Claims (15)

  1. Steuerhebel (40) für eine schwere Ausrüstung, aufweisend einen Körper (13),
    eine Schaltplatinenbaugruppe (25), mit einer Schaltplatine (21), auf der sich zumindest ein Sensor befindet;
    einen Hebelhalter (4), der ein zentrales Loch (4b) aufweist, durch das ein Steuerarm (1) zumindest teilweise einrastet, wobei ein Steuerarm (1) um seine Längsachse (Y) drehbar ist, und der zumindest eine Spannfeder (10) an jedem Ende aufweist,
    ein magnetisches Element (7), das an einem Ende des Steuerhebels (4) befestigt ist und geeignet ist, mit dem Sensor zusammenzuwirken, der sich auf der Schaltplatine (21) befindet,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerhebel (40) ferner aufweist:
    ein C-förmiges Hebelstützelement (11) mit einem offenen Abschnitt, der der Schaltplatine (21) zugewandt ist und so angeordnet ist, dass er sich um eine Längsachse (X) des Hebelstützelements (11) dreht; und
    wobei der Steuerarm (1) so angeordnet ist, dass er in einen Schlitz (11a) einrastet, der sich an einem oberen Abschnitt des Hebelstützelements (11) befindet, und zumindest eine Spannfeder (10) an jedem gegenüberliegenden seitlichen Ende des Hebelstützelements (11) vorhanden ist, wobei der Steuerarm (1) ein zylindrisches Verbindungsloch (1b) aufweist, das sich unmittelbar über dem magnetischen Element (7) befindet, um den Steuerarm (1) an Buchsenlöchern (4a) des Hebelhalters (4) zu befestigen, und wobei eine Buchse (2) in dem zylindrischen Verbindungsloch (1b) eingerastet ist und sich Buchsenverbindungselemente (3) auf den rechten und linken Seiten der Buchse (2) befinden, wobei jedes Buchsenloch (4a) des Hebelhalters (4) so angeordnet ist, dass es das entsprechende Buchsenverbindungselement (3) aufnimmt.
  2. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen C-förmigen lateralen Vorsprung (4e) an den gegenüberliegenden Enden des Hebelhalters (4) aufweist, an dem die Spannfeder (10) anstößt, und der so geformt ist, dass sein offener Abschnitt der elektronischen Platine zugewandt ist.
  3. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen C-förmigen Federvorsprung (11d) an den gegenüberliegenden Enden des Hebelstützelements (11) aufweist, an dem die Spannfeder (10) anstoßen wird, und der so geformt ist, dass sein offener Abschnitt der elektronischen Platine zugewandt ist.
  4. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Mehrzahl an Reibplatten (19) aufweist, die auf dem Hebelhalter (4) platziert sind.
  5. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Abschnitt (19b) jeder Reibplatte konkav gebildet ist und zumindest eine Druckfeder (20) aufweist, die mit einer Stopperplatte zusammenwirkt.
  6. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Abschnitt (19b) der Reibplatte aus einem gummibasierten Material besteht und der obere Abschnitt (19a) der Reibplatte aus festem Thermoplast oder Metall besteht.
  7. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zumindest einen Federausrichtungsvorsprung (4g) an dem Hebelhalter (4) und zumindest einen Federausrichtungsvorsprung (11g) an dem Hebelstützelement (11), der der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Federarms (10a) der Spannfedern (10) entspricht, aufweist.
  8. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltplatinenbaugruppe (25) mit einem Harzfüller (18) beschichtet ist, so dass eine Abdichtung sichergestellt ist.
  9. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schaltplatinenbaugruppe (22) ein Loch (22b), das dem Schaltplatinenstift (21a) entspricht, und ein elastisches Element (24), das sich zwischen dem Loch (22b) und der Schaltplatine (21) befindet, aufweist.
  10. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Mehrzahl an Halbkreisaussparungen (13b, 13c) auf derjenigen Seite des Körpers (13), die der Schaltplatine (21) zugewandt ist, und entsprechende Gegenbuchsen (9, 12), die in diesen Halbkreisaussparungen (13b, 13c) positioniert sind, aufweist.
  11. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Körper (13), das untere Körperelement (14) und das Schaltplatinengehäuse (22) aus elektrisch isolierendem thermoplastischen Material bestehen.
  12. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er zumindest ein externes Schutzblech (29) aufweist.
  13. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er ein Kontaktelement (23) aufweist, das mit der Schaltplatine (21) in Kontakt steht und über ein ausgeschnittenes Loch (22c), das mit dem externen Schutzblech (29) so in Kontakt steht, dass sie miteinander interagieren, bis zu der äußeren Oberfläche reicht.
  14. Steuerhebel (40) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er eine Stopperplatte (16) und zumindest einen Verbindungselement-Kopfraum (16c) auf der Stopperplatte (16), der dafür geeignet ist, mit Harzmaterial gefüllt zu werden, aufweist.
  15. Steuerhebel (40) nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor ein Halleffekt-Sensor ist.
