Claims (8)

  5. Utilisation d'une serrure (10) pour un capot de moteur de véhicule entre une position ouverte et une position fermée, comprenant un crochet (14) qui retient un anneau de fermeture (16) en position fermée et un verrou (20) qui bloque le crochet (14) en position fermée,
    un levier éjecteur (18) étant prévu pour dégager l'anneau (16) hors du crochet (14), qui n'est pas bloqué en position de fermeture par le verrou (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    le verrou (20) dans la position de fermeture bloquant le crochet (14) est déplacé de manière active à partir d'une position de pré-fermeture jusque dans une position de fermeture complète, et le verrou (20) étant déplacé de manière active de la position de fermeture complète à la position de pré-fermeture dès que le capot moteur détecte une situation de collision avec un piéton.
  6. Application selon la revendication 5,
    selon lequel le verrou (20) est déplacé de manière active à partir de la position de pré-fermeture dans la position de fermeture complète après la fermeture manuelle du capot de moteur.
  7. Utilisation selon la revendication 5 ou 6,
    selon laquelle le verrou (20) est rappelé activement de la position de fermeture complète à la position de pré-fermeture dès que l'on ouvre manuellement le capot de moteur.
