Claims (11)
- 射出成形部(10)と、ステータケース(20)と、ステータプレート(30)と、回路基板(40)とを含み、前記ステータケース(20)、前記ステータプレート(30)、及び前記回路基板(40)が何れも前記射出成形部(10)内に設置されるコイル部材であって、
前記射出成形部(10)内に設置される固定部(50)と、
前記固定部(50)に設置され、前記ステータケース(20)と前記ステータプレート(30)の少なくとも一方と前記回路基板(40)とを導電接続するための導電部(60)と、
前記固定部(50)に設置され、前記回路基板(40)に接続されるセンサ(70)と
を更に含み、
前記固定部(50)には第1の接続部(51)が設置され、前記導電部(60)には第2の接続部(61)が設置され、前記第1の接続部(51)と前記第2の接続部(61)とは接続される、コイル部材。 - 前記第1の接続部(51)が突起であり、前記第2の接続部(61)が位置決め孔であり、前記第1の接続部(51)が前記第2の接続部(61)内に穿設され、又は、前記第1の接続部(51)が位置決め孔であり、前記第2の接続部(61)が突起であり、前記第2の接続部(61)が前記第1の接続部(51)内に穿設される、請求項1に記載のコイル部材。
- 前記固定部(50)はプラスチックから製作され、前記第1の接続部(51)が突起であり、前記第2の接続部(61)が位置決め孔であり、
ここで、前記第1の接続部(51)と前記第2の接続部(61)とは、リベット接合又は超音波接合によって固定接続される、
請求項1に記載のコイル部材。 - 前記固定部(50)には第1の取付溝(52)が設置され、前記第1の取付溝(52)内には前記第1の接続部(51)が設置され、
ここで、前記導電部(60)の少なくとも一部が、前記第1の取付溝(52)内に設置される、
請求項1に記載のコイル部材。 - 前記導電部(60)はメタルドームであり、前記導電部(60)は前記回路基板(40)に接続され、前記ステータケース(20)と前記ステータプレート(30)の少なくとも一方が、前記導電部(60)に接続される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部材。
- 前記ステータケース(20)はステータプレート(30)に接続され、前記ステータケース(20)と前記ステータプレート(30)の少なくとも一方が、前記導電部(60)に当接される、請求項5に記載のコイル部材。
- 前記導電部(60)は、
前記固定部(50)に接続される第1の導電セグメント(62)と、
前記回路基板(40)に接続される第2の導電セグメント(63)と、
前記ステータケース(20)に当接される湾曲セグメントである当接セグメント(64)と、を含み、
ここで、前記第1の導電セグメント(62)は、前記第2の導電セグメント(63)と前記当接セグメント(64)とを接続するように、前記当接セグメント(64)と前記第2の導電セグメント(63)との間に位置する、
請求項6に記載のコイル部材。 - 前記固定部(50)には穿設孔(53)が設置され、前記センサ(70)は、
前記固定部(50)に設置される本体部(71)と、
前記本体部(71)に設置され、前記穿設孔(53)を貫通して前記回路基板(40)に接続されるピン(72)と、を含む、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部材。 - 前記固定部(50)の前記回路基板(40)とは逆の一端には第2の取付溝(54)が設置されており、前記本体部(71)は前記第2の取付溝(54)内に設置され、前記固定部(50)の前記導電部(60)とは逆の一側には収容溝(55)が設置されており、前記ピン(72)の一部は前記収容溝(55)内に設置される、請求項8に記載のコイル部材。
- 前記射出成形部(10)には制限溝(11)が設置され、前記固定部(50)は前記制限溝(11)内に設置される、請求項1に記載のコイル部材。
- 請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のコイル部材である、コイル部材を含む電子膨張弁。
