Abstract

L'invention concerne un emballage composite (P), en particulier un emballage formant carton à boisson destiné à des produits alimentaires liquides, lequel emballage composite est constitué au moins partiellement d'un stratifié d'emballage (L), comprenant un corps de base d'emballage (1), un fond d'emballage (2) et une partie supérieure d'emballage (3), le fond d'emballage (3) comprenant un joint soudé transversal (12) et étant constitué d'au moins un panneau de partie supérieure d'emballage (4), le panneau de partie supérieure d'emballage (4) étant délimité dans certaines zones par le joint soudé transversal (12) et dans certaines zones par une arête avant (6) au moins partiellement courbée et pliée, ainsi qu'un stratifié d'emballage (L) et un flan d'enveloppe d'emballage (M) pour la fabrication d'un tel emballage composite (P). Afin d'améliorer la qualité et le fonctionnement, le panneau de partie supérieure d'emballage (4) présente sensiblement la forme d'une superellipse (43) dotée d'au moins deux parties (44) parallèles les unes aux autres, de sorte que le panneau de partie supérieure d'emballage (4) forme un plan (45) entre les parties parallèles (44), et deux panneaux complémentaires (46) sont réalisés entre le joint soudé transversal (12) et le panneau de partie supérieure d'emballage (4).
