invention finally relates to a swimming pool staircase comprising such an assembly.

DESCRIPTION DETAILLEE DE L'INVENTIONDETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The figures 1 to 3 represent a modular shuttering block 1 in accordance with the invention and forming a permanent shuttering element for the construction of structures such as swimming pools and stairs, in particular swimming pool corner stairs.

The term “modular block” is understood to mean an element capable of being assembled with other identical elements, using assembly means described in more detail below.

The modular shuttering block 1 is in the form of a right prism, the faces A, B of which form the isosceles triangular bases.

The modular block 1 comprises a through housing, advantageously defined by at least three walls 3, 4, 5 forming the rectangular side faces (C, D, E) of the right prism, which connects the first face A and the second face B and serves to receive a filling material, in particular, concrete to be poured. The through housing therefore does not have a closed wall at the level of the faces A, B, which makes it possible for the filling material to flow through the modular block.

Preferably, the through housing comprises a plurality of ribs 6 delimiting compartments of sufficient size to allow efficient flow of the filling material in the structure. By rib is meant an internal wall of the through housing, at least one end of which can bear on one of the three walls 3, 4, 5 of the through housing.

As shown on figures 1 and 2 , but by way of example only, the ribs 6 define 9 compartments of different sizes inside the through housing.

These ribs 6 and the walls 3, 4, 5 make it possible to stiffen the structure of the modular block 1 and reinforce its mechanical strength to the internal pressures exerted by the filling material.

According to a variant not shown, part of one or both sides A, B may be closed by a wall, thus closing off part of the compartments of the through housing: this variant makes it possible to limit the number of through compartments and therefore the quantity of filling material introduced into the block for the shuttering.

La hauteur h du bloc modulaire 1 constitue une dimension de la paroi latérale 5.The height h of the modular block 1 constitutes a dimension of the side wall 5.

The triangular bases of the prism being isosceles, the two side walls 3, 4, called main side walls, are of identical dimensions. The two main side walls are arranged to form between them a determined angle. This angle can be chosen to match (or be a divider of) an angle of a swimming pool basin in which a staircase is to be formed. Advantageously, and as shown in the figures, the two main side walls 3, 4 form an angle of 90 degrees between them, which makes it possible to limit the number of modular blocks to be assembled to constitute the steps of a staircase. right angle, which is the most common corner staircase.

The two main side walls 3, 4 comprise assembly means 2 for securing several modular blocks to be shuttered together. These means comprise male type members 7 and female type members 8 making it possible to establish a sliding connection between two modular blocks. As shown in the figures, the male-type members 7 may be formed of tenons and the female-type members 8 of grooves, the complementary shapes of which cooperate to allow an assembly of the dovetail type.

According to the invention and shown in particular on figure 3 , the tenon has different widths l, l 'at the level of the first face A and the second face B of the modular block. Likewise, the groove has different widths at the first and second faces A, B of the modular block. This particular configuration makes it possible to block the sliding of a tenon of a first modular block in a groove of complementary shape of a second modular block during the assembly of two modular blocks.

The assembly of two modular blocks is done by their respective side faces C, D; the blocks being head to tail, one having its face A oriented downwards and the other having its face A oriented upwards, the lateral face D of the first block is assembled with the face C of the second block, by sliding the tenons in the grooves provided for this purpose.

Advantageously, and as illustrated in the figures 1 to 3 , each main side wall 3, 4 has a shape defining a plurality of tenons and grooves, in particular two tenons and two grooves, extending all along these walls. In other words, the assembly means are integrated into the main side walls 3, 4. This preferred characteristic simplifies the manufacture of the assembly means and promotes the cohesion of the assembled modular blocks.

In addition, a stopper 9 may be present at the narrower end of at least one groove, to lock the tenon of another block in a defined assembly position. Advantageously, each groove comprises at the narrowest end a stopper making it possible to adjust the position and to block the interlocking of the tenons of another block in their final assembly position.

Preferably, each tenon comprises a notch 10 at its narrowest end capable of cooperating with the stop 9 of the groove of another block, to block it in a defined assembly position. Thus, each groove being provided with a stop and each tenon being provided with a notch, the interlocking of a first modular block on a second modular block will be easily adjusted and locked in its final assembly position.

