Claims (14)

  1. Installation (10) de traitement d'une pièce (14) comportant un fluide de traitement (18) ayant un corps de pièce (32) comportant au moins une cavité (38) s'étendant d'une première ouverture (36) à une seconde ouverture (70), dotée d'un système de conduit destiné à alimenter le fluide de traitement (18), lequel système de conduit présente au moins un canal de conduit (46) doté d'un adaptateur (34) destiné à relier le système de conduit à l'au moins une cavité (38), et une chambre de traitement (12) destinée à recevoir la pièce (14) lors du traitement, laquelle chambre comporte une sortie (26) destinée à évacuer un fluide de traitement (18) introduit dans la cavité (38) pour traiter la pièce (14), caractérisée par un dispositif d'aspiration (48) relié à la chambre de traitement (12) pour produire une dépression à travers un canal d'aspiration (50) afin d'aspirer le fluide de traitement (18) à partir d'un réservoir de fluide (44) dans la chambre (12) par l'au moins un canal de conduit (46) et l'au moins une cavité (38).
  2. Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'aspiration (48) comporte un réservoir sous vide (54) communiquant avec le canal d'aspiration (50) et un dispositif d'évacuation (58) pour évacuer le réservoir sous vide (54).
  3. Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée par un canal de liaison (42) communiquant avec l'au moins un canal de conduit (46), lequel canal de liaison (42) est relié au réservoir de fluide (44) pour amener le fluide de traitement (18) dans l'au moins un canal de conduit (46) et qui est relié au réservoir sous vide (54) pour évacuer le fluide de traitement (18) de la chambre de traitement (12), le canal de liaison (42) comportant une première soupape (66) destinée à activer et à désactiver sélectivement l'alimentation en fluide de traitement (18) de la chambre de traitement (12) à partir du réservoir de fluide (44) et une seconde soupape (68) destinée à relier et à séparer sélectivement le réservoir sous vide (54) et la chambre de traitement (12).
  4. Installation selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisée par un autre canal de conduit (78) relié à la sortie (26) de la chambre de traitement, lequel canal de conduit communique avec le réservoir sous vide (54) et comporte une soupape d'arrêt (80) destinée à activer et à désactiver sélectivement un écoulement de fluide entre la chambre de traitement (12) et le réservoir sous vide (54) par l'autre canal de conduit (78).
  5. Installation selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le canal d'aspiration (50) communique avec la sortie (26) de la chambre de traitement (12) et le réservoir sous vide (54), une soupape d'arrêt (65) destinée à activer et à désactiver sélectivement un écoulement de fluide à travers le canal d'aspiration (50) entre la chambre de traitement (12) et le réservoir sous vide (54) étant prévue dans le canal d'aspiration (50).
  6. Installation selon l'une des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisée en ce que le réservoir sous vide (54) comporte une sortie (64) qui peut être fermée par une soupape d'arrêt (62) pour évacuer le fluide de traitement (18).
  7. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée par un dispositif (83) destiné à appliquer au moins un jet (85) choisi dans le groupe constitué du fluide de traitement (18), du milieu liquide, de la vapeur, du milieu gazeux, du grésil, des substances abrasives sur l'au moins une cavité (38) de la pièce (14), la pièce (14) étant disposée dans la chambre de traitement (12).
  8. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisée par un dispositif (82) destiné à appliquer un fluide gazeux, en particulier de l'air comprimé, sur la chambre de traitement (12).
  9. Installation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée par un dispositif (88) destiné à appliquer des ultrasons sur l'au moins une pièce (14) dans la chambre de traitement (12).
  10. Procédé de traitement d'une pièce (14) comportant un fluide de traitement (18) ayant un corps de pièce (32) comportant au moins une cavité (38) s'étendant d'une première ouverture (36) à une seconde ouverture (70), comprenant l'étape de disposition de la pièce (14) dans une chambre de traitement (12), caractérisé par l'étape supplémentaire d'aspiration du fluide de traitement (18) dans la chambre de traitement (12) par l'au moins une cavité (38) de la pièce (14), une dépression étant créée dans la chambre de traitement (12).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste à évacuer le fluide de traitement (18) de la chambre de traitement (12) à travers l'au moins une cavité (38) de la pièce (14).
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la pièce (14) est disposée dans la chambre de traitement (12) de sorte que la seconde ouverture (70) du corps de pièce (32) se trouve sur un côté de la pièce (14) orienté vers une sortie (26) de la chambre de traitement (12), le fluide de traitement (18) circulant dans la chambre de traitement (12) à travers la première ouverture (36) et la cavité (38) vers la seconde ouverture (70) du corps de pièce (32).
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé en ce que le fluide de traitement (18) est expulsé de la chambre de traitement (12) par un fluide gazeux, en particulier de l'air comprimé.
  14. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé par l'application d'un fluide gazeux sous pression, en particulier de l'air comprimé, sur l'au moins une cavité (38) du corps de pièce (32) après l'évacuation du fluide de traitement (18) dans la chambre de traitement (12) et/ou l'injection de fluide, en particulier de fluide de traitement (18), dans l'au moins une cavité (38) dans la chambre de traitement (12).
