Claims (14)

  1. Charnière à bielle double comprenant une partie de corps (1) destinée à être montée sur un corps de meuble (3), une partie de vantail (2) destinée à être montée sur une partie de meuble mobile (4), deux bielles (5, 6) qui sont respectivement articulés d'une part sur la partie de corps (1) et d'autre part sur la partie de vantail (2), et une unité fonctionnelle (24) en particulier un amortisseur ou un mécanisme élastique d'ouverture et/ou de fermeture ou un moteur permettant d'ouvrir et/ou de fermer la charnière située dans la zone de la partie de corps (1) et comportant un élément d'actionnement coulissant (26),
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité fonctionnelle (24) est en liaison fonctionnelle avec au moins une partie de transmission (32) qui est un élément séparé des bielles (5, 6) et est d'une part montée pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (8) solidaire de la partie de vantail (2), et est d'autre part montée pivotante autour d'un axe de pivotement (38) guidé en coulissement par la partie de corps (1).
  2. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'axe de pivotement (8) autour duquel la partie de transmission (32) est montée pivotante sur la partie de vantail (2) coïncide avec l'axe de pivotement (8, 10) de l'une des bielles (5, 6) de la charnière.
  3. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 1 ou 2,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie de vantail (2) comporte une cavité (11) en forme de pot dans laquelle pénètre la partie de transmission (32) par un tronçon d'extrémité.
  4. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie de corps (1) comporte un bras (13) par l'intermédiaire duquel l'axe de pivotement (38) de la partie de transmission (32) est monté coulissant dans la direction longitudinale de ce bras (13).
  5. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'axe de pivotement (38) de la partie de transmission (32) guidée en coulissement par le bras (13) est formé par une broche (48) fixée sur la partie de transmission (32) et montée coulissante dans au moins un trou oblong (39) du bras (13).
  6. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bras (13) présente une section en forme de U avec une première et une seconde branche latérale (14, 15) et avec une traverse dorsale (16) fermant la partie de corps (1) d'un côté qui est situé à l'opposé d'une face d'appui (17) par laquelle la partie de corps (1) peut être appliquée sur le corps de meuble (3).
  7. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 5 et à la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la broche (48) est montée coulissante dans des trous oblongs (39) réalisés dans les deux branches latérales (14, 15) du bras (13).
  8. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 4 à 7,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité fonctionnelle (24) est maintenue sur le bras (13).
  9. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 8,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le bras (13) maintenant l'unité fonctionnelle (24) est relié par une liaison par encliquetage avec une plaque de montage (18) pouvant être fixée sur le corps de meuble (3).
  10. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 9,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité fonctionnelle (24) est montée au moins en grande partie à la partie interne de la partie de corps (1).
  11. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisée en ce que
    la partie de transmission (32) comporte, des branches latérales (34, 35) s'étendant de chaque côté de la bielle (5, 6) par rapport à la direction des axes de pivotement (8, 38) de la partie de transmission (32).
  12. Charnière à bielle double conforme à la revendication 11,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les branches latérales (34, 35) de la partie de transmission (32) s'étendent de part et d'autre, à proximité des branches latérales (34, 35) du bras (13) par rapport à la direction des axes de pivotement (8, 38) de la partie de transmission (32).
  13. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité fonctionnelle (24) est un amortisseur équipé d'un piston (50) pouvant être déplacé linéairement par l'élément d'actionnement (26) contre la force d'un fluide d'amortissement.
  14. Charnière à bielle double conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 12,
    caractérisée en ce que
    l'unité fonctionnelle (24) comporte au moins un amortisseur de rotation pouvant être actionné par l'élément d'actionnement (26).
