Definitions

  • the present invention describes a self-standing packaging container comprising a folding box and a bag mounted therein.
  • Folding boxes which are intended for receiving smaller or larger volumes and collapsible for the purpose of transport, are well known in the art.
  • the cartons are usually made of a rigid material such as cardboard, from which with the help of cutting or punching tools a correspondingly shaped Faltschachtelzuites can be shaped.
  • special fasteners are usually provided, which can be connected by means of adhesive technology.
  • Such a carton can be easily erected by a user, for example, to form a self-standing container.
  • the carton can also have inner bag, for example, to protect the contents against moisture or to provide a moisture-repellent surface within the erected carton.
  • document GB 1 536 110 describes a rigid container that can be used as a cup and a method for its production.
  • a first blank is formed from a rigid material with a second blank made of a flexible material arranged on each other and the resulting layered structure folded in the middle and connected opposite connecting elements to provide when erecting the structure a rigid container available as Cup can be used.
  • a packaging container with an inner bag which is produced in the form of a flat-lying carton, which can then be erected to form a stable self-standing container.
  • the invention describes a dimensionally stable packaging container according to claim 1.
  • Faltschachtelzulase invention it is possible to provide a flattened packaging, which can be brought by squeezing the side wall elements in an upright state.
  • the side wall elements are preferably each divided into a plurality of foldable sections which are arranged symmetrically to the bottom fold line of the folding box blank. As a result, in particular a symmetrical structure of the carton is ensured.
  • the connecting straps are preferably arranged symmetrically to the bottom fold line. Furthermore, the connecting straps are preferably connected laterally to the side wall elements in an articulated manner.
  • connection straps preferably extend substantially over the entire side of the side wall elements. It should be noted, however, that more than two connecting straps can be attached laterally to the side wall elements.
  • the shape of the connection tabs is preferably substantially rectangular. However, the connection tabs may also have a triangular or other geometric shape.
  • the bag of the packaging container is preferably formed from a foil blank.
  • the bag preferably has a bag front wall and a bag rear wall, which are connected in the bag longitudinal direction via laterally extending sealing edges.
  • the sealing edges of the bag are connected to the connecting tabs of the carton.
  • the laterally extending sealing edges of the bag are preferably sealed or glued into the connection between the connecting straps of the side wall elements of the folding box. This allows a simple and space-saving connection between the bag and the carton.
  • the bag located therein is unfolded by the erecting of the folded carton.
  • the bag in the carton is firmly welded by the lateral sealing edges.
  • the bag can thus serve to absorb liquid.
  • the foldable portions of the side wall elements of the packaging container arise vertical edges when erecting the container, where a user can hold the packaging container. This is particularly advantageous when the container is used to hold hot or hot liquids.
  • the packaging container can be either empty or filled. If the packaging container is empty, then the bag located therein is open upwards.
  • the bag therein may be filled with dry, doughy or liquid substance.
  • the bag is preferably hermetically sealed.
  • the connecting straps and the sealing edges are connected to each other at least two sealing or adhesive points.
  • the connecting tabs and the sealing edges of the bag are connected to a sealing or adhesive seam extending in the longitudinal direction of the container.

  • the adhesive points located on the side wall elements are arranged substantially perpendicular to the container longitudinal direction on the first and second side wall element. This, in addition to the connection between the sealing edges of the bag and the connecting tabs of the carton, ensures that the bag opens when the carton is erected or unfolded.
  • the carton is made of cardboard or a transparent or opaque plastic.
  • the bag is preferably formed from a single or multilayer film.
  • the film can be made of plastic and is optionally laminated with a paper layer.

  • the bag and / or the carton may be printed or unprinted.
  • the bag and / or the carton can also be provided with an insulating layer, for example made of styrofoam. This can be arranged between the bag and the carton.
  • the inner bag can be closed at the top by means of a welded or adhesive seam.
  • the upper ends of the side walls of the bag may be glued or sealed.
  • the weld or adhesive seam may be provided with perforations to facilitate the opening of the bag by a user. After opening the bag, the user may press the side walls of the packaging container against each other to open the container and the bag therein.
  • the bag is closed at the top with a material to be easily pulled off, for example polypropylene. This allows easy opening of the bag by squeezing the side walls of the packaging container.
  • the bottom portions of the carton are preferably so pronounced that a stable state of the packaging container can be ensured in an upright condition of the container.
  • the outer floor sections preferably have a circular-segment-shaped or gore-shaped contour, which is directed against the inner floor sections.
