Verbesserung der strömungstechnischen Eigenschaften von Fluidikelementen nach dem Coanda-Effekt mittels Ultraschall.

Description

  • Fluidikelemente, wie Flip-Flops, logische Schaltungen, Multiplizierer, Dividierer und Oszillatoren können in ihrer Funktion gestört werden, wenn das Fluid verunreinigt ist und es an kritischen Stellen zu Ablagerungen kommt. Erfindungsgemäß wird ein gasförmiges Fluid durch einen Behälter 2 (1) geleitet, in dem sich eine Flüssigkeit 2 (2) befindet. Das gasförmige Fluid wird hierdurch angefeuchtet und strömt dann durch ein Fluidikelement 1 (1), das durch einen Ultraschallgenerator 1 (2) angeregt wird.

Claims (1)

  1. Verbesserung der strömungstechnischen Eigenschaften eines Fluidikelementes 1 (1), wobei das Fluidikelement mit Ultraschall mittels eines Ultraschallgenerators 1 (2) angeregt wird und wobei ein gasförmiges Fluid dadurch angefeuchtet wird, in dem es durch einen Behälter 2 (1) geleitet wird, in dem sich eine Flüssigkeit 2 (2) befindet.
