    - présente un dispositif amortisseur (22) par lequel un mouvement relatif des parties formant butées (5, 6) l'une par rapport à l'autre peut être amorti, dans laquelle le dispositif formant ressort (21) est intégré dans le dispositif amortisseur (22), dans laquelle le dispositif amortisseur (22) présente au moins une chambre de fluide (28), dans laquelle est logé de façon coulissante au moins un piston (26),
    - dans laquelle le dispositif amortisseur (22) et le dispositif formant ressort (21) sont contenus dans la première et dans la deuxième partie de boîtier (23a, 23b),
    - et en ce que le piston (26) est relié à une tige de piston (27), dans laquelle l'extrémité libre de la tige de piston (27) est fixée à une butée (29) de la deuxième partie de boîtier (23b).
  2. Charnière de meuble selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif amortisseur (22) présente au moins un amortisseur linéaire, de préférence hydraulique.
  3. Charnière de meuble selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la première partie de boîtier (23a) et la deuxième partie de boîtier (23b) sont tendues l'une par rapport à l'autre par la force du dispositif formant ressort (21).
  4. Charnière de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que le support (24a) entoure l'axe d'articulation (17), de préférence intégralement.
  5. Charnière de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'axe d'articulation (17) relie ensemble de façon pivotante au moins un premier et au moins un deuxième levier d'articulation (10a, 10b) de la charnière de meuble (4).
  6. Charnière de meuble selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que le premier levier d'articulation (10a) est relié de façon pivotante à une pièce intermédiaire (8) couplée en force à un mouvement de la charnière de meuble (4) et en ce que le deuxième levier d'articulation (10b) est relié de façon pivotante à l'une des pièces formant butées (5, 6).
  7. Charnière de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième partie de boîtier (23b) présente un membre de pression (14), de préférence un galet de pression (14b), dans laquelle le membre de pression (14), lors d'un mouvement relatif des parties formant butées (5, 6) l'une vers l'autre, peut être déplacé au moins par sections le long d'un profil d'ajustement (15).
  8. Charnière de meuble selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le profil d'ajustement (15) est disposé ou conçu sur l'une des parties formant butées (5, 6).
  9. Charnière de meuble selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisée en ce que le membre de pression (14) est logé sur un tourillon (12), dans laquelle ce tourillon (12) est logé de façon coulissante par un mouvement de la charnière de meuble (4) le long d'une glissière (11) d'un levier d'articulation (10a, 10b).
  10. Charnière de meuble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisée en ce que la première partie formant butée (5) présente un bras de charnière (5a) et la deuxième partie formant butée (6) présente une cuvette de charnière (6a).
