Claims (12)
- Procédé de fabrication d'un ressort de rembourrage en particulier pour des meubles rembourrés ou des matelas comprenant des étapes consistant à :- appliquer au moins par zones un indicateur de couleur sensible à la chaleur sur un fil d'acier à ressort avant, pendant ou après le cintrage de ce fil,- chauffer le fil en acier à ressort à au moins la température de changement de couleur de l'indicateur de couleur, et- achever le ressort de rembourrage.
- Procédé conforme à la revendication 1,
caractérisé en ce que
le fil d'acier à ressort est chauffé à une température supérieure à 250°C pour effectuer un traitement thermique et une activation de l'indicateur de couleur. - Procédé conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisé en ce que
le fil en acier à ressort est chauffé à une température comprise entre 280°C et 320°C pour effectuer un traitement thermique et une activation de l'indicateur de couleur. - Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'indicateur de couleur est appliqué sur le fil d'acier à ressort dans un bain de trempage. - Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'indicateur de couleur est appliqué avec une épaisseur comprise entre 0,05 µm et 1,5 µm, en particulier entre 0,10 µm et 0,80 µm. - Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce qu'
en tant qu'indicateur de couleur on applique un revêtement renfermant du cuivre. - Procédé conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que
l'indicateur de couleur n'est appliqué que par zones sur le fil d'acier à ressort. - Procédé conforme à la revendication 7,
caractérisé en ce que
l'indicateur de couleur est appliqué sur une zone médiane du ressort de rembourrage qui se déforme sous l'action d'une charge. - Ressort de rembourrage obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procédé conforme aux revendications 1 à 8.
- Matelas équipé d'un ressort de rembourrage conforme à la revendication 9.
- Meuble rembourré équipé d'un ressort de rembourrage conforme à la revendication 9.
- Matelas ou meuble rembourré conforme à la revendication 10 ou 11,
caractérisé en ce qu'
il est prévu une fenêtre de visualisation sur une housse du ressort de rembourrage ou une unité constituée de plusieurs ressorts de rembourrage.
