Claims (15)

  1. Emballage composite (P), en particulier un emballage en carton pour boissons, prévu pour des produits alimentaires liquides, emballage qui se compose au moins partiellement d'un stratifié d'emballage (L), comprenant un corps de base d'emballage (1) présentant des bords d'emballage (5) et définissant un axe vertical d'emballage (PA), comprenant un fond d'emballage (2) au moins partiellement angulaire et un sommet d'emballage (3) au moins partiellement angulaire, où le corps de base (1) de l'emballage définit, de façon idéale, une face avant d'emballage (PV), une face arrière d'emballage (PH) et au moins deux côtés d'emballage latéraux (PS) faisant suite à la face arrière (PH) de l'emballage, éléments qui s'étendent pratiquement sur des projections imaginaires (PJ1, PJ2, PJ3, PJ4) passant par les parties angulaires respectives (21, 22, 23, 24) du fond de l'emballage et par les parties angulaires respectives (31, 32, 33, 34) du sommet de l'emballage et qui sont délimités dans la zone du sommet et du fond, caractérisé en ce que la face avant (PV) de l'emballage présente au moins partiellement, par rapport à l'axe vertical (PA) de l'emballage et le long de celui-ci, une partie bombée positive (10) qui se confond à chaque fois dans un côté latéral (PS) de l'emballage, et en ce qu'une paroi de préhension (11) est formée au moins partiellement dans la zone au moins de l'une des projections (PJ3 ou PJ4) définissant la face arrière (PH) de l'emballage.
  2. Emballage composite (P) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des parois de préhension (11) sont formées au moins partiellement dans la zone des deux projections (PJ3, PJ4) définissant la face arrière (PH) de l'emballage.
  3. Emballage composite (P) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans les deux projections (PJ3, PJ4) définissant la face arrière (PH) de l'emballage, des bords (5) de l'emballage sont formés au moins dans la zone des parties angulaires arrière (23, 24) du fond de l'emballage.
  4. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que, dans les deux projections (PJ3, PJ4) définissant la face arrière (PH) de l'emballage, des bords (6) de l'emballage sont formés au moins dans la zone des parties angulaires arrière (33, 34) du sommet de l'emballage.
  5. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie bombée positive (10) s'étendant le long de l'axe vertical (PA) de l'emballage est plus longue que la moitié de la hauteur du corps de base (1) de l'emballage.
  6. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la partie bombée positive (10) s'étend sur les projections (PJ1, PJ2) définissant la face avant (PV) de l'emballage.
  7. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (3) de l'emballage est biseauté par rapport au corps de base (1) de l'emballage et/ou le bord avant (6) du sommet est incurvé.
  8. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (3) de l'emballage se compose d'un stratifié d'emballage (L).
  9. Emballage composite (P) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (3) de l'emballage présente un joint de scellement transversal (12) et/ou des oreilles d'emballage (13) fixées latéralement sur le corps de base (1) de l'emballage.
  10. Emballage composite (P) selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que le sommet (3) de l'emballage présente une zone affaiblie (14) du stratifié (L) de l'emballage.
  11. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément verseur (15) est placé sur le sommet (3) de l'emballage.
  12. Emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) de l'emballage présente précisément quatre parties angulaires (21, 22, 23, 24) du fond.
  13. Emballage composite (P) selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le fond (2) de l'emballage est configuré comme un fond formant un bloc.
  14. Stratifié d'emballage (L) comprenant au moins une couche support en carton (16) et une couche polymère (17), comprenant une pluralité de rainures (7) faites dans le matériau, dans le but de prédéfinir des lignes de pliage (8) de l'emballage, lesdites lignes de pliage servant à la formation de bords (5) de l'emballage, ledit stratifié de l'emballage étant réalisé de manière telle, que l'on puisse fabriquer un emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
  15. Ebauche d'enveloppe d'emballage (M) se composant d'un stratifié d'emballage (L) comprenant au moins une couche support en carton (16) et une couche polymère (17), comprenant une pluralité de rainures (7) faites dans le matériau, dans le but de prédéfinir des lignes de pliage (8) de l'emballage, lesdites lignes de pliage servant à la formation de bords (5) de l'emballage, où le stratifié (L) de l'emballage, dans l'intervalle, est coupé à la dimension d'un emballage composite (P) et, par un joint de scellement longitudinal (18), assemblé pour former un tube, ledit stratifié de l'emballage étant réalisé de manière telle, que l'on puisse fabriquer un emballage composite (P) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13.