The figure 4 presents an assembly formed of a first row of modular blocks to be shuttered. Note in this view the alternation of the exposed faces A, B between adjacent modular blocks, induced by the assembly method described above.

Stacking of a plurality of rows or modular shuttering blocks can be achieved with good alignment, by positioning the rows or blocks on top of each other and fitting a rail into the opening formed by the alignment of 'a crossing compartment of each block. The rail size is adjusted to the compartment size of each block, so that the rail provides vertical alignment of stacked modular blocks.

The assembly of a plurality of modular blocks for shuttering, juxtaposed in rows, then stacked, allows the construction of different masonry elements.

According to an advantageous example of implementation, such an assembly of modular blocks for shuttering can be used for the manufacture of a swimming pool corner staircase, as illustrated in FIG. figure 5 .

The manufacture of a swimming pool requires pouring a concrete structure, in particular for the construction of the raft and the walls thereof. The implementation according to the invention allows the concrete to be poured all at once, for the raft, the walls and the stairs of the swimming pool.

The assembly of the modular blocks in rows is carried out by fitting the blocks into one another by means of the assembly means, as described above, and without cutting.

Each row can come to rest, at its ends, on the perpendicular walls of the swimming pool basin. Optionally, support rails 12 can be fixed to the walls of the basin or to the floor to support the first rows; these first rows may also be supported by at least one central support rail and / or the minus one stud fixed on the ground. These rails and / or studs are positioned to be flush with the level of the final bottom of the swimming pool and make it possible to adjust the level of the stairs, before the concrete flows.

The side wall 5 of the modular blocks will constitute the exposed face of the counter step. And the height h of the modular block will constitute the step height. By way of example, this height could be between 5cm and 50cm, preferably its dimension will be 30cm. Advantageously, when the two main side walls are orthogonal, the step depth is defined by the half-width of the side wall 5 of the modular blocks. By way of example, it could be between 15 and 40cm, preferably its dimension will be 30cm.

The first row to position for the development of the staircase is row R1 of the M3 step that can be seen on the figure 6 showing the sectional view of the right corner staircase of the figure 5 according to a bisector plane. This is wedged against the walls of the swimming pool 14 and optionally on the rails (12) or support studs. Row R2 of step M3, then row R3 of this same step are then stacked on row R1 to form this step. To ensure the alignment of this stack, a rail 11 is introduced vertically into an opening formed by the alignment of the through compartments of the modular blocks. By way of example and as shown in the figure 2b , the rail 11 is introduced into the compartment 13. The width of the rail is adjusted to the size of the compartments, so that the rail makes it possible to ensure the vertical alignment of stacked modular blocks and more particularly of rows of stacked modular blocks. The length of the rail 11 is adjusted to the number of stacked rows: it must be long enough to cross the stack of modular blocks, thus ensuring its function of aligning the superimposed rows.

After assembly of the M3 step, that is to say the superposition of the three rows R1, R2, R3 and the positioning of the alignment rail, the assembly can be held in position by fixing elements, such as screws, against the pool walls.

The assembly of the steps M2 and M1 is then carried out in a manner similar to what has just been described for the step M3.

The assembly of modular blocks as described above and illustrated on the figure 5 is ready for the subsequent banking operation. The filling material, such as concrete, is poured to make the base of the swimming pool and bring the final floor flush with the step M1. The material can be poured at the assembly of modular blocks; it flows through the through compartments to the ground, and to the filling and outcropping at the level of the steps M1, M2, M3.

After drying, a swimming pool corner staircase is obtained, not requiring cutting, cast simultaneously with the raft and the walls of the swimming pool, thus forming a one-piece structure with the entire basin. Its dimensions are precise and reproducible. In addition, the one-piece character gives the structure great strength.

In the example according to figure 5 , the corner staircase has 3 steps whose dimensions are defined by the size of the modular blocks.

The standardization of the dimensions of a corner staircase advantageously allows the standardization of flexible sealing envelopes (“liner”), leading to lower costs and shorter delivery times.

The modular block and the assembly by juxtaposition and / or stacking according to the invention are not reduced to this sole use. They could, for example, also be used for the construction of straight stairs or even walls to be shuttered. For this purpose, we can provide a second category of modular blocks of different shape and complementary to that exposed, so as to be able to define lost formwork of any shape and size without necessity or by limiting the cutting of modular block to shutter.
